Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及使用液体或半稠密食品产品例如果汁或番茄酱灌装无菌容器。
背景技术
所述容器是合成材料制成的包装袋,具有矩形或方形的形状,由两薄片沿其边缘焊接组成。
两薄片之一包括有,在其中较小侧附近,最好在所述包装袋的纵轴上,由可移开的盖帽关闭的灌装料口。
在下文中,术语容器和包装袋将可相互交换地使用。
所述容器在线性机内得到灌装,所述线性机包括有,除包装袋前进线外,还包括有无菌腔,其最好是平行六面体,但也可能是圆柱形,其开口设置在底部,并穿过无菌腔下壁上的开孔。

已知的线性机具有产能低的缺点,这是由于很难更改容器的样式、料口和可移开的盖帽,这还应归因于包装袋在灌装站点停留的时间-所述时间是执行所有上述操作所需的时间。
这些操作所需要的总时间对于每一包装袋约在5秒以上,而用于灌装包装袋所需的时间只大约为一秒或多一点,这取决于包装袋的容量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是通过一个简单而有效的解决方案消除所有的这些问题。
这一目标通过这样的一种灌装机可达成,所述灌装机具有独立权利要求中所叙述的特征;从属权利要求所涉及到的本发明的其他的一些特征是为了提供进一步的优势。
实质上,本发明包括基座,其上安置有旋转圆形平台,所述平台通过适当的方式以一连续的旋转动作运动。
至少两个,且最好六个或更多相同的灌装站点设置在所述旋转平台上,所述站点间距相等,并单独配备有针对包装袋的下支座平面,其料口垂直放置。
位于所述平台边缘的是:第一灌装站点处的空包装袋装载装置,此处是灌装周期开始的位置,和用于卸载从灌装站点送来的灌满的包装袋的卸载装置,所述装置刚刚好位于所述第一灌装点的下游,以所述旋转传动带的运动方向为参照。
所述装载装置包括用于从包装袋供应装置传送空包装袋的设备,通过料口将包装袋夹紧,并用于将包装袋定位在第一灌装站点的支座表面上的一个适当位置上。
用于供应空包装袋的装置其本身是已知的,其一般包括有空包装袋供应滚轴,和用于将第一个从所述滚轴上分离的包装袋送至灌装站点的装置。
每一灌装站点均包括固定到所述平台上的支撑支架,包装袋的支座平面和覆盖在上方的灌装组朝向所述支撑支架移动,并面对所述平台的外部。
每一灌装单元均包括无菌腔以及用于将料口插入无菌腔内的装置,用于在料口周围区域消毒的装置,用于移动盖帽至料口的一侧并放回原位的装置,用于将配料计量器-分配器插入料口和进行逆向操作的装置。
包装袋的支座平面是可向下打开的,这样当灌装站点在其卸载位置时卸载灌满的包装袋并令其落在下面的传送带上。

