技术领域
本发明属于固体粉碎机技术领域，特别是涉及一种由转动锤与刀片组合的粉碎元件并结合分级叶轮的无筛粉碎机。
背景技术
    锤式粉碎机主要是靠冲击作用来破碎物料的，物料进入锤式粉碎机中，遭受到高速回转的锤头的冲击而粉碎，粉碎了的物料，从锤头处获得动能，高速冲向架体内挡板筛条，与此同时物料相互撞击，遭到多次破碎，小于筛条之间隙的物料，从间隙中排出，个别较大的物料，在筛条上再次经锤头的冲击，研磨，挤压而破碎，从而获得所需粒度的产品。锤式粉碎机具有结构简单，破碎比大，生产效率高等特点，特别适用于矿山、水泥、煤炭、冶金、建材、公路、燃化等部门对中等硬度及脆性物料进行细碎，但对于粉碎粒度要求特别细的粉末产品，则需要结合叶轮分级机组成无筛锤式粉碎机来完成。申请号为201020160003.9的中国发明专利，公开了一种锤式无筛粉碎机，它包括粉碎主轴电机、粉碎主轴、分级叶轮、分级叶轮电机、粉碎室、进风室、喂料器、锤刀，其特征在于锤刀的粉碎面设有多块方形突出硬件质合金块，合金块之间有间隙。该锤式无筛粉碎机能有效地使硬脆性物料粉碎分级而获得平均细度为10～1000μm的产品。然而上述粉碎机对于既具有一定硬度又具有一定韧性的物料，则粉碎效果欠佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能将既具有一定硬度又具有一定韧性的物料粉碎成超细粉料输出的无筛锤刀立式粉碎机。
本发明的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的：
一种无筛锤刀立式粉碎机，包括竖立筒形壳体，竖立筒形壳体内中部安装有水平转盘，水平转盘的周边上固定有若干锤刀，水平转盘上方安装有分级叶轮，相对于所述锤刀的竖立筒形壳体侧壁上开设有进料接口，位于水平转盘下方的壳体侧壁上开设有进风口，分级叶轮上方设有出料口，其特征在于所述锤刀是由上下锤头及连接于上下锤头之间的刀片构成的，所述刀片与上下锤头的连接面呈夹角φ。
作为上述技术方案的优选，所述刀片与上下锤头连接面的夹角φ为30～450。
作为上述技术方案的进一步优选，所述锤刀的上下锤头工作面上分别设有若干纵横排列的凸块。
作为上述技术方案的再进一步优选，所述锤刀的下锤头的工作面大于上锤头的工作面，且下锤头的工作面相对应于所述进料接口。
作为上述技术方案的再进一步优选，所述锤刀是耐磨高碳合金钢锤刀。
本发明具有以下技术效果：
本发明的锤刀由三部分组成，包括上锤头、下锤头以及刀片，下锤头的工作面相对应于所述进料接口；因此物料进入壳体内后，先被下锤刀锤击，经过下锤刀锤击的物料，往往剩下部分具有一定韧性的物料难以被粉碎，这时，刀片就起到了关键作用，刀片可以将具有韧性的物料切碎，由于多个刀片是连排设置的，它们的刃口连成一线，因此，刀片在旋转时，具有较大的捕捉面，容易将物料捕捉到后切碎。具有一定韧性的物料被切碎后，还会经过上锤刀的作用，继续被锤击，直至粉碎成粒度极细的微粉。因此，本发明具有优良的粉碎效果，它不仅可以粉碎具有一定硬度的物料，还能将兼具韧度和硬度的物料都彻底粉碎。

如图1和2所示，一种无筛锤刀立式粉碎机，包括竖立筒形壳体1，竖立筒形壳体1内中部安装有水平转盘2，水平转盘2的周边上固定有若干锤刀4，水平转盘2上方安装有分级叶轮3，相对于所述锤刀4的竖立筒形壳体1侧壁上开设有进料接口5，位于水平转盘2下方的壳体侧壁上开设有进风口6，分级叶轮3上方设有出料口7，所述锤刀4是由上下锤头4-1、4-2及连接于上下锤头4-1、4-2之间的刀片4-3构成的，所述刀片4-3与上下锤头的连接面呈夹角φ，夹角φ为300。所述锤刀4的上下锤头工作面上分别设有若干纵横排列的凸块4-4。所述锤刀4的下锤头的工作面大于上锤头的工作面，且下锤头的工作面相对应于所述进料接口5。所述锤刀4是耐磨高碳合金钢锤刀。

1. 一种无筛锤刀立式粉碎机，包括竖立筒形壳体（1），竖立筒形壳体（1）内中部安装有水平转盘（2），水平转盘（2）的周边上固定有若干锤刀（4），水平转盘（2）上方安装有分级叶轮（3），相对于所述锤刀（4）的竖立筒形壳体（1）侧壁上开设有进料接口（5），位于水平转盘（2）下方的壳体侧壁上开设有进风口（6），分级叶轮（3）上方设有出料口（7），其特征在于所述锤刀（4）是由上下锤头（4-1、4-2）及连接于上下锤头（4-1、4-2）之间的刀片（4-3）构成的，所述刀片（4-3）与上下锤头的连接面呈夹角φ，30°≤φ≤45°，上下锤头（4-1、4-2）工作面上分别设有若干纵横排列的凸块（4-4），下锤头（4-2）的工作面大于上锤头（4-1）的工作面，且下锤头（4-2）的工作面相对应于所述进料接口（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种无筛锤刀立式粉碎机，其特征在于：所述锤刀（4）是耐磨高碳合金钢锤刀。
