背景技术
高血压是指以体循环动脉血压(收缩压和/或舒张压)增高为主要特征(收缩压≥140毫米汞柱，舒张压≥90毫米汞柱)，可伴有心、脑、肾等器官的功能或器质性损害的临床综合征。临床上高血压可分为原发性高血压和继发性高血压，其中原发性高血压病因尚未明确，故称高血压病，占所有高血压患者的95％以上，是临床上最常见的疾病之一，也是导致心脑血管病死亡的主要原因。目前治疗高血压病大多采用口服西药的方法，该方法虽然临时可以起到降压的作用，但药效持续时间短，病人常需终生每天服药，治标不治本，且易出现药物的毒副作用和/或不良反应。中药治疗方面多是辨证论治，流派较多，尚无固定统一根治的药物，也难以广泛推广应用。

祖国医学中多数学者认为，高血压病的发病原因，主要是禀赋不足，肝肾阴虚，过食肥甘，精神紧张等因素，导致机体阴阳气血功能紊乱所致。以肝阳上亢，气血上涌为主要病机。但从五行生克规律来看，肝阳上亢主要是由肺金对肝木的克制功能不足引起的。然而，该病患者是先有痰瘀阻塞经脉，重要器官组织缺血，阴阳气血升降道路不畅，然后机体进行反应性调节，功能过度代偿，才使肝阳上升太过，肺金下降不足，以致血压有升无降而表现为高血压病。要从根本上进行治疗，就必须通过中药来祛除痰瘀等病理因素，疏通经脉气血，改善重要器官组织缺血，恢复人体的气血升降生理平衡，脏腑功能得到调整，高血压病才可以最终治愈。临床治疗应以祛痰活血，疏经通络，清降肺气，平肝清热为原则。
依据上述的治疗原则，本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的：
中药配方中包含下列主要成份：半夏，黄芩，枳实，厚朴，地龙。适用于所有高血压病患者。
中药配方中还可增加以下成份中的一种，两种，多种或全部：紫苏子，桔梗，茵陈，瓜蒌，三棱，莪术，土鳖虫，竹茹，天麻。以适用于不同的高血压病患者。
中药成份的重量配比为：
半夏10～15份 黄芩10～20份 枳实10～30份 厚朴10～15份 地龙6～15份 紫苏子10～15份 桔梗10～15份 茵陈10～15份 瓜蒌10～30份 三棱10～15份 莪术10～15份土鳖虫6～10份 竹茹10～15份 天麻10～15份。
本发明的中药，一种通用的实现方式为，主要成份的重量配比如下：
半夏10份 黄芩10份 枳实15份 厚朴10份 地龙6份。
本发明的中药，一种较佳的实现方式为，主要成份的重量配比如下：
半夏15份 黄芩15份 枳实15份 厚朴12份 地龙8份 紫苏子10份 桔梗10份。
本发明的中药，一种更佳的实现方式为，主要成份的重量配比如下：
半夏15份 黄芩15份 枳实15份 厚朴12份 地龙9份 紫苏子10份 桔梗10份 茵陈15份 瓜蒌20份 三棱10份 莪术10份 土鳖虫6份。
本发明的中药，一种最佳的实现方式为，主要成份的重量配比如下：
半夏12份 黄芩15份 枳实20份 厚朴12份 地龙12份 紫苏子12份 桔梗12份 茵陈12份 瓜蒌20份 三棱12份 莪术12份 土鳖虫9份 竹茹12份 天麻12份。
上述成份配伍中，各单味药材的药理药性分别为：
半夏 辛，温。燥湿化痰，降逆止呕，消痞散结。现代医学研究有降血脂、降压作用。
黄芩 苦，寒。清热燥湿，泻火解毒，止血，安胎。现代医学研究有镇静、抗炎、降血脂及降血压等作用。
枳实 苦、辛、酸，温。破气消积，化痰散痞。现代医学研究有降低脑、肾血管阻力，增加心、脑、肾血流量的作用。
厚朴 苦，辛，温。燥湿，行气，消积，平喘。现代医学研究有抗菌、肌肉松弛及降血压等作用。
地龙 成，寒。清热息风，通络，平喘，利尿。现代医学研究有镇静、抗栓及降压作用。
紫苏子 辛，温。降气化痰，止咳平喘，润肠通便。现代医学研究有降血脂、降压作用。
桔梗 苦，辛，平。宣肺利咽，祛痰排脓。现代医学研究有镇静、镇痛、降糖、降胆固醇等作用。
茵陈 苦，辛。清热利湿退黄。现代医学研究有镇痛、消炎、降血脂及降血压等作用。
瓜蒌 甘、微苦，寒。清热化痰，宽胸散结，润肠通便。现代医学研究有降脂及扩张冠脉作用。
三棱 辛、苦，平。破血行气，消积止痛。现代医学研究有抑制血小板聚集及抗血栓形成作用，还有明显的镇痛作用。
莪术 辛、苦，温。破血行气，消积止痛。现代医学研究有抑制血小板聚集及抗血栓形成作用。
土鳖虫 咸，寒。破瘀血，续筋骨。现代医学研究有降胆固醇、抗栓及抗动脉硬化作用。
竹茹 甘、微寒。能清热化痰、除烦止呕。
天麻 甘，平。息风，平肝，祛风通络。现代医学研究有镇静及降压等作用。
上方共凑祛痰活血，疏经通络，清降肺气，平肝清热之作用，以达改善血液循环，消除组织缺血，降低血管阻力，调整脏腑功能及降低动脉血压之功能。
本发明可按照现有技术制成下列剂型中的任何一种：煎剂；丹剂；丸剂；散剂；片剂；颗粒剂；冲剂；口服液。
以煎剂为例，其制备方法如下：
