背景技术
神经性皮炎是一种皮肤功能障碍性疾病,具有明显的皮肤损害,多发生在颈后部或其两侧、肘窝、腘窝、前臂、大腿、小腿及腰骶部等,常成片出现,呈三角形或多角形的平顶丘疹,皮肤增厚,皮脊突起,皮沟加深,形似苔藓,常呈淡红或淡褐色,剧烈瘙痒是其主要的症状,如全身皮肤有较明显损害者,又称之为弥漫性神经性皮炎。
神经性皮炎一般认为与神经系统功能障碍、大脑皮质兴奋和抑制过程平衡失调有关,因患者常伴有神经衰弱、失眠和更年期综合征,每因情绪波动、精神过度紧张而病情加重或复发。现代医学理论对神经性皮炎的发病原因和发病机制尚不明确,一般认为与神经精神因素、刺激因素、疾病因素有关,如精神过度兴奋、忧郁、紧张、焦虑、恐怖或神经衰弱、过饮醇酒咖啡等辛热兴奋剂,或服用某些用于神经系统的药丸,以及消化系统疾病、内分泌障碍等诱发。
传统中医理论认为,此病主要以内因为主,由于心绪烦扰,七情内伤,内生心火而致。治疗神经性皮炎,应当针对风湿热毒蕴蒸皮肤、热入营血蕴而成毒、汗出风邪客于肌肤、辛热客于肌腠化热成毒、湿热入营外感毒邪等致病机理,选用清热凉血、利湿解毒、除湿止痒、散风祛邪的中药材组方配方。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种用于治疗神经性皮肤炎症的药丸,具有清热凉血、利湿解毒、除湿止痒、散风祛邪之功效,治病求源标本兼治,对各种原因引起的神经性皮肤炎症均具有很好的疗效。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案实施如下:
一种用于治疗神经性皮肤炎症的药丸,制成所述药丸有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:
甘草70~95份 元参60~85份 白藓皮55~75份 龙胆草50~70份
生地45~65份 银花40~55份 车前子35~50份 牛蒡子32~46份
白芨28~40份 连翘22~36份 蛇床子18~30份 鸡内金15~25份
赤芍12~20份 蝉蜕8~16份 四季青5~15份 半枝莲3~12份
制成所述药丸有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:
甘草82份 元参70份 白藓皮62份 龙胆草58份
生地52份 银花45份 车前子40份 牛蒡子37份
白芨32份 连翘27份 蛇床子23份 鸡内金18份
赤芍15份 蝉蜕10份 四季青9份 半枝莲7份
一种用于治疗神经性皮肤炎症的药丸的制备方法,包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)将蝉蜕粉碎后研末,过200目细粉,备用。
(2)将鸡内金用文火略炒后,粉碎研末,过200目细粉,备用。
(3)将甘草、白藓皮、龙胆草、生地、银花、车前子、牛蒡子、白芨、连翘、蛇床子、四季青、半枝莲放入容器中,加入十倍量的水,煮沸后继续浸泡7~9小时,取煮液;在剩余的药渣中再加入六倍量的水,煮沸后继续浸泡5~7小时,取煮液;合并两次所得煮液,加热蒸发,浓缩为50℃环境下相对密度1.15~1.20的药膏,备用。
(4)将元参、赤芍放入容器中,加入三倍量的即墨老酒,煮沸后继续浸泡3~5小时,取煮液;在剩余的药渣中再加入两倍量的即墨老酒,煮沸后继续浸泡1~2小时,取煮液;合并两次所得煮液,加热蒸发,浓缩为50℃环境下相对密度1.10~1.15的药膏,备用。
