Abstract

Description
本发明涉及用于净化载有基本上NOx类型的气态污染物的气体的领域。更特别地,本发明涉及用于处理气体,特别地离开柴油或者汽油发动机排气管的气体的催化体系,其使得可以通过还原所述NOx类型物类除去所述污染性物类。
与被污染气体,尤其在汽油或者柴油发动机交通工具的排气管出口的气体的净化有关的技术和问题在本领域中是熟知的。传统的三效催化剂使得可以联合处理的NOx、CO和HC污染物并使它们转化为中性的和在化学上无害的气体,如N2、CO2和H2O。然而,该体系的很好效率仅仅通过连续地调节空气-燃料混合物的富集度(richesse)获得。因此已知的是,相对于该混合物的化学计量的最轻微偏差引起污染物排放的强烈提高。
为了解决该问题,已经提出,当该混合物是贫乏的(即,燃料是亚化学计量的,换句话说,氧是超化学计量的)时在催化剂中引入可以临时固定NOx的材料(在本领域中通常被称为NOx阱)。然而,这种体系的主要缺点是只能以过消耗燃料为代价可以获得NOx化合物的减少。特别地,使俘获在催化剂上的NOx化合物解吸和使它们催化还原以产生气态氮N2只能在还原催化剂上存在足够量的还原性物类(呈烃或者一氧化碳CO或者气态氢H2形式)时获得。气态氢本身可以通过烃HC和水蒸汽或者在CO和水蒸汽之间的催化反应获得。
根据一种不同的方法,专利US6878354描述了用于通过电化学途径氧化HC和CO和还原NOx化合物的催化剂组合。这种体系看起来是有利的,这是由于它们允许在还原催化剂A和氧化催化剂B两种催化剂(它们同时通过电子导体C和离子导体D彼此连接)之间的电化学反应。根据该公开物,这种体系特别地使得可以提高污染性物类,特别地在使用贫燃料混合物(mélange pauvre)运行的发动机中的污染性物类的催化转化。
为了是有效的,然而这种体系要求使用吸附NOx的物质。
目前,然而这样的简单催化体系还不是已知的,其允许使NOx基本转化为N2,甚至在氧化性气氛中,即在过量氧或者氧化氮NOx类型的氧化性物类存在时也如此。本发明的目的之一是:通过特别地允许转化基本量的NOx物类来克服这种缺陷,无论待净化的气体混合物的化学组成怎样。特别地,本催化体系可应用在由内燃机产生的废气处理中,特别地当待净化的气态介质的空气/燃料比是贫乏时。该催化体系的另一种应用是处理由特别地在玻璃熔炉中使用的燃烧器产生的气体,其已知地包含高比例的所述NOx,特别地N2。
更特别地,本发明的目的是提供简单并自持(autonome)的催化体系,其允许直接除去在待处理的被污染气体中存在的NOx类型的污染物,特别地NO2,所述体系允许在不依靠附加的吸附NOx的材料时以高度选择性方式使所述NOx化合物转化为N2(即其超过80mol%,实际上超过90mol%的被转化的NOx被转化为N2),无论待处理气体的总气氛如何(氧化性的、中性的或者还原性的,特别地氧化性的)和在低温条件,特别地低于500℃的温度下所述体系都可以运行。
根据第一方面,本发明涉及包含符合以下摩尔组成的氧化物或者由其组成的催化体系用于使在待净化气体中存在的NOx类型的氧化性污染性物质,特别地NO2还原的用途:
Ce1-y-zO2-xMyNz,
其中:
-Ce是铈,
-M是选自Gd、Y、Sc、Sm、La、Pr、Nd、Er或Tb的元素,
-y为0.01-0.4,

离子和电子导电性氧化物(oxide conducteur ionique et électronique)的电子电阻率在400℃低于20 Ohms.cm和它的离子电导率在400℃为1-10-4 Siemens/cm。
根据本发明的优选但是非限制性实施方案:
- y为大约0.1至大约0.3,其中z=0,

根据本发明的可能的并且有利的方式,如上所述的催化体系不要求附加的目前已知用于促进NOx化合物转化或者还原为N2的那些类型的金属,特别地贵金属,特别地基于Rh、Cu或者Ni类型的那些。
