本发明涉及一种尤其是用于内燃机的高压燃料泵或阀门传动装置的推杆,其带有壳体,该壳体在其驱动侧具有凸轮滚动面,其中,壳体的用于至少间接支承泵活塞或换气阀门的从动侧位于穿过壳体内侧面的桥接件的底侧,并且其中,超出壳体外侧面的扭转防护部在壳体的窗口中分布,该扭转防护部用于非强制导引地嵌接到外围结构的容纳壳体的导引钻孔的横截面呈部分圆柱形的轴向导引部中。
背景技术
在由现有技术预先公知的推杆(参见WO2008/095772、WO2008/068116)中,其中,在这种情况中示例性地涉及一种用于喷射泵的滚子推杆,扭转防护部在其超出壳体的侧面具有圆柱形的造型。在各推杆安装到喷射泵的或属于泵的构件的导引钻孔中时,其扭转防护部用它的部分圆柱形的区段始终嵌接在互补的、部分圆柱形的轴向导引部中。这种嵌接不是“抽吸式”地(非强制导引地)设计,而是在所期望的较小的径向深度的情况下带有很小的间隙地设计。尽管在这种情况中具有较窄的公差且保持该公差在制造技术上是耗费的,但如下仍未排除,即,在不利的公差范围内,扭转防护部的侧面在轴向导引部的接触点处在后者相对于导引钻孔的棱边区域附近或棱边区域中。因此,在止挡情况下出现了不期望的磨损,该磨损在涉及到一种由铝或类似物制成的外围结构时显著地凸显出来。
发明内容
因此,本发明的任务在于创造一种前述类型的推杆,在该推杆中用简单的方法就消除了所阐述的磨损问题,而不必改变外围结构。
依据本发明,该任务由此解决,即,扭转防护部在其超出壳体的区域中基本上作为直立的、近似半圆柱形的主体而存在,其外表面在横截面中是由两个或多个圆弧构成的尖顶拱。
基于扭转防护部的外表面的所提出的尖顶拱的轮廓,所述的磨损问题被消除,其中,轴向导引部应当保持其圆柱形的造型,从而在泵侧或气缸盖侧不必要进行改变。
技术人员熟练地选择各扭转防护部的例如两个圆弧的半径来配合轴向导引部的半径,从而接触点可靠地从接触区沿弧方向观察向外移动。因此出现了例如“按压的”或“正常的”尖顶拱型面,其中,两个半径中心的连线在径向上可以比轴向导引部的半径中心更远地外置。
如下是有利的,即,接触点例如成40°角地置放。此外如下是清楚的,即,扭转防护部的外表面的弧的每一侧也可以由例如两个或多个半径(2的多倍)来表示。
为了确保扭转防护部在所有公差条件下在其轴向导引部内的自由通过性,在本发明的改进方案中提出,“截去”也就是削平扭转防护部的两个弧的相交区域。
此外如下是有利的,即,扭转防护部一体式地从在这种情况中单独制造的桥接件的边缘突出并且由壳体中的窗口伸出。因此避免了用于安装在其它情况下的单独的扭转防护部的制造耗费,并且后者在运行期间不会丢失。
备选于此,扭转防护部也可作为单独的、例如压入壳体的窗口的主体。此外如下是清楚的,即,前面所提到的桥接件在替代其单独的构造方案的情况下也可以一体式地与壳体的内侧面联接。
桥接件可以如壳体一样由轻型结构材料如钢板制成,其中,壳体也可以通过冲挤、烧结或切屑来制造。
推杆可以作为滚子推杆或滑动推杆而存在。在第一种提到的情形中,推杆如本发明的具体化描述的那样,在壳体侧具有两个正面对置的,例如接入的平板,其中安置有销栓,用于直接的凸轮滚动或偏心轮滚动的滚子滚动支承地或滑动支承地分布在该销栓上。对于第二种提到的情形,推杆在其驱动侧的端面的区段中通过底部来封闭,该底部用于凸轮滚动或偏心轮滚动。
其他的从属权利要求涉及扭转防护部的轮廓。虽然这种轮廓在一体式地与单独的桥接件联接的情况下在冲压后者时进行制造,但也可以考虑例如通过顶锻、冲制、拉伸或弯折创造一种较高的轮廓来作为桥接件的轮廓。必要时还可以在单独构造的桥接件上安装另一个单独的主体来形成扭转防护部。
一种由带有其在外围结构中的轴向导引部的推杆构成的解决方案也包含在本发明的保护范围内。

