技术领域
本发明涉及以一种锥形滚子轴承,该锥形滚子轴承具有两个同轴的轴承圈以及多个布置在该轴承圈之间的、在保持架中引导的锥形滚子,这些锥形滚子在轴承圈上的滚道上滚动;并且该锥形滚子轴承在内轴承圈的较大直径处具有边沿,其中,保持架在形成用于锥形滚子的凹部的情况下由侧圈以及连接它们的接片构成,并且在侧圈上布置有弹性凸起部,这些弹性凸起部与边沿协同作用并将保持架与锥形滚子一起沿轴向相对边沿预张紧。
背景技术
在DE4338350A1中说明了这种具有保持架的锥形滚子轴承,其中,保持架在凹部中在较小的直径处设有沿轴向将滚子相对较大的边沿预张紧的轴向弹性装置,而在较大的直径处设有凸起部,这些凸起部接合到布置在内轴承圈上的凹槽中或接合在布置在内轴承圈上的凸起部之后。内圈仅在较大的直径处具有边沿,并且在保持架上的弹性装置以轴向波纹件或者拱形唇的形式来构造。这个具有保持架的锥形滚子轴承应当在简单的安装可能性情况下成本低廉地,无公差问题、摩擦问题和位置问题地制成并且使锥形滚子的可靠地调整成为可能,从而使锥形滚子在组装好整个轴承并将其装入机器中之后就已经立刻处于正确位置中。
虽然这个具有保持架的锥形滚子轴承已经被证实是有利的,但是已经表明值得期待的是,减小由保持架的侧圈上的凸起部在锥形滚子具有较大直径的侧上产生的预张紧,以便补偿公差影响,例如滚动体长度公差、保持架凹部宽度公差、轴承结构高度公差、用于径向保持架凸起部的接合的自由转动部的宽度公差的影响。
发明内容
在此背景下,本发明的任务是,提出一种锥形滚子轴承,其与现有技术相应地保有用于优化的安装过程的准备就绪地预张紧的锥形滚子的功能,但是在轴承运行期间并不具有由此产生的强制力。
本发明基于如下锥形滚子轴承,该锥形滚子轴承具有两个同轴的轴承圈以及多个布置在该轴承圈之间的、在保持架中引导的锥形滚子,这些锥形滚子在轴承圈上的滚道上滚动;该锥形滚子轴承在内轴承圈的加大的直径处具有边沿,其中,保持架在形成用于锥形滚子的凹部的情况下由侧圈以及连接它们的接片构成,并且在侧圈上布置有弹性凸起部,这些弹性凸起部与边沿协同作用并且使保持架与锥形滚子一起沿轴向相对边沿预张紧。为了解决本发明所提出的任务设置如下,即,在靠近边沿的侧圈上布置有少于凹部的凸起部。
通过相对于凹部的数量以及进而相对于锥形滚子的数量来减少凸起部的数量,由凸起部施加的预张紧力以及由此还有额外的强制力被减小。此外,保持架可以简单地制成,尤其是当其构造为合成材料注塑件时,因为成型有更少的凸起部。
处于对称的原因,凸起部以等间距相间隔地布置在侧圈上,优选在凹部的区域内。
当保持架具有偶数个凹部时,在每两个凹部区域内在靠近边沿的侧圈上优选可以布置凸起部。
优选用于改进凸起部的弹性以及避免在锥形滚子上的摩擦的措施是,凸起部沿朝向边沿的方向弯曲地构造,且该凸起部在其与边沿协同作用的端部区域内逐渐变尖。
另一个用于提高凸起部的弹性以及以扭转弹性的方式来构成靠近边沿的侧圈的措施是,靠近边沿的侧圈在凸起部两侧的接片之间的区域内设有凹槽。
当与锥形滚子较小的直径相邻的侧圈在接片之间的区域内以波纹形式构成,并且以各一个波峰靠置在配属的锥形滚子的较小的端面上时,在减小摩擦的同时保持架的整体弹性被提高。
通过保持架对称的设计方案,如下是可行的,即,在旋转的轴承圈上和/或在保持架上和/或在其中至少一个锥形滚子上布置主动或被动的传递件,并且在固定的构件上布置至少一个与其协同作用的、用于对运行中的轴承的运动状况进行状态监测的传感器,其中,保持架上的传递件优选可以通过至少局部地涂覆的,优选电作用或磁作用的涂层形成。
尤其可以设置,保持架上的传递件通过至少局部地涂覆的、电作用或磁作用的涂层,在其中至少一个凸起部上形成。
以给方式尤其可以获知滚动轴承的各个组件,例如滚动体、保持架和内圈的转速,并用于运行中的轴承的状态监测。

具体实施方式
锥形滚子轴承1由外轴承圈2和内轴承圈3构成,在它们之间布置有锥形滚子4,该锥形滚子在轴承圈2、3的滚道7、8上滚动并容纳在保持架中。保持架由两个侧圈10、11和连接这些侧圈的接片12构成,其中,在每两个相邻的接片12之间构造有凹部12用以容纳锥形滚子4。
锥形滚子4以其直径较大的端侧5支撑在内轴承圈3上的径向向外指向的边沿9上,而直径较小的端侧6仅靠置在远离边沿的保持架侧圈11上。接片12沿径向布置在锥形滚子轴线23外部,以便锥形滚子4可以彼此尽可能紧凑地布置并且可以增加轴承中锥形滚子4的数量。
径向的凸起部14在靠近边沿的侧圈10处以钩爪形式成型,该凸起部从后方搭接内轴承圈3的边沿9上的凸肩17。凸起部14靠置在凸肩17上的端部设有平面15并且逐渐变尖,以便使凸肩17上的靠置面保持得尽可能小,由此减小了该区域内的摩擦。
凸起部14大致呈半圆形地沿朝向径向和轴向轴承中心的方向弯曲,并且沿朝向其设有平面15的端部的方向变窄,由此提高了该凸起部的弹性。
另一种提高凸起部14的弹性和提高靠近边沿的侧圈10的扭转弹性的措施是,在凸起部14的两侧在靠近边沿的侧圈10中引入轴向凹槽16。
远离边沿的侧圈11在接片12之间以波纹形式构成,其中,接片12在波谷18处与侧圈11连接,而波峰19靠置在滚子端侧6上并且将锥形滚子4沿轴向压向边沿9。波峰19以小的拱曲的表面区域靠置在锥形滚子4远离边沿且直径较小的滚子端侧6上,从而在这里摩擦也被减小。

通过相应的传感器,以该方式可以确定各个组件的转速,即转动的轴承圈3、锥形滚子4和/或保持架10、11、12的转速,并且由此得出运行中的轴承的状态和运动状况。

Claims (10)