根据本发明的另一方面,特别地如果NO的比例相对于在待处理气体中存在的NO2的量是相对高时,然而在催化体系中引入用于使一氧化氮NO转化(氧化)为二氧化氮NO2的选择性催化剂可以是有用的。措辞"用于使NO氧化为NO2的选择性催化剂"理解允许使超过50mol%,优选地超过75mol%,甚至超过80mol%,甚至超过85mol%的NO转化为NO2的催化剂。不能被认为是对本发明的范围的限制,在为了开发本发明而实施的研究的背景中,令人惊讶地已经观察到,根据本发明的催化体系允许使NO2极其选择性和有效地还原为N2,但显著更低的使氮一氧化物NO/N2O转化为N2的活性。由此,为了净化包含显著量NO/N2O的气体,因此根据本发明可以设想在根据本发明的催化体系中引入这种氧化催化剂,例如,包含铂Pt,甚至其他金属,如Pd、Ag、Fe、Co或者Au的氧化催化剂,特别地通过已知的浸渍技术,引入在组成Ce1-y-zO2-xMyNz的氧化物上。
根据本发明使用的催化体系可以根据不同可能的方式根据本领域任何已知技术进行使用。
例如,粉末床类型的结构可以包含氧化物粉末,这种氧化物包括或者由根据本发明使用的体系组成。
由无机材料,例如陶瓷材料制成的多孔壁形成的过滤或者非过滤无机结构或者泡沫类型结构还可以由二氧化铈(对应于如上所述的摩尔组成)构成或负载二氧化铈。特别地,根据一个可能的实施方案,多孔无机结构用包含对应于上述摩尔组成的二氧化铈颗粒或者它们前体的水溶液浸渍。
根据一个可能的方式,构成全部或者部分无机结构的无机材料选自以下名单,单独或者组合地:金属或者烧结金属、堇青石、钛酸铝、氧化铝、富铝红柱石、氮化硅或者碳化硅。由电子导电性无机材料(如碳化硅或者金属)制成的结构允许通过极化使催化体系再生。
如上所述的催化体系可以有利地在用于使载有气态污染物和任选的固体颗粒的气体(特别地来自机动车辆的废气)去污和/或过滤的结构中使用,该结构由多孔无机材料构成,在该无机材料上沉积所述催化体系。本发明因此非常特别地运用在净化和过滤来自柴油发动机的废气的结构中。这种结构,通常以术语"颗粒过滤器"表示,包含至少一个,优选地多个整料蜂窝状块。与如上所述的净化设备不同,在这种过滤器中,所述一个或多个块包含通过由多孔壁分隔的具有彼此平行轴的相邻管道或者通道的集合,该管道或者通道在它们端部一个或另一个用塞子封堵以界定在沿着用于接纳气体的面开口的进口管道和在沿着用于放出气体的面开口的出口管道,使得气体穿过多孔壁。这种装配或者非装配结构的实例,描述在例如公开物EP0816065、EP1142619、EP1306358或EP1591430中。
在这种过滤结构中,迫使气体穿过壁。由申请人公司实施的研究显示,令人惊讶地,使用如上所述的电化学催化剂体系一方面允许污染性物类的非常好的转化,而不就此显著地提高由于在排气管道上引入过滤器而产生的压降。
在本发明的主要优点中,特别地可以指出:
-催化体系允许氧化性污染性物类NOx的转化,即使该气体的气氛总体上是氧化性,即,特别地在处理由贫燃料的空气/燃料初始混合物产生的废气的情况下,
-与在本领域中已经描述的体系相反,根据本发明的催化体系是自持的,即它允许在没有允许使NOx化合物连续转化为N2,而不需要在处理NOx之前事先储存NOx的附加化合物的辅助。
本发明还涉及如上所述的催化体系用于使由玻璃熔炉产生的气体去污的用途。
本发明和它的优点通过阅读以下非限制性性实施例而更好地理解。
实施例
实施例1
具有一般组成Ce0.75Y0.2Ti0.05O2的氧化物首先根据以下方法进行制备:
氧化物的前体通过溶胶-凝胶法,通过混合在下面以相等的配比给出的反应剂(以在起始混合物中获得(摩尔):0.2份Y,0.75份Ce和0.05份Ti)进行合成。
使用以下反应剂(盐):
- 乙酸钇四水合物Y(CH3COO)3.4H2O (99-102%,Alfa Aesar),
- 硝酸铈六水合物Ce(NO3)3.6H2O (99.99%,Alfa Aesar),
- 异丙氧基钛Ti(OC3H5)4 (99.9%,Alfa Aesar)。
根据第一步,将前体盐溶于超纯蒸馏水中。制备盐溶液和有机溶液。如上所述,在环境温度下并且在搅拌下将希望比例的前体盐(以获得化合物Ce0.75Y0.2Ti0.05O2)溶于超纯蒸馏水中。