取半夏10g 黄芩10g 枳实15g 厚朴10g 地龙10g 紫苏子10g 桔梗10g 茵陈15g瓜蒌15g 三棱10g 莪术10g 土鳖虫10g 竹茹15g 天麻12g。
(1)将上述各味药材按照比例称取以后，放入煎熬容器内，再放入800～850ml的清水浸泡30分钟；
(2)将浸泡的药材先用大火煎沸，然后再改用文火煎30～40分钟，煎至药汤剩300～350ml时，滤出药汤；
(3)再加清水600～700ml，用大火煎沸后，再用文火煎10～20分钟，第二次煎至药汤剩200～250ml时，滤出药汤；
(4)将两次的药汤混合即成。
服用方法：每日一剂，分2～4次饭前温服。
不良反应：少数患者服药后，可有上腹或脐周不适，大便稀及次数增多，极个别患者可出现皮疹等皮肤过敏现象，未见其他明显不良反应。但急性高血压脑病、呕吐不能进食、严重胃部疾患及已知对其中药物成份过敏者，则不宜应用本发明。
本发明治疗效果显著，降压后不易复发。经102例高血压病患者临床验证结果显示，最短治愈时间为1周，最长治愈时间为10个月，平均治愈时间为3～6个月，有效率为100％。临床经验表明，本发明具有降压疗效高，服药疗程短，治疗费用低，愈后不易复发，不良反应少等优点。因此，本发明可作为根治高血压病的首选药物。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例1：高血压病患者，优选采取以下方案：取半夏15g 黄芩15g 枳实15g 厚朴10g 地龙10g。水煎服。
实施例2：若高血压病患者伴有情郁不舒，在实施例1的基础上加茵陈15g。
实施例3：若高血压病患者伴有胸闷，痰多，在实施例1的基础上加紫苏子10g，桔梗10g，瓜蒌15g。
实施例4：若高血压病患者伴有头痛、身痛，在实施例1的基础上加三棱10g，莪术10g，土鳖虫6g。
实施例5：若高血压病患者伴有头晕，肢体麻木，在实施例1的基础上加竹茹10g，天麻10g。
实施例6：若高血压病患者出现上述实施例2～5中所列全部伴有症状，则合并使用实施例2～5的配方。
典型验证案例：张某某，男，72岁，患高血压病20余年，自感头痛，头晕，心烦，胸闷，痰多，手指麻木，平时服用硝苯地平缓释片及美托洛尔片，血压仍在190/100毫米汞柱左右。服用本发明中药：取半夏10g，黄芩10g，枳实15g，厚朴10g，地龙10g，紫苏子10g，桔梗10g，茵陈15g，瓜蒌30g，三棱10g，莪术10g，土鳖虫6g，竹茹15g，天麻12g。水煎服，每日1剂。服用2周后硝苯地平缓释片用量减半；1个月后停用硝苯地平缓释片；2个月后停用美托洛尔片；继续服至3个月时停服一切药物，血压在138/86毫米汞柱左右。随访1年血压稳定。

1.一种治疗高血压病的中药，其特征在于包含下列主要成份：半夏，黄芩，枳实，厚朴，地龙。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗高血压病的中药，其特征在于包含茵陈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗高血压病的中药，其特征在于包含下列成份中的一种，两种或三种：紫苏子，桔梗，瓜蒌。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗高血压病的中药，其特征在于包含下列成份中的一种，两种或三种：三棱，莪术，土鳖虫。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗高血压病的中药，其特征在于包含下列成份中的一种或两种：竹茹，天麻。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗高血压病的中药，其特征在于包含下列成份：茵陈，紫苏子，桔梗，瓜蒌，三棱，莪术，土鳖虫，竹茹，天麻。
7.根据权利要求1～6所述的任何一种治疗高血压病的中药，其特征在于当含有如下成份时其重量配比如下：半夏10～15份 黄芩10～20份 枳实10～30份 厚朴10～15份 地龙6～15份 紫苏子10～15份 桔梗10～15份 茵陈10～15份 瓜蒌10～30份 三棱10～15份 莪术10～15份 土鳖虫6～10份 竹茹10～15份 天麻10～15份。
8.根据权利要求1～6所述的任何一种治疗高血压病的中药，其特征在于当含有如下成份时其重量配比如下：半夏12份 黄芩15份 枳实20份 厚朴12份 地龙12份 紫苏子12份 桔梗12份 茵陈12份 瓜蒌20份 三棱12份 莪术12份 土鳖虫9份 竹茹12份 天麻12份。
9.根据权利要求1～6所述的任意一种治疗高血压病的中药，其特征在于按照现有技术制成下列剂型中的任何一种：煎剂；丹剂；丸剂；散剂；片剂；颗粒剂；冲剂；口服液。
