Abstract
상기와 같은 구성의 본 발명은, 어퍼암의 적정 길이를 확보할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 또한, 레이아웃 상의 설계 자유도가 향상되어 부품 간의 공간을 더욱 용이하게 확보할 수 있고 소형차량에도 더블위시본 서스펜션을 적용시킬 수 있는 효과가 있다.
Description
도 1b 는 전방 충돌 시 충격량을 경감시키기 위해 쇽업소버가 차체의 길이방향으로 배치되고 푸쉬로드 및 로커암이 경우의 모습을 도시한 도면,
도 2 는 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 서브프레임을 도시한 사시도,
도 3 은 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예에 따른 서브프레임이 파워트레인 하부로 차체에 장착된 모습을 도시한 도면 및 부분확대도,
도 4 는 쇽업소바가 길이방향으로 배치되어 로커암 및 푸쉬로드가 장착되는 경우에 본 발명의 서브프레임이 장착된 모습을 도시한 사시도,
도 5 는 도 4 의 부분을 확대하여 도시한 도면.

Claims (5)
- 휠허브가 상하로 배치된 로워암과 어퍼암을 통해 차체에 연결되는 차량에 장착되며 상기 로워암이 측 방향에서 결합되는 서브프레임의 구조에 있어서,
차체 하부에 장착되되 판 형상으로 측 방향에서 로워암이 장착되는 바디; 및
상기 바디의 상측으로 돌출되도록 결합되며 어퍼암이 연결되는 마운팅브라켓;을 포함하고,
상기 마운팅브라켓은, 바(bar) 형상으로서 상기 바디의 상측 위로 세워진 베이스 및 상기 베이스의 상단에 형성되어 어퍼암이 연결되는 마운팅부로 구성되며,
상기 차체에는 쇽업소버가 차량의 길이방향을 따라 배치되어 상기 쇽업소버의 전방끝단은 범퍼와 연결되고, 후방끝단은 푸쉬로드를 통해 휠허브와 연결되는 로커암과 결합되되, 상기 마운팅부에는 로커암이 차량의 전후 방향으로 회전 가능하게 결합될 수 있도록 로커암브라켓이 부설된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서브프레임의 구조.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 어퍼암은 "V" 모양을 이루도록 끝단이 두 개로 분기되어 형성되고, 상기 마운팅부에는 어퍼암의 양측 끝단이 각각 회동 가능하게 결합되도록 일측과 타측에 힌지브라켓들이 각각 부설된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서브프레임의 구조.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 로커암브라켓은 마운팅부의 양측 끝단에 장착된 힌지브라켓들 사이에서 부설된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서브프레임의 구조.
- 제 1 항, 제 3 항 및 제 4 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 마운팅부의 상측면은 차체의 사이드멤버 아래로 마운팅되는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서브프레임의 구조.