加入水直至全部盐已经溶解。为了合成10g混合导体,加入大约130ml超纯蒸馏水。同时,将PEG2000 (Fluka,HO-(CH2-CH2-O)n-H)溶于异丙醇中(Acros Organics)。异丙醇占该有机溶液的90重量%。在搅拌和在40℃下进行溶解。随后使上述两种溶液升至55℃并且混合使得盐溶液占最终溶液的50重量%。获得的溶液随后放置在60℃的旋转蒸发器中1小时30分钟以促进均匀化。
PEG 2000产生三维周期聚合网络,盐可以被包括在其中。该溶剂的干燥和蒸发在旋转蒸发器上在减压(P大气–1100毫巴)下和在65℃进行。
有机化合物的除去步骤通过在空气下在600℃加热30分钟进行实施。上升梯度为50℃/h。将前述凝胶放置于氧化铝坩埚中以确保去除所有有机残余物。如此回收的具有组成Ce0.75Y0.2Ti0.05O2的氧化物在研钵中手动研磨之后具有黄色。它的比表面积根据BET法通过传统的表面分析进行测量。通过惰性气体吸附测定比表面积的方法已由S.Brunauer,P.H.Emmet和J.Teller开发并且对于本领域的技术人员是熟知的。它的比表面积为大约57m2/g。
该氧化物随后进行处理以获得根据本发明的催化体系,即在允许获得该氧化物晶格的高度地缺乏氧离子的状态的条件下被还原。更具体地,在超过或者接近于600℃的温度下使氧化物经受在纯H2(>99.99重量%)下的还原达足够的时间(至少一个小时)以获得高度缺乏氧的状态,即具有整体组成Ce0.75Y0.2Ti0.05O1.7(x=0.3)的氧化物。
根据本发明,根据常规技术通过程序升温还原(TPR)评价该氧化物的氧缺陷率x (taux de déficit x en oxygène)(或者氧亚化学计量)。该样品在包含H2(H2/He混合物,具有1mol%H2、1.8l/h、10℃/分钟)的气氛下被加热直到900℃。根据熟知的技术,该氢耗直接地与参数x相关。
根据熟知的技术,该氢消耗与参数x直接相关。更具体地,基于由所测试氧化物相对于不缺乏氧的氧化物(对于它们x=0)所消耗的氢气获得x的值。直接通过用所测试的贫氧化物的摩尔数除所消耗的氢气的摩尔数获得贫氧化物的x值。
这种根据本发明的在氢气氛下的高温还原步骤允许除去不仅在表面上而且在氧化物整个体积中的氧的一部分,同时在整个晶格中产生氧空穴。同时,这不可以被认为是明确和限制性论断,这种产生氧空穴的步骤可伴随着晶格的一部分Ce4+阳离子部分转化为Ce3+阳离子。由此获得根据本发明的第一催化体系。
对比实施例1
根据这种对比实施例1,以相同方式重复实施例1,不同在于不实施最后还原步骤(即从该氧化物晶格中除去一部分氧)。由此,根据该实施例,最后获得具有57m2/g比表面积的具有整体组成Ce0.75Y0.2Ti0.05O2的氧化物,这次无氧空穴。
实施例2
根据该实施例,根据实施例1合成的氧化物(具有组成Ce0.75Y0.2Ti0.05O2和具有57m2/g的比表面积)在纯氢下的还原步骤之前在1250℃在空气下预热8小时。在1250℃处理之后测量的比表面积被减小至2m2/g。随后使该氧化物经受与在前述实施例1描述相同的在氢气氛和高温下的处理一段足够时间以获得高度地缺乏氧的氧化物。延长还原性处理直至该亚化学计量的氧化物基本上对应以下通式:Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.7(x=0.3),其比表面积这次为大约2m2/g。
对比实施例2
实验操作方法与对于实施例2已经描述那些是相同的,区别在于不实施最后的从氧化物晶格中除去一部分氧的步骤。因此,最后获得具有整体组成Ce0.75Y0.2Ti0.05O2的氧化物,无氧空穴。
实施例3
根据该实施例,合成了另一种根据本发明的包含铈和钆的缺乏氧的催化体系。
在第一步中,表征了由NexTech公司提供的具有化学计量摩尔整体组成Ce0.8Gd0.2O2的商品粉末。这种粉末显示出32m2/g比表面积。
