背景技术
本发明总的来说涉及流体系统,尤其涉及一种自动化的流体输送系统。
有些人受益于补充流体输送系统的使用。例如,为了维持血液中生理上充足的氧饱和度,患有慢性阻塞性肺病(COPD),或其他肺部功能不全的人,可能需要补充氧气,这些氧气通常来源于一个压缩的氧气瓶。补充氧气输送通常包括一个连接一个罐子的管路和一个用于延长时间的压力调节器。其他的,例如,运动员,飞机驾驶员,在高海拔山区的旅行者,因为劳累或过低的环境氧气,可能需要暂时补充氧气。
一些传统的流体输送系统提供预定的氧气流给最终用户。传统的系统通常需要手动调节压缩氧气瓶上的压力调节器中的阀门。在该系统使用时,所提供氧气的流量是预定的、并且通常是不可调节的。通常情况下,所提供氧气的流量往往是被过高估计的,以避免给用户的氧气供应不足。然而,这是浪费氧气。

发明内容
本发明的一方面,给用户提供流体的系统包括膨胀管,连接该膨胀管的流量控制器,用于控制流过该膨胀管的流体流量,和连接该膨胀管和该流量控制器的流体流量调节模块。该模块用于在一个单一的吸入气体期间测量该膨胀管中的压力变化,以及在吸入时,基于测量出的压力变化,控制该流量控制器以通过该膨胀管供应最佳量的流体。

所述血氧传感器170和二氧化碳传感器180可以在供应氧气给用户99的实施例中提供进一步的准确性。血氧传感器170可以粘附在用户99的合适的位置上。例如,血氧传感器170可以装在用户99的指尖或耳垂上。血氧传感器170可以连接微控制器150,用于利用脉动血氧计测量血氧饱和度(SPO2)。SPO2数据可以传送给微控制器150,进而用于结合吸气压力计算在呼吸事件中供应给用户的氧气量。所述二氧化碳传感器180可以连接微控制器150,用于测量用户99的呼气阶段中存在的二氧化碳。呼气阶段中存在的二氧化碳的量可以提供给该微控制器150,用于确定在随后的吸气阶段中输送给用户99的适当的注氧量。
图2示出了一个示范性实施例的电路板组件155的电路原理图。所示出的电路板组件155是一个实施例,其并没有包含图1中的血氧传感器170和二氧化碳传感器180,但应该理解的是,这两个元件应该包含或配置于相应的适应利用它们的实施例中。也应该理解的是,本图中的辅助电路130可以包括没有被另一参考号码指定的所有功能。该辅助电路130可以用于调节所述电路板组件155的电源供应,还可用于调节放大器,决定和影响压力传感器140和微控制器150之间的模拟信号的准确测量,用于连接通信端口185到可选的外部设备(例如,图1中示出的监控装置/通信装置190或其它装置),用于提供警示电路,以及提供其它的系统监控电路。
参考图1和图3,其示出了在系统100中的给用户99供应流体的示例性方法300。在第二管段125b中执行连续的压力测量310。第一压力测量值(ΔPa)可以是基于环境压力(Pamb)和第二管段125b中的压力(Ptube)之间的压力差值。该环境压力(Pamb)可以是,例如检测到的第二管段125b的外部的压力。该微控制器150可以判断320测量出的压力(ΔPa)是否大于阈值压力P*。如果否,该方法300则返回所述执行连续的压力测量310的步骤。如果是,则执行第二压力测量(ΔPb)330的步骤。
基于微控制器150检测到的在用户99开始吸气时的第二管段125b中的压力降,检测340呼吸事件的开始。压力降可以是基于第二压力测量值(ΔPb)大于第一压力测量值(ΔPa)。微控制器150可以分析350来自压力传感器140的多个额外的压力信号。例如,微控制器可以分析周围环境和第二管段125b中的压力之间的多个压力差测量值(ΔP1,ΔP2,ΔP3,…,ΔPn)。压力信号也可以超过一预定时间跨度的在多个时间点(t1,t2,t3,…,tn)上被分析;例如,从呼吸时间开始的30毫秒。确定氧气的初始量360。在提供连续的流体流量的示范性实施例中,输送的氧气量可以基于多个压力差测量值(ΔP1,ΔP2,ΔP3,…,ΔPn)的函数g。对于提供脉冲流体流量的示范性实施例,输送的氧气量可以基于多个压力差测量值(ΔP1,ΔP2,ΔP3,…,ΔPn)的函数h。一方面,在吸气的早期,已确定的流体量可以在检测到的呼吸事件期间输送350给用户99。
在利用血氧测量值370的实施例中,该血氧传感器170可以测量372血氧饱和度数据。基于所测得372的血氧饱和度数据,微控制器150可以确定或多或少多少初始确定360的氧气,如连续流或脉冲流的氧气,应该供应给用户99。包含生理测量例如血氧可以允许在系统100中闭环模式操作。因此,最佳的氧气量可以基于系统100中测量出的压力,并可以考虑测量出的血氧,并相应地调整输送376给用户99的所计算出的注入大小,以使实际的血氧保持在生理上适当的范围内。该闭环适当的范围可以从没有补充的氧气被输送,假如此时用户的血氧已维持在生理上适当的限度内,到用户的血氧正在下降的情况下额外的附加的氧气被输送。这提供了优化的操作,因为,氧气不需要时被保存起来,而在用户的测量出的血氧显示额外需求时能够提供额外的氧气。
对于利用二氧化碳描计术模式380的示范性实施例,二氧化碳检测器180可以检测380用户99的呼气中存在多少二氧化碳。检测出的二氧化碳量的检测382可以被微控制器150利用,以确定384在随后的吸气中或检测到的呼吸事件中需要供应386多少流体(连续流体或脉冲流体)。
现在参考图4,是本发明实施例示意的呼吸事件时间图400。压力传感器可以测量管中的压力。通过管子吸入流体的用户可以在管中造成压力降。可以理解的是,本发明的各方面提供流体需求的检测和计算,以及在呼吸周期的吸入阶段的早期供应需要的流体量。下面标号的几个点表示在呼吸事件中压力变化的事件。在点410,代表阈值压力变化。阈值压力变化可以是,例如,接近0.08英寸的水。阈值压力变化的检测可以标记检测到吸气(呼吸事件)的开始。随后的压力测量从点410到点420需要花费预定的时间间隔。吸入压力特性可以基于点410处测量的压力和点410至点420之间包括点420测量的任意一个随后的压力信号而确定。这样测量出的吸入压力特性可以用于在点430确定,在接下来的接近5毫秒的时间内输送给用户最佳的流体量。在确定流体量的时间段之后,在点440,确定的流体量可以在检测到呼吸事件后接近35至50毫秒后通过系统输送给用户。在点450,在从呼吸事件开始的接近1000毫秒的时间后,用户达到吸入的高峰(在图中描绘的是管中最低点的压力)。应该理解的是,在呼吸事件的开始和峰值吸入之间的压力曲线的形状、幅度和时间段可以基于多个因素包括用户的努力状态而每次呼吸发生变化。
当然,应该理解,前述关于本发明的示范性实施例和改变可以在不脱离下面的权利要求中阐释的本发明的精神和范围下做出。