(5)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)所得的细粉,与步骤(3)、步骤(4)制得的药膏混合,加入凡士林和炼蜜后搅拌均匀,以现代科学工艺制备为1.2~1.6g/粒的丸剂产品。
本发明所用中药的药性如下:
甘草:味甘;性平。归心;肺;脾;胃经。补脾益气;清热解毒;祛痰止咳;缓急止痛;调和诸药。主治脾胃虚弱;倦怠乏力;心悸气短;咳嗽痰多;脘腹四脚挛急疼痛;痈肿疮毒;缓解药丸毒性。《本草纲目》载:“诸药中甘草为君,调和从药有功。”现代医学研究证实,甘草有较强的解毒作用,还有抗溃疡、抗炎症、镇痉镇咳、降血压、降血脂、抗癌作用,广泛用于治疗咽喉炎、喉炎、气管炎、支气管炎、哮喘、咳嗽、咳血等疾病,此外还具有抗胃溃疡、抗胃炎作用。
元参:味甘;苦;咸;性微寒。归肺;胃;肾经。清热凉血;滋阴降火;解毒散结。主治温热病热和营血;身热;烦渴;舌绛;发斑;骨蒸劳嗽;虚烦不寤;津伤便秘;目涩昏花;咽喉肿痛;瘰疬痰核;痈疽疮毒。《日华子本草》载:“治头风热毒游风,补虚劳损,心惊烦躁,劣乏骨蒸,止健忘,消肿毒。”现代医学研究证实,元参含玄参素、环烯醚萜甙类,还含挥发油、生物碱等,水浸液、醇浸液和煎剂都有降低血压的作用,能扩张血管、强心,此外还有镇表和抗惊厥作用。
白藓皮:味苦;咸;性寒。入脾;肺;小肠;胃;膀胱经。清热燥湿;祛风止痒;解毒。主治风热湿毒所致的风疹;湿疹;疥癣;黄疸;湿热痹。《药性论》载:“治一切热毒风,恶风,风疮、疥癣赤烂,眉发脱脆,皮肌急,壮热恶寒;主解热黄、酒黄、急黄、谷黄、劳黄等。”现代医学研究表明,白藓皮对多种致病真菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,能兴奋心脏、增加心肌张力,此外还有显著的抗癌、解痉、解毒等作用。
龙胆草:味苦;性寒。入心;肺;胃;大肠经。清热利湿;凉血解毒。主治肺热咳喘;痨嗽痰血;黄疸;痢疾;便血;小便不利;疳积;疮疡;肿毒;烧烫伤;蛇咬伤。《常用中草药手册》载:“清热,除湿,解毒,止痛,健胃。治药毒,发痧肚痛,腰痛,黄疸,胃痛。”现代医学研究证实,龙胆草能促进胃液和胃酸分泌,明显降低血清胆红素含量,对绿脓杆菌,变形杆菌,伤寒杆菌,痢疾杆菌,金黄色葡萄球菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,此外还具有利尿、镇痛、镇静和抗变态反应的功能。
生地:味甘;苦;性微寒。归心;肝;肾经。滋阴清热;凉血补血。主治热病烦渴;内热消渴;骨蒸劳热;温病发斑;血热所致的吐血;尿血;血虚萎黄;眩晕心悸。《日华子本草》载:“治惊悸劳劣,心肺损,吐血,鼻衄,助筋骨。”现代医学研究证实,生地是有效的免疫增强剂,包含对人体有好处的多类氨基酸、糖类,并且有强心、利尿、降压、降糖、保肝、抑菌、升高血细胞等药理作用。
银花:味甘;性寒。入肺;胃经。清热解毒。主治温病发热;热毒血痢;痈肿行疮;喉痹及多种感染性疾病。《本草通玄》载:“主胀满下痢,消痈散毒,补虚疗风。”临床医学研究表明,银花具有显著的抗菌及抗病毒作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、痢疾、伤寒、脑膜炎双球菌、肺炎双球菌、绿脓杆菌以及流感病毒都有明显的抑制作用,能增强免疫系统功能,促进淋巴细胞转化,增强白细胞的吞噬功能,促进肾上腺皮质激素的释放,对炎症有明显的抑制作用。