粉末用呈二亚硝酸二氨铂(NH3)2Pt(NO2)2 (Alfa Aesar,1.7%重量Pt)形式的铂前体浸渍,然后倾倒在圆底烧瓶中并且与铂前体和超纯水的溶液混合。将圆底烧瓶浸入水浴中并且在70℃温度下在搅拌下加热70分钟。在搅拌结束时,从水浴取出圆底烧瓶然后冷却至环境温度。随后将圆底烧瓶再浸入并且在低真空下温和地加热直到60℃。一旦在60℃大约2小时之后溶剂已经被完全地蒸发,在110℃的烘箱中干燥该粉末3小时然后研磨。由此获得的催化体系随后在空气下在500℃锻烧1小时。在浸渍之后,具有整体组成Ce0.8Gd0.2O2的氧化物包含相对于氧化物粉末和贵金属的体系的总重量大约0.3%的Pt。
随后使该氧化物经受如在前述实施例1描述的在纯氢气氛下和在高温下(大于或等于600℃)下的处理达一段足够时间以获得高度地缺乏氧的氧化物。通过如上所述的传统的程序升温还原技术,可以显示出亚化学计量的氧化物基本上对应以下通式:Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.7(x=0.3)。由此获得根据本发明的第一催化体系。
对比实施例3
根据该对比实施例3,以相同方式重复实施例3,不同在于不实施最后的严格还原步骤(用于通过还原从该氧化物晶格中除去一部分氧)。如此,最后,根据该实施例,获得具有整体组成Ce0.8Gd0.2O2的氧化物,其包含铂但是无氧空穴。
实施例4
根据这种根据本发明的实施例,制备由与在实施例3中描述的那些相同的贫氧的氧化物(但是其不用铂浸渍)组成的第四催化体系。实验操作方法是与已经对于实施例3所描述的操作方法相同的,缺少使用Pt浸渍氧化物的步骤。如此,最后,根据该实施例,获得由具有整体组成Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.7的氧化物组成的无Pt催化体系。

实施例5
-根据这种根据本发明的实施例,制备根据本发明的第五催化体系,其由和在实施例4中描述的那些相同的贫氧的氧化物组成,但是其中在较不严格的条件下实施该氧化物的还原步骤。更具体地,该氧化物经受在纯H2下在450℃温度下的还原达1小时,最后获得具有整体组成Ce0.8Gd0.2O1.9(x=0.1)的氧化物。

的转化测试
将前述根据本发明的实施例和对比实施例的样品(细磨为粉末形式)放置于U形石英固定床反应器中。更具体地,将大约500mg催化体系引入到配备有支持粉末的多孔烧结石英过滤器的反应器中。催化剂该体积为约0.3–0.4cm3。在He(5 l/h)流下在250℃和在大气压下加热该催化剂。一旦250℃的温度稳定后,根据10 l/h总流速和以25000至35000h-1的时空速度将由NO2/He混合物组成的反应混合物引入到催化剂上。待净化的气体混合物最初包含500ppm NO2。它是高度氧化性气氛的代表,在该意义上,例如代表由作为贫燃料混合物(mélange pauvre)运行的柴油发动机产生的废气或者由玻璃熔炉的燃烧器产生的气体。
气体的在线分析通过红外分析仪(对于NO和N2O)和紫外线分析仪(对于NO2)和通过配备有两种分析模块和两种热导检测器的微型色谱仪(用于分析氧和氮气)提供。在待处理的气体中的NO、NO2、N2和N2O的浓度的改变作为时间的函数(从将NO2/He混合物引入到催化剂上开始)进行监测大约2小时。然后计算在该整个周期期间内通过催化体系将NOx化合物转化为N2的总体摩尔百分比,如在表1和2中给出。
还在该装置的出口处验证催化剂的N2的选择性,即它唯一地将NOx化合物转化为N2的能力。

获得的结果,特别地在上述表1和2中给出的那些,显示根据本发明的催化体系(实施例1至5)具有令人惊奇的可以将NO2还原为氮气的能力,甚至在高度地氧化性介质中也如此。在相同的条件下,不缺乏氧的对比实施例1至4的样品没有成功地将NO2化合物还原为N2。
在实施例1和实施例2之间的比较显示,根据本发明的催化体系可以将NOx化合物转化为N2(即使它们显示出非常低的比表面积)同时保留优良的选择性。根据本发明的体系的选择性是很高的。该选择性通过测量由该催化体系在该测试整个持续时间(6500秒)内制备的N2(μmol)相对于被转化的NOx的量(N2+N2O)的百分比进行确定。在这种情况下,根据本发明的体系没有显示出转化为N2O的NOx化合物的存在,因为选择性为100%。
