Description

特别用于汽车的前桥支架
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于汽车的前桥支架。这种支架也被称为副架(subframe)、车架(frame)或者副车架(auxiliary frmae),把附件和/或辅助附件安装在这种前桥支架上后,将这种前桥支架作为预制单元或组件安装在车身上,比如,安装到汽车的车身或汽车纵梁。 
背景技术
DE 199 20 051 A1披露了一种这样的副架或前桥支架,在该副架或前桥支架上,为用于将两个车轮控制装置(例如横臂或A形臂)的每一个旋转安装的支撑点,分别设置两个容纳件,以及,设置有其他用于固定转向机构、横向稳定杆和其他附件的容纳件或凹进部,以及,其中,副架还具有其他用于将副架自身固定于车身上的容纳件或凹进部,其中副架与预组装的附件一起作为预制的组件。 
这种副架的缺点是制造复杂,这是因为:首先,需要为纵梁以及横梁准备不同的型材(还有内部压力缺陷),此外,需要单独将用于不同附件的容纳件以及用于副架的容纳件安装至底盘,例如通过螺栓连接或者焊接,以及,各容纳件(如侧构件端部处的容纳件)还需要进行再次成型,例如做压平处理等。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是为:避免现有支架(具体而言车架或副架)的缺点;简化其制造工艺;降低成本;减少零部件数量,从而减少连接及组装处理;提高操作性能;减少车辆自身的重量以及车架的重量;从而,节约运输成本,以及减少非悬挂质量。此外,使得车辆中将附件安装成预装组件的安装操作以及将预装组件装配到汽车内的安装操作更方便且更经济。 
根据本发明能够实现上述目的,本发明提供一种汽车用前桥支架,其中,为用于将两个车轮控制装置的每一个旋转安装的支撑点而分别设置容纳件;以及,设有用于将前桥支架固定于车身上的凹进部,其中前桥支架与预组装附件一起作为预制的组件;以及,设有: 
用于固定转向机构的凹进部, 
用于固定横向稳定杆的凹进部, 
单一的用于支撑铰接支柱的凹进部, 
以及,前桥支架制成轻金属部件的形式,轻金属部件与所有的容纳件和凹进部成为一体,以及使其彼此连接,其中,设置用于单一的用于支撑铰接支柱的凹进部的容纳开口通过套筒装置设计的部件构成,该部件设有至少几乎垂直于行车道的轴,该部件设置在构成臂的用于支撑点的容纳件或凹进部中。 
可优选采用铝或铝合金作为上述轻金属。此外,有利的是,通过铝铸造方法如倾斜式硬模铸造法制造前桥支架。 
相比现有技术的支架,此种前桥支架或副架的生产明显更为经济,这是因为省去了将形成车架的单个部件连接到一起的操作以及容纳件的固定操作,因此,减少了连接和组装的过程。出乎意料的是,通过本发明还明显减轻重量,这是由于相比于其有效物质(effectivesubstance),铝的比重高。这样不仅可减轻车辆自身的重量,还可进一步减少油耗,降低运输成本,并且减轻悬挂质量。 
进一步,根据本发明的前桥支架具有本体,该本体除了用于容纳件的凹进部以及其他凹进部(如为组装目的的凹进部)之外基本连续,本体被加固肋环绕,以及,用于支撑每个车轮控制装置的容纳件可设计成臂。有利的是,将用于每个车轮控制装置的两个容纳件中的一个形成为,该容纳件具有至少两个至少近似在汽车纵向上相互分隔开的容纳部,用于以U形环绕的方式安装车轮控制装置的一个支撑点;以及,其中,在汽车纵向上,用于每个车轮控制装置的第二容纳件与上述容纳部分隔开,以及,其中,该第二容纳件用于支撑车轮控制装置设计成轴颈的另一个支撑点,其中,车轮控制装置的支撑轴颈可至少近似在汽车纵向上延伸。 
特别有利的是,在包含第二容纳件的臂上,一体方式设置有第一用于固定装置的容纳件或凹进部,该固定装置用于将支架固定于车身,其中,适合的是,该容纳部设置在第二容纳件远离本体的一侧上。 
根据本发明的进一步改进方案,具有第二容纳件的臂包括两个加固肋,这两个加固肋由第二容纳件延伸而出、环绕该臂并逐渐没入本体。有利的是,其中一条加固肋在具有第二容纳件的臂靠近第一支座的一侧上延伸,并逐渐没入本体。适合地,在具有第二容纳件的臂远离第一支座的一侧上的另一条加固肋,在第二个用于固定装置的容纳件的区域内逐渐没入本体,该固定装置用于将支架固定于车身上。 
通过上述方案,可以利用最少的材料实现最优的结构强度值。 
合适的是,具有第二容纳件并且从本体延伸而出的臂具有双T形横截面。 
进一步有利的是,在用于另一支撑点的第二容纳件与第二个用于将支架固定于底盘的固定装置的第二容纳件或凹进部之间,该臂具有至少近似横向于该臂而延伸的加固肋。 
通过上述方案,可以利用最少的材料实现最优的结构强度值。