车前子:味甘;淡;性微寒。归肺;肝;肾;膀胱经。清热利尿;渗湿止泻;明目;祛痰。主治小便不利;淋浊带下;水肿胀满;暑湿泻痢;目赤障翳;痰热咳喘。《日华子本草》载:“通小便淋涩,壮阳。治脱精,心烦,下气。”现代医学研究证实,车前子有显著利尿作用,能促进呼吸道粘液分泌,稀释痰液,并对各种杆菌和葡萄球菌有显著抑制作用。

白芨:味苦;甘;涩;性微寒。入肺;肝;胃经。止咳祛痰;活血止血。主治咳嗽痰多;咳血;乳腺炎。《日华子本草》载:“止惊邪、血邪,痢疾,赤眼,症结,发背,瘰疬,肠风,痔瘿,刀箭疮扑损,温热疟疾,血痢,汤火疮,生肌止痛,风痹。”现代医学研究证实,白芨富含胶质、淀粉、挥发油等,有效抵抗杆菌,抑制纤维蛋白溶酶的活性,广泛应用于各类外伤出血。
连翘:味苦;性微寒。入肺;心;胆经。清热解毒;消肿散结。主治风热感冒;温病;痈疽;肿毒;瘰疬;瘿瘤;喉痹。《神农本草经》载:“主寒热,鼠瘘,瘰疬,痈肿恶疮,瘿瘤,结热。”临床医学研究表明,连翘有广谱抗菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、贺氏痢疾杆菌有很强的抑制作用,对其他致病菌、流感病毒、真菌都有一定的抑制作用,所含的齐墩果酸有强心、利尿及降血压作用,维生素P可降低血管通透性及脆性,防止溶血,此外还有抗炎、镇吐、抗肝损伤作用。
蛇床子:味辛;苦;性温;有小毒。归脾;肾经。温肾壮阳;燥湿杀虫;祛风止痒。主治阴痒肿痛;风湿痹痛;湿疮疥癣。《本草经疏》载:“温中下气,除湿散寒,润肾,益脾,除一切虚寒湿所生病。”现代医学研究证实,蛇床子含多种挥发油、蛇床酚、香柑内酯、蛇床子素、香豆类成分及棕榈酸等,浸膏具有性激素样作用,有抗心律失常、降低血压、抗微生物、寄生虫、杀灭阴道滴虫、抑制絮状表皮癣菌,以及局部麻醉作用,能明显抗变态反应,平衡体内环核苷酸和前列腺素水平,延缓衰老,补肾强体,此外还有平喘、祛疾、催眠等作用。
鸡内金:味甘;性平。归脾;胃;肾;膀胱经。健脾消食;涩精止遗;消癥化石。主治消化不良;饮食积滞;呕吐反胃;泄泻下痢;小儿疳积;遗精;遗尿;小便频数;泌尿系结石及胆结石;癥瘕经闭;喉痹乳蛾;牙疳口疮。《本草纲目》载:“治小儿食疟,疗大人淋漓、反胃,消酒积,主喉闭、乳蛾,一切口疮,牙疳诸疮。”现代医学临床证实,鸡内金用于治疗消化不良、慢性胃炎、胆结石、膀胱炎、膀胱结石、口腔溃疡、遗精遗尿、胃癌、肝硬化等多种疾病,有较好的疗效。
赤芍:味苦;微寒。归肝经。清热凉血;散瘀止痛。主治温毒发斑,吐血衄血;目赤肿痛;肝郁胁痛;症瘕腹痛;痈肿疮疡。《神农本草经》载:“主邪气腹痛,除血痹、破坚积寒热疝瘕、止痛,生川谷。”现代医学研究证实,赤芍对高黏滞血冠心病患者有改变血液流变性的作用,可使全血黏度比及红细胞电泳时间降低,能通过影响钙代谢拮抗动脉粥样硬化,水醇提取物有显著的镇静作用及止痛效果,能轻度提高胃液的酸度。
蝉蜕:味甘;咸;性凉。入肺;肝经。宣散风热;透疹利咽;退翳明目;祛风止痉。主治风热感冒;咽喉肿痛;咳嗽音哑;顽疹不透;风疹瘙痒;目赤翳障;惊痫抽搐。《纲目》载:“治头风眩运,皮肤风热,痘疹作痒,破伤风及疗肿毒瘤,失音,噤风天吊,惊哭夜啼,阴肿。”现代医学研究证实,蝉蜕具有明显的抗惊厥、镇静作用,能阻断颈上副交感神经的传导,广泛应用于治疗破伤风、慢性荨麻诊、化脓性中耳炎、血管神经性水肿,此外还有止咳嗽,特别是喉痒之咳的作用。
