本发明涉及一种机械设备,特别是一种能粉碎超细粉料的粉碎机。抛撞涡旋式超细粉碎机,包括机座、机体、主机轴、研磨室、进料口、调速轮、分级导流锥、分料片、抛料块及电机组成,机座上固定有立式电机与主机轴相联,主机轴上联接有风扇叶、抛盘,抛盘上方为锥台状粉体腔,粉体腔上设有分级腔,腔内装设有分级导流锥及分级叶片,与转轴相联,转轴经分级机主轴轮与调速轮联接在电机上,出料口设在分级导流锥正上方,进料口经粉体腔插装在抛盘中心处。可粉碎粒径在5~100微米,针状体为1∶10~1∶15的超细粉碎机。

抛撞涡旋式超细粉碎机
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种机械设备,特别是一种能粉碎超细粉料的粉碎机。
背景技术:
目前粉碎物料的机械有很多种,包括干、湿物料、食物、矿料、药品等专用粉碎机,粉碎的粒径大小、形状等各不相同,特别是粉碎超细微(5~100微米)的粉料,目前该领域粉碎机普遍存在加工的粉粒形状不规则、粉碎时间长,且设备造价特别高,一般需购买外国产品,而且产品结构特别复杂,给操作、维护带来不便。
为此,本申请人曾于一九九七年十二月九日向中国专利局申请了《超细粉碎机》的专利申请,后被授予了发明专利权。专利号为97246396.8。经实际应用受到好评,但仍有许多有待改进的地方。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提出一种可粉碎粒径在5~100微米针状体为1∶10~1∶15的超细粉碎机,该粉碎机利用设备上配制相关部件及结构创新来实现上述目的。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
抛撞涡旋式超细粉碎机,包括机座、机体、主机轴、研磨室、进料口、调速轮、分级导流锥、分料片、抛料块及电机组成,机座上固定有立式电机并且该立式电机与主机轴相联,主机轴上联接有风扇叶、抛盘、抛盘上方为锥台状粉体腔,粉体腔上设有分级腔,腔内装设有分级导流锥及分级叶片,该分级导流锥与转轴相联,转轴经分级机主轴轮与调速轮联接在电机上,出料口设在分级导流锥正上方,进料口经粉体腔插装在抛盘中心处。抛盘上设置有分料片及抛料块。分级腔、粉体腔、研磨室均为密闭状。
本发明的优点与效果是:
1.由于进料口进入研磨室经过抛盘、射向衬板返回的物料相互自磨形成研磨状态,由高速旋转的抛盘产生的涡气流使物料上升,由分离系统把物料分到所需要的细度,进入收料器。在整个粉碎过程中形成全封闭状态,粉尘不外漏,运转噪音低,达到国际、国内的环保要求。
2.在抛盘旋转,分料片分开物料,抛料块撞击抛料及研磨室的反复冲击搓磨下,在风的推动作用下,使物料反复被粉碎,并实现针状体1∶10~1∶15,粒径5~100微米的被加工粉料,保证了被加工产品的质量,同时提高了生产率。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图所示实施例对本发明做进一步详述:
如图所示,机座1呈空腔状,其上座着立式电机20、轴头向下装设在机座里,经皮带轮上的皮带与主机轴3相联,主机轴垂直置于机体2内,轴上联接有抛盘21,抛盘上设有抛料块19,均匀的设置6块分布在抛盘上,在抛盘的中心区还设有6片分料片18均匀地设在抛盘上,抛盘的下面还设有风扇叶5,进料口7的出料口与抛盘中心对应。整个粉体腔17呈锥台状,上口联接有一直筒,为分级交叉区16,分级交叉区16的上方为锥台状筒体,筒体为分级腔13,其内装设有分级叶片12与分级导流锥15,经过一立式转轴10与之相联,转轴的上方联接有分级机主轴轮9、调速轮8,一立式电机与调速轮相联,来驱动分级叶片及分级导流锥旋转。在分级腔13的上盖设有分级细粉出料口11,分级机壳体14、粉体腔17、机体2均由钢板制成,研磨室6的周边镶有衬板,衬板上制有齿牙,用以增加撞击粉料。机体2的周边体壁上开有透孔,使风经进风口4能源源不断的送上去,推动粉料不断撞击粉碎后经出料口排出机体外。
整台设备呈立式结构,物料为固体状一厘米左右直径投入进料口后落在抛盘上,抛盘在主机轴的带动下以2980转/分将物料在研磨室反复撞击,经抛料块及分料片的不断抛撞后较细料以120米/秒的速度射向研磨室上带有齿牙的衬板上,返回的物料与射出的物料相撞、搓磨、形成物料的研磨并搓磨,这时微粉进入分级区,经18片的分级叶片及调速电机控制的(300~6000转/分)导流锥的引导气流作用下,将不符合细度的粉进行分级处理,即粗粉再回到研磨室进行研磨,而5~100微米粒径的粉尘被旋出出料口经收料器收料引出在集尘器内,包装即为成品。

Claims (2)

1.撞涡旋式超细粉碎机,包括机座、机体、主机轴、研磨室、进料口、调速轮、分级导流锥、分料片、抛料块及电机组成,机座上固定有立式电机并且该立式电机与主机轴相联,其特征在于主机轴上联接有风扇叶(5)、抛盘(21),抛盘上方为锥台状粉体腔(17),粉体腔(17)上设有分级腔(13),腔内装设有分级导流锥(15)及分级叶片(12),该分级导流锥与转轴(10)相联,转轴经分级机主轴轮(9)与调速轮(8)联接在电机上,出料口(11)设在分级导流锥正上方,进料口(7)经粉体腔插装在抛盘中心处。
2.权利要求1所述的超细粉碎机,其特征在于所述的抛盘(21)上设置有分料片(18)及抛料块(19)。