以下结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。 
前桥支架1具有由加固肋3、4环绕的支架本体2。此外,前桥支架1在汽车纵向轴线F两侧都具有支撑容纳件5、6,用于将车轮控制装置即横臂或A型臂7支撑在汽车轴线F的每一侧上。用于横臂7的一个支撑点8的容纳件5由两个臂容纳部5a、5b组成,这两个臂容纳部分别设置在从本体1延伸而出的臂9、10中。 
用于横臂7的第二支撑点11的第二支撑容纳件6同样设置于臂12上。前桥支架1还具有用于固定转向机构的容纳件/凹进部13。 
此外,前桥支架1中设置有用于支撑铰接支柱的容纳件14和用 于安装横向稳定杆的容纳件或凹进部15。 
臂12被加固肋16、17围绕,加固肋16、17从本体延伸而出并终止于支撑容纳件6。 
前桥支架在车辆纵向轴线F两侧还分别具有第一个、第二个和第三个用于将支架固定在车身上的固定装置的容纳件或凹进部,即,容纳件或凹进部18、19、20。第一用于将支架固定在车身上的固定装置的容纳件18设置在臂16上,更具体地说,设置在容纳件6远离本体的一侧上。 
相应的加固肋16直接过渡为第二个用于将支架固定于车身的固定装置的容纳件。 
第三个用于固定装置的容纳件20设置于从臂10延伸而出的臂21上,并且,该臂10上还包括第一支撑容纳件5的臂容纳部5b。 
带有两个加固肋16、17的臂12的横截面为双T形,该臂12在第二支撑容纳件6远离容纳件18的一侧上还具有至少近似横向于支架12而延伸的加固肋22。 

Claims (1)

1.一种汽车用前桥支架,其中,为用于将两个车轮控制装置的每一个旋转安装的支撑点(8,11)而分别设置容纳件(5,6);以及,设有用于将所述前桥支架固定于车身上的凹进部(18,19,20),其中所述前桥支架与预组装附件一起作为预制的组件;以及,设有:
用于固定转向机构的凹进部(13),
用于固定横向稳定杆的凹进部(15),
单一的用于支撑铰接支柱的凹进部(14),
以及,所述前桥支架制成轻金属部件的形式,所述轻金属部件与所述所有的容纳件和凹进部(5,6,13,14,15,18,19,20)成为一体,以及使其彼此连接,其特征在于,
设置所述用于单一的用于支撑铰接支柱的凹进部(14)的容纳开口通过套筒装置设计的部件构成,所述部件设有至少几乎垂直于行车道的轴,所述部件设置在构成臂(9、10、12)的用于支撑点(8,11)的容纳件或凹进部(5,6)中。
