Abstract
一种属于矿料破碎研磨领域中应用的立式高效矿料粉碎系统,是针对现有粉碎设备机体庞大耗能高,对矿料粉碎的粒度不均匀和品位不高研制而成。立式高速矿料粉碎系统主要特点:采用双电机双轴和双分级将粉碎和出料、分级分开,同时采用了内外两个分离器旨在提高产量和颗粒品位,可将矿料的粉碎、研磨、分级、收集等工序用气流连接起来,自动进行。

本实用新型属于将矿料破碎研磨成细粉状的高效矿料粉碎系统。它适用于矿山、冶金、化工、建材等行业的矿料粉碎。
目前,矿料的粉碎主要是采用多级破碎机破碎之后再投放到粉磨机中进行精加工。粉磨机的结构虽不尽相同,但是其对矿料粉碎的粒度不均匀而且粒度品位亦不高。
本实用新型是针对现有技术的不足而设计的,具有工艺先进、效率高、节能和环保性能好,综合经济效益显著的立式高速冲击矿料粉碎系统。
本实用新型是由粉碎和收集两大部份组成。粉碎部分由主电机、增速箱、粉碎室、抛料盘、加速块、衬板、轴、粗分级叶片、风机室、风力叶片、电机座、风扇电机轴组成。收集部分由分级机、旋风分离器、布袋收集装置和引风机组成。粉碎部分的机体的下部是主电机和增速箱,其上部为粉碎室,粉碎室内设置有水平抛料盘,与增速箱的出轴垂直按装,抛料盘上表面沿径向均匀设置有八块加速块。粉碎室内安装有衬板,衬板的横断面呈三角形,以利于对矿料形成最大的冲击力。风扇电机安装在主机的上部,心轴通过电机座和风机室间的两个轴承座,底部装有粗分级叶片,其上则为出料器的风力叶片。粗分级叶片与风扇轴中心线的夹角为0~40°。粗分级叶片圆周外10m/m左右设有风圈,以增加和调整分级精度。出料口上方装有分级机,实行第二次分级,它是由双锥体组成,其中设有菱锥体、导向叶片等。
当矿料从进料口进入粉碎室后落到高速旋转的抛料盘上,抛料盘上的加速块将矿料高速抛撞到粉碎室内壁的衬板上将矿料击碎,较大的矿料反复落到抛料盘上不断地向衬板表面撞击,由此在粉碎室内形成矿料与衬板、矿料之间相互撞击和研磨状态,直到形成细矿粉,与此同时出料器的风力将较细的矿粉通过出料口将细粉排出,粒度不够细的矿粉经过分级叶片被自动送回粉碎室,进行新一轮的撞击和研磨,增强了粉碎室内矿料颗粒之间的相互撞击和研磨充分发挥了气流粉碎的作用。较细的矿粉通过出料口进入分级机中,在这里进行第二次分级。合格的细矿粉通过旋风分离器和布袋收集,较粗的矿粉则自动地返回到粉碎室重新进行加工。
本实用新型的特点是:采用了双电机双轴和双分级将粉碎和出料、分级分开,同时采用了内外两次分离,旨在提高产量和颗粒品位。可将矿料的粉碎、研磨、分级、收集等工序用气流连接起来,自动地进行,产品粒度可达800目以上。整个加工工艺合理,效率高,磨损件更换容易,设备制造成本较低。

Claims (7)
1.一种立式高速冲击矿料粉碎系统由粉碎机、分级机、旋风分离器、引风机和布袋收集装置组成,其特征在于:a、粉碎机由主电机(2)、底座(1)、增速齿轮箱(3)、粉碎室(7)、风机室(11)、轴承座(12)、电机座(13)、风扇电机(14)组成。在主电机(2)与粉碎室(7)之间设有增速齿轮箱(3),主电机(2)的输出轴与增速齿轮箱(3)的输入轴以皮带联接。主电机(2)与增速齿轮箱(3)位于整个粉碎机的底部,用螺栓固定在底座(1)上。粉碎室(7)内的抛料盘(6)水平安装在增速齿轮箱(3)的出头轴上,轴与盘面要垂直,盘上装有均匀分布的高锰钢抛料块(5)。粉碎室(7)外部为圆形,内部安有衬板(4),衬板为高硬度合金铸钢,围成的空间抛面为正八边形,衬板上有60°的三角形沟槽。粉碎室(7)上部安装分级叶片(9),它与风机室的叶片(10)共同串联于风扇轴(21)上,由风扇电机(14)通过联轴器与风扇轴相连。进料斗(15)穿过风机室(11)进入粉碎室(7)。风机室(10)上方为轴承座(12)座和电机座(13),b、分级机(17)下边进料口与粉碎机的出料口(16)相连,下出料口的出口处位于粉碎机的进料斗(15)的正上方。上出料口与旋风分离器(18)的进料口相连,c、旋风分离器(18)的入料口与分级机的出料口相连,出料口通过引风机(19)与收集布袋装置(20)相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的立式高效冲击矿料粉碎系统,其特征在于:所说的粉碎机的抛料盘(6)和分级叶片(9)、风力叶片(10)分别由两台电机驱动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的立式高效冲击矿料粉碎系统,其特征在于:所说的粉碎机粉碎室(7)的外部为圆形,其内部衬板(4)围成的空间截面为正八边形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的立式高效冲击矿料粉碎系统,其特征在于:所说的进料斗(15)穿过风机室(11)进入粉碎室(7),出料口(16)与分级机(17)相连,分级机的下出料口处于粉碎机进料斗(15)的上方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的立式高效冲击矿料粉碎系统,其特征在于:所说的粉碎机和旋风分离器(18)之间加入了分级机(17)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的立式高效冲击矿料粉碎系统,其特征在于:所说的抛料盘(6)直接安装于增速齿轮箱(3)的出轴上。主电机(2)与增速齿轮箱(3)之间通过皮带连接。
7.根据权利要求1所述的立式高效冲击矿料粉碎系统,其特征在于:所说的粗分级叶片(9)与风扇轴(21)中心线夹角为0°~40°。
