Description

本发明是关于一种加防风雨衬里的服装，特别是有关于加防风衬里的运动衫或内衣以及它的制作方法。
在参加运动量不太大、或不太危险的活动时，如早晚在室外运动，以及参加某些体育项目如高尔夫球、步行、长途旅行、足球、英式足球、棒球或出席观看体育运动时，需要一种轻便的防风雨服装。
纺织品有限的延伸长度或延伸限度，使得由多层或一层纺织品制成的服装会限制人们舒适地运动。例如，一个在做高尔夫球运动的穿用者，他要弯曲臂肘或扭转上身，这时纺织品会紧包身躯限制他的自由运动，引起某种程度的不舒适。对穿用者来讲，舒适与和身是关键，并可通过增加纺织品的延伸性能、减少强加在身上的阻力来实现。
目前已知的一种可减小上述问题的防风雨方法为，采用纺织物与多孔疏水性弹性薄膜相结合，亦可采用亲水材料，这样的话，这种结合物将不透水，但仍允许一定速率的水蒸发从而保证衣物内里的干燥。根据US    4194041，4443551    3953566和4187390几项专利制作的GORE-TEX（注册商标）薄膜和GORE-TEX（注册商标）薄片制成的服装或材料是采用此种防风雨方法的例子。采用这种材料的服装呈现出良好的防风性。
本发明是关于加有防风衬里的防风雨服装。它包括（a）一个弹性编织品或纺织品的外层;（b）一个弹性衬里内层，该内层由一个多孔亲水聚合物为第一层，再敷一层疏水聚合物层，再敷一层弹性纺织层构成。例如运动衫、衬衫、轻便夹克或裤子都可做成这类服装。内层和外层可以缝合或用其它方法在服装的各边缘外相连接。
现在参照附图举例详细描述本发明。
图1表达了一个加衬里的上衣，
图2表达了服装衬里层的截面。
图3表达了将图2中服装衬里层用于下身衣着的情况。
根据本发明加有防风衬里的防风雨服装可适合于制作运动衫，如图1，它有一个可延伸的编织品或纺织品制成的外层1和一个可延伸的内层2。外层1最好是由人造合成纤维或天然纤维制成，内层2使服装在寒冷天气下显得温暖。例如，用于外层1的纺织物包括具有经向极限的涤纶或尼龙，或者由拉舍尔径编针织物和径编针织物的一种、或二种构成的混纺纱、它可以是毛织品。固为层2使服装保温防风，所以层1不需很厚。层1和层2在许多需要或希望的地方如服装的肘部、胫部、腰部和前身的连接边缘处缝合。图2表达的是本发明两层可延伸材料的截面，其中可延伸外层1与可延伸内层2之间隔着空气间隙。
层2是由一个多孔疏水聚合物4和一个亲水层5组成，其中疏水聚合物4最好是采用美国专利3953566、3962153、4096227和4187390中描述的多孔聚四氟乙烯氨纶（EPTFE）薄膜;亲水层5是一个如美国专利4194041中教导的聚氨基甲酸乙酯，敷在层4上。有阻止水液通过但可传递水蒸汽的层4可采用疏水的聚氨基甲酸乙酯或多孔的聚烯烃。这种即能阻止水液又能让水蒸汽通过的材料进一步与一个纺织物或弹力纺织物层6连接。由上述专利中表达的层4和层5的结合具有防水性，可阻止汗液中的表面活性剂，但可使汗液的蒸发气通过水蒸汽的传递通过结合部位。根据美国专利4443511，通过拉伸后再放松的方法将层4和层5的结合部位制成具有可延伸性。然后这个可延伸材料与聚氨基甲酸乙酯橡胶层6连结。当聚氨基甲酸乙酯橡胶被制成纺织品或针织品材料后，在工艺上名为氨纶。一种大家熟悉的氨纶的出售商标为LYCRA    SPANDX，它是由E.I.Dupont    de    Nemours    and    Company制造的。当将所有的各层集在一起时，完整的防风材料层，外部的纺织物层和由疏水层、聚合物/亲水的、聚合物/氨纶畈惴闹锕钩傻哪诓悖饔诳烧宓匮由欤缤桓稣澹垂餐硕２?、层5与层6的结合体最好与层1一起以下述方式制成服装：使层4和层5的最大拉伸方向沿着服装的外围方向伸展，即经过背部、手臂并环绕肘部，这样可以最大程度地利用产品材料的性能优点。图3表达的是一个下身衣着7。
由此可见本发明提供了一个轻便的、可延伸服装，它可以在寒冷季节做户外运动时舒适地穿着。它可做成适于各季节的连衫裤或做成运动衫。本发明的服装还可以将里面翻到外面反穿以抵御突然的暴雨，不被淋湿。

Claims (10)

1、一种加防风衬里的防风雨服装，其特征是：包括(a)一个弹性编织物或纺织物的外层，(b)一个弹性衬内层，该内层以一个多孔疏水聚合物为第一层，敷以一层亲水聚合物，再敷一层弹性纺织物。
2、根据权利要求1的服装，其特征是：其中外层是一个编织物。
3、根据权利要求2所述的服装，其特征是：其中所述的弹性的纺织物层是一个弹性聚氨基甲酸乙酯。
4、根据权利要求3的服装，其特征是：其中所述的疏水聚合物是多孔的聚四氟乙烯。
5、根据权利要求4的服装，其特征是：其中所述的弹性纺织物是由一种弹性的聚氨基甲酸乙酯和另一种纺织原料混纺而成。
6、根据权利要求5的服装，其特征是：其中的另一种纺织原料是尼龙纤维。
7、根据权利要求1、4、或5的服装，其特征是：（a）层和（b）层相互在边缘处缝合。
8、根据权利要求1的服装，其特征是：所述的外层是毛织物。
9、根据权利要求1的服装，其特征是：所述的外层是合成纤维的可延伸针织品。
10、根据上述任何一个要求所述的服装，其特征是：所述可延伸衬里衬在服装内，并且其最大可拉伸方向沿着服装的外围方向。