四季青:味苦;涩;性凉。清热解毒;生肌敛疮;活血止血。主治肺热咳嗽;咽喉肿痛;痢疾;腹泻;冠心病心绞痛;烧烫伤;热毒痈肿;下肢溃疡;麻风溃疡;湿疹;冻疮;皲裂。《本草拾遗》载:“微酸性热,主生肌,敛疮,活血,止血。”现代医学研究证实,四季青有广谱抗菌作用,对绿脓杆菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、福氏痢疾杆菌、产碱杆菌、枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用,能促进创面消肿,形成保护性痂膜,降低心肌耗氧量,扩张冠脉,所含的儿茶酸有显著的抗炎作用,此外还有抑制肿瘤的功效。
半枝莲:味辛;苦;性寒。归肺;肝;肾经。清热解毒;散瘀止血;利尿消肿。主治热毒痈肿;咽喉疼痛;肺痈;肠痈;瘰疬;毒蛇咬伤;跌打损伤;吐血;衄血;血淋;水肿;腹水及癌症。《泉州本草》载:“清热,解毒,祛风,散血,行气,利水,通络,破瘀,止痛。内服主血淋,吐血,衄血;外用治毒蛇咬伤,痈疽,疔疮,无名肿毒。”现代医学研究证实,半枝莲具有广谱抗菌作用,此外还有抗血小板聚集、抗凝以及降血脂的作用。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下有益效果:
本发明选用药材符合君臣左使之理,针对神经性皮肤炎症的致病因对症下药,有清热凉血、利湿解毒、除湿止痒、散风祛邪之功效,吸收效果好,疗效显著,无毒副作用及临床不良反应,经临床验证对神经性皮肤炎症治愈率较高。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步阐述。
实施例1
本发明药丸有效成分的原料组成及重量为:
甘草90g 元参80g 白藓皮70g 龙胆草65g
生地60g 银花50g 车前子47g 牛蒡子44g
白芨38g 连翘33g 蛇床子29g 鸡内金23g
赤芍18g 蝉蜕14g 四季青12g 半枝莲10g
本发明药丸制备方法的工艺步骤为:
(1)将蝉蜕粉碎后研末,过200目细粉,备用。
(2)将鸡内金用文火略炒后,粉碎研末,过200目细粉,备用。
(3)将甘草、白藓皮、龙胆草、生地、银花、车前子、牛蒡子、白芨、连翘、蛇床子、四季青、半枝莲放入容器中,加入十倍量的水,煮沸后继续浸泡7~9小时,取煮液;在剩余的药渣中再加入六倍量的水,煮沸后继续浸泡5~7小时,取煮液;合并两次所得煮液,加热蒸发,浓缩为50℃环境下相对密度1.15~1.20的药膏,备用。
(4)将元参、赤芍放入容器中,加入三倍量的即墨老酒,煮沸后继续浸泡3~5小时,取煮液;在剩余的药渣中再加入两倍量的即墨老酒,煮沸后继续浸泡1~2小时,取煮液;合并两次所得煮液,加热蒸发,浓缩为50℃环境下相对密度1.10~1.15的药膏,备用。
(5)将步骤(1)、步骤(2)所得的细粉,与步骤(3)、步骤(4)制得的药膏混合,加入凡士林和炼蜜后搅拌均匀,以现代科学工艺制备为1.2~1.6g/粒的丸剂产品。
用法用量:成人每日3次,每次1丸,饭后一小时以温开水送服;重症患者每日加服1次,每次1丸,饭后一小时以温黄酒送服。7天为一个疗程,一般1~2个疗程起效,重症患者2~3个疗程起效。
实施例2
本发明药丸有效成分的原料组成及重量为:
甘草82g 元参70g 白藓皮62g 龙胆草58g
生地52g 银花45g 车前子40g 牛蒡子37g
白芨32g 连翘27g 蛇床子23g 鸡内金18g
赤芍15g 蝉蜕10g 四季青9g 半枝莲7g
本实施例的药丸制备方法工艺步骤及用法用量与实施例1相同。
临床资料:
1、病例选择
