弹性车轮
技术领域    本发明涉及一种车轮,具体地说是一种弹性车轮。
背景技术   目前,汽车车轮都是使用充气的橡胶轮胎,行驶过程中温度升高明显,影响使用安全和寿命;在条件比较恶劣的情况下容易漏气或爆胎,而导致汽车无法行驶,环境适应性较差。
发明内容
   本发明的目的在于提供一种防止漏气和爆胎,适应不同路面的要求,提高了环境适应性和舒适性的弹性轮胎。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该弹性车轮由内向外依次由车轴套、钢圈轮辐、弹性车圈组成;上述弹性车圈由内向外依次由钢圈、聚氨酯夹层、橡胶层组成;上述钢圈轮辐由沿周向分布的椭圆形钢圈组成,椭圆形钢圈一端与车轴套连接,另一端与钢圈连接。
  本发明的有益效果是,该车轮通过弹性车圈和钢圈轮辐,大大增加了车轮的弹性,无充气结构防止漏气和爆胎,适应不同路面的要求,提高了环境适应性和舒适性。

具体实施方式  根据图1、2所示,该弹性车轮主要由弹性车圈1、钢圈轮辐2和车轴套3组成;该弹性车圈由聚氨酯夹层4、橡胶层5和钢圈6组成;在钢圈6中心圆半径方向上设有多个椭圆形钢圈,椭圆形钢圈两端分别与车轴套3和弹性车圈1的钢圈6通过销轴7连接。车轮在行驶时,钢圈轮辐2以及弹性车圈1增大了车轮弹性,提高了环境适应性和舒适性。
上述椭圆形钢圈轮辐2与车轴套3,与钢圈6均通过紧固销轴7连接。所述聚氨酯夹层4为邵氏硬度≥40的聚氨酯弹性材料。

1.一种弹性车轮,其特征在于:
由内向外依次由车轴套(3)、钢圈轮辐(2)、弹性车圈(1)组成;
上述弹性车圈(1)由内向外依次由钢圈(6)、聚氨酯夹层(4)、橡胶层(5)组成;
上述钢圈轮辐(2)由沿周向分布的椭圆形钢圈组成,椭圆形钢圈一端与车轴套(3)连接,另一端与钢圈(6)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的弹性车轮,其特征在于:上述椭圆形钢圈轮辐(2)与车轴套(3),与钢圈(6)均通过紧固销轴(7)连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的弹性车轮,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯夹层(4)为邵氏硬度≥40的聚氨酯弹性材料。