在实施例3和实施例4之间的比较表明贵金属的存在不是为该催化反应所必需的。在贫氧的氧化物上存在铂甚至在一些条件下可以产生NOx化合物的转化率的降低,这看起来极其令人惊奇的,特别地当待处理气体非常主要地包含二氧化氮时。然而,通过申请人实施的其它测试已经显示基于贵金属(如Pt)的催化剂的存在然而可以是有利的(当待处理气体这次包含大量一氧化氮时)。
实施例5,与实施例4相比较,显示NOx化合物的转化效果可以直接地与晶格的贫氧状态相关,NOx化合物的转化率随着该氧化物的晶格的氧空穴的比率x的值降低。
而且,根据至今还没被公开的性质,在低温(即从250℃)观察到污染物的显著转化,而通常的催化剂在更高的温度下是活性的。例如,当前的三效催化剂,特别地沸石,主要在700至1000℃之间是活性的。

3+
离子的比例的测量
在氧化物中阳离子的比例通过Ce3+/Ce4+比率进行测量,该Ce3+/Ce4+比率借助于在本领域中是熟知的磁化率测量(亦被称为“磁力天平测量”,英文为“Magnetic Balance Mesurement”)获得。对于根据本发明的实施例,Ce3+离子的比例为约40至60%。
离子和电子电导率的测量
氧化物的电导率可以通过传统阻抗技术进行测量,其例如描述在出版物"Acta Materialia,vol.56,第4658-4672页(2008)"中。根据本发明的实施例的样品的离子和电子电导率比对比实施例低得多,并且是唯一符合本发明的目的:在400℃低于20 Ohms.cm的电子电阻率和在400℃在1-10-4Siemens/cm的离子电导率。
Claims (13)
1.包含氧化物或者由其构成的催化体系用于使在待净化气体中包含的NOx类型的氧化性污染性物类,特别地NO2还原的用途,其中该氧化物符合以下摩尔组成:Ce1-y-zO2-xMyNz,
其中:
-Ce是铈,
-M是选自Gd、Y、Sc、Sm、La、Pr、Nd、Er或Tb的元素,
-y为0.01-0.4,
-N是具有数个化合价的元素,其选自:Ti、V、Cr、Mn、Fe、Co、Ni或Cu,
-z低于0.4,
-x大于0.05,
该氧化物的电子电阻率在400℃低于20 Ohms.cm和它的离子电导率在400℃为1-10-4 Siemens/cm。
2.根据权利要求1的催化体系的用途,其中y为大约0.1至大约0.3,其中z=0。
3.根据权利要求2的催化体系的用途,其中氧化物对应于式Ce1-yO2-xMy,其中y为大约0.1至大约0.3。
4.根据前一权利要求的催化体系的用途,其中氧化物对应于式Ce1-yO2-xGdy,其中y为大约0.1至大约0.3。
5.根据权利要求1的催化体系的用途,其中z大于0,优选地为0.01至0.2。
6.根据前一权利要求的催化体系的用途,其中氧化物对应于式Ce1-y-zO2-xYyTiz,其中y为大约0.1至大约0.3和其中z为0.01-0.1。
7.根据前述权利要求之一的催化体系的用途,其中该氧化物包含氧空穴和其中晶格的Ce4+阳离子的一部分被转化为Ce3+阳离子。
8.根据前述权利要求之一的催化体系的用途,其中Ce3+离子的比例,如通过Ce3+/Ce4+比率给出,为25-75%。
9.根据前述权利要求之一的催化体系的用途,其中x为0.1-0.4,优选地0.1-0.3。
10.根据前述权利要求之一的催化体系的用途,其中氧化物显示出0.5-100m2/g,优选地1-30m2/g的比表面积。
11.根据前述权利要求之一的催化体系的用途,其中所述催化体系中还包含至少一种其它对于使NOx转化为NO2的氧化反应的选择性元素,特别地基于Pt、Pd、Ag、Fe、Co或者Au的催化剂。
12.根据前述权利要求之一的催化体系在用于使载有气态污染物和任选的固体颗粒的气体,特别地机动车辆的废气去污和/或过滤的结构中的用途,该结构由多孔无机材料构成,在该无机材料上沉积所述催化体系。
13.根据权利要求1-11之一的催化体系的用途,用于使由玻璃熔炉产生的气体去污。