每一门均在被锁住的曲柄53、530的轴线上与滚轴52、520耦合,所述曲柄朝向活塞汽缸组54的双阀杆移动。

每一灌装组6由一支架7支撑,所述支架包括竖直板71,所述竖直板设置有一对水平突出的支架72。
所述支架在一高度可调的位置支撑无菌腔74。

固定的竖直板71在侧面突出地承载径向垂直板710,在板710上由电机70以已知的方式启动的板711垂直滑动。
板711包括水平机架712,所述水平机架712支撑管状主体713,轴714插入管状主体713中。
管状主体713穿过密封的导向套筒715从上方插入到下方的无菌腔74内,导向套筒715被固定在无菌腔74的上壁中。
水平法兰717从管状的主体713的基座伸出,作为夹钳82的两卡爪的支撑物,其中夹钳82与夹钳32完全一致。
在基座上,轴714承载有平板,两连杆716的前端连接在所述平板上,连杆716响应所述轴的旋转驱动所述卡爪。
管状主体713相对于其轴线旋转,为此,其包括上部曲柄7130,所述上部曲柄通过连杆7131连接至伺服电机7132,所述伺服电机位于平板710之后。
类似地,轴714相对于其轴线旋转,且为此,其包括有上部曲柄7140,所述上部曲柄7140通过连杆7141连接至伺服电机7142,所述伺服电机7142位于平板710之后。
向旋转传送带4供以动力使其连续地旋转运动,并将空包装袋同步提供至支座平面51上。
当支座平面51接收到由臂31传来的空包装袋时,夹钳32打开,包装袋释放到所述支座平面上。
在支座平面旋转期间,以下动作得以进行。
夹钳57在无菌腔内穿过其下开孔742升起灌装料口。
在该位置时,盖帽移开装置旋转90°,且夹钳82关闭以抓住盖帽。
这是通过执行器7132和7142协调一致的动作完成的。
由于板711向上的移位,管状主体713和轴714被一起提起,这样以从料口上移开盖帽。
随后,仍由伺服电机驱动的管状主体713和轴714同步旋转,并将夹钳82及被其抓住的盖帽放置于料口附近。
当移除塞子并将其置于旁边时,由支架77支撑的配料设备78下降。
这通过向下调节板76而得以实现。
配料设备密封地停留在料口上,并且由于板83相对于板76垂直平移,挡板80打开配料设备的下孔,并使物料下降到被填充的包装袋内,其中挡板80通过从机架85伸出的阀杆81悬挂,而机架85则被牢固地约束在板83上。
当灌装完成时,垫片59从包装袋的支座平面上升起,并推动包装袋的下翻板阀关闭料口,暂时密封包装袋,防止任何不需要的、可能存在于无菌腔中的超压气体进入料口。
设备在无菌腔内所有所描述的活动完成的期间接近包装袋的卸载位置。
在该位置时,上述设备在一个相反的方向上启动,且当灌装站点处于卸载位置时,夹钳57下降而且支座平面51打开并释放包装袋到用于运送装满的包装袋的传送带上。
可理解,本发明并不仅限于以上的实例,变型和改进在不违背本发明权利要求的保护范围下可得出。
Claims (12)
1.一种封包类包装袋的无菌灌装机,所述包装袋设置有通过可移开的、位于封包一侧上的盖帽闭合的料口,所述灌装机包括:
空包装袋供应装置,灌满时移开包装袋的装置,
旋转传送带设备,配备有一具有连续动作的旋转平台,所述旋转平台上设有至少两灌装站点,所述灌装站点在圆周上是等距的且每一灌装站点均包括包装袋的支座平面和灌装组;
位于第一灌装站点处的空包装袋送料机和定位设备;及
从位于所述第一灌装站点上游处的灌装站点卸载送来的灌满的包装袋的卸载装置;
其特征在于:
每一灌装组均包括有无菌腔;
用于升起位于所述无菌腔内的支座平面上的空包装袋的所述料口的装置;
用于使所述腔略微超压的装置;
用于从料口移开盖帽并将其定位在料口一侧附近,且能够反向操作的装置,用于移开的装置被放置在无菌腔内部;和
分配器-配料计量器设备,在垂直方向上可滑动地进入无菌腔,并且适用于与所述料口啮合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无菌灌装机,其特征在于:所述包装袋的送料机和定位设备包括有夹钳,所述夹钳位于一水平杠杆的一端,所述水平杠杆在第一位置和第二位置之间移动,其中在第一位置,所述夹钳位于来自供给线的包装袋的料口上方,在第二位置,所述夹钳将所述料口定位于所述灌装站点的支座平面上的正确的位置上。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种无菌灌装机,其特征在于:所述夹钳包括两卡爪,当所述夹钳打开时,所述两卡爪设定为展开180°。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种无菌灌装机,其特征在于:所述支座平面下设有垫片,其由活塞汽缸组驱动,这样使其经过支座平面上的开孔升高至所述支座平面之上,并与所述料口接触,这样通过推挤包装袋的下侧来关闭所述料口,以防止在可移开的盖帽被重新放置回料口之前来自无菌腔的略微增压的空气进入包装袋并使包装袋膨胀。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种无菌灌装机,其特征在于:每一灌装站点均包括一包装袋的下支座平面,其由两门组成,所述门共面设置或者在向下的方向上对称旋转以便释放包装袋并使之落下。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种无菌灌装机,其特征在于:每一所述门均在一被锁住的曲柄的轴线上与一滚轴耦合,所述曲柄由一令所述门对称运动的单活塞汽缸组的阀杆驱动。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种无菌灌装机,其特征在于:所述用于升起无菌腔内空包装袋的料口的装置包括在活塞汽缸组作用下垂直移动的夹钳,所述活塞汽缸组位于所述支座平面附近并由其支撑。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种无菌灌装机,其特征在于:所述用于从料口移开盖帽并将所述盖帽定位在所述料口一侧附近,且能够反向操作的装置,包括径向竖直板,其被牢固地限制在旋转传送带上,所述径向竖直板上设有垂直滑动的平板,所述平板包括一水平机架,所述机架可旋转地支撑一管状主体,所述管状主体中插有同轴的轴,还设置有合适的装置用于垂直移动所述平板,所述管状主体插入下方的无菌腔,夹钳的卡爪铰接于所述管状主体和轴的端部之间,还设置有用于相对于轴线以协同并独立的方式旋转所述管状主体和轴的装置,如此以打开和关闭所述夹钳并至少90°旋转所述管状主体和轴。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种无菌灌装机,其特征在于:所述适合用于与料口啮合的分配器-配料计量器设备包括圆柱形主体,所述圆柱形主体可垂直滑动并经由一密封接头插入无菌腔内,配料计量器的下端具有轴向孔,所述轴向孔由带有圆柱形主体的同轴挡板关闭。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种无菌灌装机,其特征在于:所述圆柱形主体由第一平板带动的支架支撑,所述第一平板相对于旋转传送带垂直移动。
11.根据权利要求10所述的一种无菌灌装机,其特征在于:所述挡板由第二平板带动的机架支撑,所述第二平板相对于所述第一平板垂直移动。
12.根据权利要求1所述的一种无菌灌装机,其特征在于:所述包装袋的支座平面由两门组成,所述两门共面设置或者对称向下旋转,每一所述门均在一被锁住的曲柄的轴线上与一滚轴耦合,所述曲柄由一单活塞汽缸组的阀杆驱动。