Claims (17)

1.一种给用户供应流体的系统,包括:
膨胀管;
流量控制器,连接所述膨胀管,用于控制流经所述膨胀管的流体流量;以及
流体流量调节模块,连接所述膨胀管和所述流量控制器,所述模块用于在一个单一的吸入气体期间测量所述膨胀管中的压力变化,以及基于所述吸气时测量出的所述压力变化控制所述流量控制器通过所述膨胀管供应最佳量的所述流体。
2.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述流体流量调节模块包括微控制器,所述微控制器用于基于所述吸气时测量出的所述压力变化,确定通过所述流量控制器输送所述流体的最佳量。
3.如权利要求2所述的系统,其中,所述最佳量的流体是注氧。
4.如权利要求1所述的系统,其中,所述膨胀管为插管。
5.一种供应氧气给用户的系统,包括:
膨胀管,连接于氧气源和用户之间,用于供应一定量的氧气给所述用户;
流量控制器,连接所述膨胀管,用于控制流经所述膨胀管的氧气量;
压力传感器,连接位于所述流量控制器和所述用户之间的所述膨胀管;以及
微控制器,连接所述压力传感器,所述微控制器用于:
接收所述压力传感器提供的压力信号,其中,所述压力信号从所述膨胀管中的压力差检测到;
基于第一压力信号,检测来自用户的呼吸事件的开始;
基于第二压力信号,确定用户所需的氧气量,以及
基于所述第二压力信号,控制所述流量控制器以调节输送给用户的氧气流量。
6.如权利要求5所述的系统,其中,所述微控制器用于控制在呼吸事件期间控制所述流量控制器输送确定的氧气量。
7.如权利要求5所述的系统,包括血氧传感器,所述血氧传感器连接至所述微控制器,并依附在所述用户上,所述微控制器用于基于由所述血氧传感器测量出的测量值确定所需的氧气量。
8.如权利要求5所述的系统,包括连接在所述氧气源和所述用户之间的旁通阀,在所述系统发生故障时,所述旁通阀用于允许连续的氧气流向所述用户。
9.如权利要求5所述的系统,包括连接所述微控制器的二氧化碳传感器,所述微控制器用于基于由所述二氧化碳传感器测量出的测量值,确定在所述呼吸事件随后的吸气期间输送的第二氧气量。
10.一种给用户供应氧气的方法,包括:
检测在连接至所述用户的管中的第一呼吸事件的开始;
在预定的时间段内,分析所述管中的压力变化大小;
基于所述分析出的压力变化大小,确定在所述第一呼吸事件期间用户所需的氧气量;以及
供应所述确定的氧气量给所述用户。
11.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,检测所述第一呼吸事件的开始包括检测所述管中的压力降大于一预定的阈值压力。
12.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,在所述压力变化发生在所述呼吸事件的吸气阶段。
13.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,供应所述确定的氧气量给所述用户发生在所述第一呼吸事件的吸入阶段早期。
14.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,供应所述确定的氧气量给所述用户发生在从检测到所述呼吸事件的开始的预定时间内。
15.如权利要求10所述的方法,其中,所分析的压力变化的大小是基于环境压力和所述管中压力的差值。
16.如权利要求10所述的方法,包括测量所述用户的血氧水平,其中,确定所需的氧气量部分取决于所测量出的所述血氧水平。
17.如权利要求10所述的方法,包括:
在所述第一呼吸事件的呼气阶段,测量所述用户的二氧化碳水平;以及
确定在第二呼吸事件的所述吸气阶段供应给所述用户的氧气量部分取决于所测量出的所述二氧化碳水平,其中,所述第二呼吸事件发生在所述第一呼吸事件的所述呼气阶段之后。