选择我院及外院确诊的神经性皮肤炎症患者100例临床观察,病人随机分成两组,治疗组50例,其中男性29例,女性21例,年龄18~55岁,平均年龄31.6岁。对照组50例,其中男性32例,女性18例,年龄14~59岁,平均年龄32.4岁。两组资历基本一致,无显著差异,具有可比性。
2、治疗组患者服用本发明药丸,成人每日3次,每次1丸,7天为一个疗程,通常1~2个疗程有效,顽症需2~3个疗程起效。对照组外用复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏,每日3次,涂抹于皮肤患处,9天为一个疗程。
3、疗效判定:
(1)痊愈:皮肤瘙痒症状消失,肉眼可见的屑状、藓状表皮脱落。
(2)好转:皮肤瘙痒症状明显减轻,肉眼可见的屑状、藓状表皮减少。
(3)无效:症状与治疗前诊断症状无明显可见的好转。
4、结果
服用本发明药丸的治疗组中,治愈42例,好转6例,无效2例,治愈率84%,总有效率96%。
对照组中治愈11例,好转14例,无效25例,治愈率22%,总有效率50%。
以上结果显示,治疗组的治愈率和总有效率明显高于对照组。
典型病例举例:
1、郑××,男,17岁,中学生。患者自述在一场足球赛中遇雨后,皮肤开始瘙痒,怎么挠都挠不透,用类固醇药膏外用涂抹,数天之后症状略有减轻但仍感相当不适,经服用本发明所述药丸1个疗程后,瘙痒症状全部消退,已愈。
2、王××,女,32岁,白领。患者自述2010年股市投资失败后,面部及颈部皮肤开始出现红肿现象,带有丘疹状的斑点,瘙痒难忍。内服消炎西药及外用类固醇药膏后,症状缓解,不久再次复发。服用本发明所述药丸2个疗程后,患处丘疹状突起消失,继续涂抹2个疗程后,患处皮肤已恢复原状且有弹性。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于治疗神经性皮肤炎症的药丸,其特征在于:制成所述药丸有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:
甘草70~95份 元参60~85份 白藓皮55~75份 龙胆草50~70份
生地45~65份 银花40~55份 车前子35~50份 牛蒡子32~46份
白芨28~40份 连翘22~36份 蛇床子18~30份 鸡内金15~25份
赤芍12~20份 蝉蜕8~16份 四季青5~15份 半枝莲3~12份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于治疗神经性皮肤炎症的药丸,其特征在于:制成所述药丸有效成分的原料组成及重量份数为:
甘草82份 元参70份 白藓皮62份 龙胆草58份
生地52份 银花45份 车前子40份 牛蒡子37份
白芨32份 连翘27份 蛇床子23份 鸡内金18份
赤芍15份 蝉蜕10份 四季青9份 半枝莲7份。
3.一种如权利要求1-2任一项所述用于治疗神经性皮肤炎症的药丸的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)将蝉蜕粉碎后研末,过200目细粉,备用;
(2)将鸡内金用文火略炒后,粉碎研末,过200目细粉,备用;
(3)将甘草、白藓皮、龙胆草、生地、银花、车前子、牛蒡子、白芨、连翘、蛇床子、四季青、半枝莲放入容器中,加入十倍量的水,煮沸后继续浸泡7~9小时,取煮液;在剩余的药渣中再加入六倍量的水,煮沸后继续浸泡5~7小时,取煮液;合并两次所得煮液,加热蒸发,浓缩为50℃环境下相对密度1.15~1.20的药膏,备用;
