发明公开内容
本发明克服了现有技术的障碍并公开了更为商业可行的方法,以在室温下在无高能量输入下制备立方液晶相,具有几分钟或几小时的低平衡时间。本文所公开的磷脂有机凝胶是高度有序的液晶结构、是独特的且一般是像凝胶一样的高粘度固体,具有运载大量诸如活性组分的化合物的能力。这样的结构化磷脂有机凝胶是热致可逆的。
在一个实施方案中,组合物包含磷脂组合物、有机溶剂、基于生物的天然聚合物和极性溶剂。

在一些实施方案中,所述极性溶剂可选自由以下组成的组:水、甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇、甲酰胺、异山梨醇、异山梨醇衍生物、山梨糖醇、赤藓糖醇、其它多元醇及其任意组合。
在一些实施方案中,将所述热致可逆的结构化磷脂有机凝胶组合物加热至30℃-40℃之间的温度后,所述热致可逆的结构化磷脂有机凝胶组合物可熔化,并且将所述熔化的热致可逆的结构化磷脂有机凝胶组合物冷却至30℃以下的温度后,所述热致可逆的结构化磷脂有机凝胶组合物可重新形成为凝胶的形态。

在一个实施方案中,磷脂组合物包括由不同方法生产的卵磷脂。适宜在所公开的组合物和方法中使用的卵磷脂包括但不限于,粗过滤的卵磷脂、标准化流体卵磷脂、去油卵磷脂、化学上和/或酶学上改性的卵磷脂、醇分馏的卵磷脂、色谱纯化的卵磷脂、纯化的卵磷脂及其任意共混物。可使用具有约4.0的HLB值的粗过滤的卵磷脂。可使用包含具有范围从10.0到24.0的HLB值的添加剂的标准化的卵磷脂,这导致具有7.0到10.0的HLB值的卵磷脂组合物。任何的卵磷脂或卵磷脂的组合适宜在所公开的组合物和方法中使用,而与卵磷脂的起始HLB值无关。

实施例20

实施例21
本文所制备的有机凝胶全部是热致可逆的。利用这些凝胶的热致可逆性质,在制备卵磷脂有机凝胶后进行生物活性物质的负载。如实施例6中所描述的制备卵磷脂有机凝胶。
将该卵磷脂有机凝胶加热至40℃以完全熔化,并在持续搅拌下,将从Archer-Daniels-Midland Company of Decatur,IL可获得的NOVATOL 6-92品牌的维生素E,一种非极性抗氧化剂,缓慢引入到熔化的卵磷脂有机凝胶中,然后逐渐添加以在USP级甘油中15%浓度的绿茶提取物。将熔化的卵磷脂有机凝胶冷却至室温且该卵磷脂有机凝胶重新形成,分成维生素E和极性相,在各自的相中具有甘油中的绿茶提取物,而不改变卵磷脂有机凝胶的性质。包括维生素E和绿茶提取物的卵磷脂有机凝胶的热致可逆性质通过在维生素E和绿茶提取物以不同浓度添加之前和之后的粘度测量而证实。

该性质使本发明的卵磷脂有机凝胶是独特的,因为可在制备卵磷脂有机凝胶后的任何时间将任何希望的活性物质添加到卵磷脂有机凝胶中。

Claims (3)
1.一种负载热致可逆的结构化磷脂有机凝胶的方法,所述方法包括:
使所述热致可逆的结构化磷脂有机凝胶熔化;
将化合物与所熔化的热致可逆的结构化磷脂有机凝胶混合;和
将包含所述化合物的所述热致可逆的结构化磷脂有机凝胶冷却至低于熔点的温度,使得所述热致可逆的结构化磷脂有机凝胶重新形成凝胶的形态。
2.如权利要求1所述的方法,其中所述化合物选自由疏水性化合物、亲水性化合物、两亲性化合物及其任意组合组成的组。
3.如权利要求1或权利要求2所述的方法,还包括将所述热致可逆的结构化磷脂有机凝胶结合到食物产品、化妆品、个人护理产品或工业产品中。
