Abstract

在铆接元件的优选设计中,铆接部分具有特别是舌样形状的多个段,所述多个段共同地形成尖状部并且在尖状部扩张期间可彼此移开。

铆接元件具有凸缘部分21,其相对于元件的中心轴线15径向地延伸。在凸缘部分21的一侧上有紧固部分27,紧固部分27设有延伸到凸缘部分21并进入凸缘部分21中的内螺纹29。

铆接部分11在凸缘部分21的远离紧固部分27的侧部处延伸,并且在接触面23的区域中的铆接部分的外径至少大体上相应于圆柱形紧固部分27的外径。
从凸缘部分21起始,铆接部分11首先具有大体上圆柱形的部分19,该圆柱形部分19合并到在朝着尖端或顶点的方向上逐渐变细的尖状部中。在尖状部的尖端处有用于冲模母模31的漏斗形引入辅助物(introduction aid)17(具体参见图5)。
铆接部分11由多个舌样的段13形成,所述多个舌样的段13起始于凸缘部分21并以闭合芽(closed bud)的方式形成铆接部分11的逐渐变细的尖状部。因此,在该实施方案中的四个段13被设计成使得其沿着中心轴线15从凸缘部分21开始在尖端的方向上变得更窄。
如在引言部分中所提到的,段13可相互连接,或者例如可以是未连接而仅仅是相互接触的。
铆接元件的尖状部使得将铆接元件按压到铆接元件要附接到的足够柔软的部件中而不必在部件中(首先)形成用于铆接元件的开口成为可能。
在图4至图7中显示了借助于相应地成形的冲模母模将铆接元件附接到部件51的可能顺序。
冲模母模31包括用于使铆接元件的尖状部扩张的部分33,其中冲模母模的该部分33同样具有形成尖状部的部分,在该实施方案中,所述形成尖状部的部分具有圆锥形的形状。因此,根据本发明的冲模母模31能够利用其尖状部而被按压到部件中。
圆柱形部分37在冲模母模31的垂直于尖状部的中心轴线延伸的平坦的表面35和尖状部之间形成。
图5显示了铆接元件的尖状部以及冲模母模31的尖状部都被按压到部件51中的状态,然而,冲模母模31的扩张部分33还没有开始使铆接元件的尖状部扩张。
总体上,冲模母模特别是关于相应于铆接元件的铆接部分的直径和角度关系而被成形,使得产生在图6中显示的最终状态。通过与冲模母模的配合,铆接元件的铆接部分11的尖状部被扩张,借此段13一方面彼此移开且另一方面被折叠,使得在部件的下侧处产生折叠的铆钉卷边(rivet bead)30。在图示的实施方案中,该铆钉卷边与部件51的下面齐平地放置。然而,这不是必要的,作为替换方案,铆钉卷边还可在部件51的下面处突出。
如图6所示,部件51的材料被移置,使得多余的材料53在部件51的顶面处围绕凸缘部分21圆形地突出。
虽然折叠的铆钉卷边30保护铆接元件不受压出力,但是凸缘部分21提供了抵抗拉出力的安全性。
如在引言部分中已提到的,特别地,铆接元件的压入以及冲模母模31的压入是在用于制造相应的部件51的工具的帮助下进行的。因此,根据本发明的铆接元件的引入可在制造过程的情况下发生,所述制造过程在任何情况下均发生。该制造过程特别地需要材料是至少是热的,且因此在一段时间内是柔软的,以便铆接元件和冲模母模31可被按压到材料中。
本发明还使得将铆接元件附接到也被称为“有机片(organo sheet)” 的纤维复合材料的部件而不需要在用于铆接元件的材料中(预先地)形成开口成为可能。据此,以有利的方式避免了材料的不利弱化。

Claims (17)
1.一种铆接元件,特别是用于附接在纤维复合材料的部件(51)中的铆接元件,所述铆接元件具有铆接部分(11),所述铆接部分(11)至少局部地形成为在朝着尖端的方向上逐渐变细并且能够通过冲模母模(31)扩张的尖状部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铆接元件,其特征在于,所述铆接部分(11)具有大体上圆形的横截面。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的铆接元件,其特征在于,所述铆接部分(11)具有多个段(13),尤其是舌样段,所述段(13)共同地形成所述尖状部并且能够在所述尖状部扩张期间彼此移开。
4.根据权利要求3所述的铆接元件,其特征在于,所述段(13)各自沿着中心轴线(15)在所述尖状部的尖端的方向上变窄。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的铆接元件,其特征在于,所述尖状部在其尖端处具有用于所述冲模母模(31)的引入辅助物(17),尤其是漏斗形的引入辅助物。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的铆接元件,其特征在于,所述铆接部分(11)具有至少大体上圆柱形的部分(19),所述大体上圆柱形的部分(19)的后面是所述尖状部。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的铆接元件,其特征在于,设置了凸缘部分(21),所述凸缘部分(21)相对于所述铆接部分(11)径向地突出并具有用于相应的部件(51)的接触面(23)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的铆接元件,其特征在于,所述凸缘部分(21)设有用于提供抵抗旋转的装置(25),尤其是肋样装置。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的铆接元件,其特征在于,所述铆接元件形成为螺母元件。
10.一种部件组件,包括纤维复合材料的部件(51)和根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的铆接元件。
11.根据权利要求10所述的部件组件,其特征在于,所述铆接元件的所述铆接部分(11)具有在所述部件(51)后面接合的至少折叠一次的区域。
12.根据权利要求10或权利要求11所述的部件组件,其特征在于,所述部件(51)的多余材料(53)在与所述铆接部分(11)相对的侧部处围绕所述铆接元件。
13.一种冲模母模,用于根据前述权利要求中任一项形成的铆接元件的附接,所述冲模母模具有用于使所述铆接元件的所述尖状部扩张的扩张部分(33),所述扩张部分(33)至少局部地形成为在尖端的方向上逐渐变细的尖状部。
14.根据权利要求13所述的冲模母模,其特征在于,所述尖状部至少大体上制成为圆锥形的形状。
15.一种用于将铆接元件附接在纤维复合材料的部件(51)中的方法,其中铆接元件和冲模母模(31)各自设有形成为尖状部的部分,被按压到未准备好的部件(51)中,特别是未设有用于所述铆接元件的开口的部件(51)中,并且所述铆接元件的所述尖状部借助于所述冲模母模(31)的所述尖状部扩张以形成铆钉连接。
16.根据权利要求15所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述铆接元件和所述冲模母模(31)按压在所述部件(51)中在所述部件(51)的制造期间进行,特别是借助于用于制造所述部件(51)的工具进行,其中所述工具特别是设置成用于在注射模制过程中制造所述部件(51)或者用于使所述部件(51)成形。
17.根据权利要求15或权利要求16所述的方法,其特征在于,所述铆接元件的所述铆接部分(11)至少局部地折叠一次。