具体实施方式
由图1、图2可获知推杆1的主要结构。如图所示,推杆用于质量调整或数量调整的内燃机的高压燃料泵的泵活塞的加载。但同样可以用于内燃机的阀门传动装置的至少一个换气阀门的至少间接的加载。
推杆1具有壳体2,该壳体在其驱动侧3具有凸轮滚动面4。后者由在销栓23上分布的滚子24组成,滚子24以各端部25在壳体2的径向接入的平板27的支承孔26中分布。平板27从壳体2的驱动侧的环形端面28出发。
壳体2的用于支承前述泵活塞的从动侧5处在穿过壳体2的内侧面7的桥接件8的底侧6。桥接件8构造成单独的、薄壁的钢板件并且保持在从壳体2的内侧面7伸入的凸缘19处。可以看到,实现了沿驱动方向在平板27的横向侧上的固定,所述横向侧在图1中用附图标记“19”标注。沿从动方向实现了在为此圆周错开的且同样用附图标记“19”标注的、从壳体2的内侧面7伸入的卡锁鼻形件上或至少其中一个卡锁鼻形件上的夹持。
在壳体2的窗口9中分布有超出其外侧面10的扭转防护部11。扭转防护部由指状地从桥接件8的边缘20突出的以及由窗口9伸出的径向延长段21形成。
如由图3、图4详细可知,扭转防护部11在其超出壳体2的区域中基本上作为直立的近似半圆柱形的主体而存在,其外表面15在横截面中是由两个圆弧16构成的尖顶拱(哥特式型面)。可以看到,实际上扭转防护部11并没有经由其外表面15完全紧贴地(非强制导引地)在轴向导引部12中分布。
基于由两个圆弧16构成的外表面15,成功地实现了在不改变轴向导引部12的情况下,从弧方向观察径向向外地将接触点18可靠地从导引钻孔13中的轴向导引部12的棱边区域移开。
扭转防护部11也可以作为单独的构件22而存在,如在图2中示意性公开的那样,其中,按照图2同样可以设想,如前面所提到的那样,扭转防护部11构造成单独的、例如由板材冲压而成的桥接件8的径向延长段21。
由图3可知,扭转防护部11的径向外部区域17(至少两个圆弧16的相交区域)被削平。
图5在如图3的局部视图中公开了根据现有技术的扭转防护部32的一种造型。可以看到,扭转防护部32的外表面35仅设有一个半径。在不利的公差范围中,在优先通过扭转防护部32在其轴向导引部29中的所期望的较小的径向“装入深度”的情况下,扭转防护部32的止挡在轴向导引部29处的接触点34直接处在用于导引钻孔30的棱边上。因此,在这个区域中出现了不期望的磨损,该磨损通过依据本发明的措施去除。

Claims (8)

3.根据权利要求1所述的推杆,其特征在于,所述桥接件(8)是单独的薄壁的构件,如板材件/钢板件,其至少朝着所述驱动侧(3)的方向保持在从所述壳体(2)的内侧面(7)伸入的凸缘(19)处。
4.根据权利要求3所述的推杆,其特征在于,所述扭转防护部(11)由指状地从所述桥接件(8)的边缘(20)突出的并且由所述窗口(9)伸出的径向延长段(21)形成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的推杆,其特征在于,一体地与所述桥接件(8)联接的所述径向延长段(21)基本上以如下方式得到其最后的轮廓:a)通过非切屑的方法,如顶锻、冲制、拉伸、弯折;或者b)直接在由钢板制成的所述桥接件(8)的冲压过程期间;或者c)通过切屑。
6.根据权利要求1所述的推杆,其特征在于,所述扭转防护部(11)作为附着在所述窗口(9)中的单独的构件(22)而存在。
7.根据权利要求1所述的推杆,其特征在于,在销栓(23)上分布的滚子(24)用作凸轮滚动面(4),所述滚子以各一个端部(25)在所述壳体(2)的径向接入的平板(27)的支承孔(26)中分布,所述平板(27)从所述壳体(2)的驱动侧的环形端面(28)出发或至少处在该环形端面附近。
