背景技术  杏仁中的单不饱和脂肪酸有助于降低患者轻度升高的血脂、血糖,且无需严格限制饮食。本发明从改善饮食着手,来降血糖、降血脂。 
发明内容  本发明的目的是提供一种杏仁椰蓉曲奇。 
方案是:面粉500-600克、黄油150-200克、椰蓉120-150克、杏仁碎250-300克、鸡蛋8-10个、糖240-260克、葡萄干200-250克。 
制备方法:1、将融化的黄油打发至偏白。 
2、将鸡蛋打至起泡,加入面粉、椰蓉、杏仁碎、糖、葡萄干和打好的黄油后搅匀。 
3、将混合物做成喜欢的形状后,放入烤箱中170度烘烤15分钟即可
