本发明公开了一种云耳压缩生产工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)原料回潮:把云耳片送进回潮机中,让云耳片均匀吸水回潮;(2)压缩定型:把回潮后的云耳片在天平上过称后依次送进方块形压缩仓进行压缩、定型;(3)烘干:把定型的云耳块放在烘干机内的层架上烘干,烘干温度为60℃,时间为6小时;(4)内包装:将烘干好的云耳块凉置2小时后,用热收缩包装机进行单块装袋包装;(5)外包装:将单块包装好的产品再进行外包装。本发明将呈不规则形状、易碎的云耳压缩成方块状,使其具有体积小、外观美观、易携带等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及云耳的加工,具体是一种云耳压缩生产工艺。 
背景技术
云耳是人们喜爱的一种食品,其自然干燥的产品形状非常不规则,且凹凸不平,体积大而重量轻,属于易碎产品,运输、携带、贮藏都不方便。 
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种云耳压缩生产工艺,这种工艺生产的产品具有体积小、外观美观、易携带等优点。 
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种云耳压缩生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料回潮:把云耳片送进回潮机中,调至要求的水分将云耳片倒入桶内放置5-10min,让云耳片均匀吸水回潮,当云耳片基本潮湿时停机;
(2)压缩定型:先将压缩机进料仓清扫干净,再开启电源,把回潮后的云耳片在天平上过称后依次送进方块形压缩仓进行压缩,然后把压缩过的耳块送至定型机工作台进行固定定型;
(3)烘干:先将烘干箱内清扫一次,再把定型的耳块装在烘干机内的层架上,装满后关严箱门打开启动电源,调至温度为60℃,时间为6小时;
(4)内包装:烘干的耳块出箱后要在工作台上凉置2小时以上才能进行单块包装;提前15分钟开启热收缩包装机预热,把已装袋的耳块放于传送带,放入时要把耳块放平,在收缩包装过程中,将破袋,漏气的产品清理出去;
(5)外包装:将从内包装车间出来的产品进行包装。
所述的回潮,云耳片的含水量为21%。
所述的压缩定型,其压力是16kg。
所述的烘干,烘干至云耳的含水量≤13%。
本发明的优点是:将呈不规则形状、易碎的云耳压缩成方块状,使其具有体积小、外观美观、易携带等优点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的阐述。 
实施例:
一种云耳压缩生产工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)原料回潮:把云耳片装进回潮机中,调至要求的水分,当耳片基本潮湿时停机,将耳片倒入专用的桶内放置5-10小时,让耳片均匀吸水回潮,至耳片含水率为21%,避免在压缩时被机械压碎;
(2)压缩定型:先将压缩机进料仓清扫干净,再开启启动电源,压缩机压力为16kg,检查天平是否正常,然后把压缩过的耳块送至定型机工作台进行定型;
(3)烘干:先将烘干箱内清扫一次,再把定型的耳块装在烘干机内的层架上,装满后关严箱门打开启动电源,调节至温度为60℃,时间为6小时,烘干至云耳的含水量≤13%;
(4)内包装:烘干的耳块出箱后要在工作台上凉置2小时以上才能进行单块包装;提前15分钟开启热收缩包装机预热,把已装袋的耳块放于传送带,放入时要把耳块放平,乱丢乱放会使耳块掉进包装机内的发热管托盘上,耳块接触发热管时会燃烧;在收缩包装过程中,一部分包装袋有可能破裂,在装筐是严格检查一遍,如有破袋,漏气的应清理出去;
(5)外包装:将从内包装车间出来的产品通过检查,确认无破损、无漏气等不合格产品后进行包装。

1.一种云耳压缩生产工艺,其特征是:包括如下步骤:
(1)原料回潮:把云耳片送进回潮机中,洒水,放置5-10min,让云耳片均匀吸水回潮;
(2)压缩定型:把回潮后的云耳片在天平上过称后依次送进方块形压缩仓进行压缩、定型;
(3)烘干:将步骤(2)压缩定型好的云耳块放入烘干机内的层架上进行烘干,烘干温度为60℃,烘干时间为6小时;
(4)内包装:将烘干好的云耳块凉置2小时后,用热收缩包装机进行单块装袋包装;
(5)外包装:将单块包装好的产品再进行外包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征是:步骤(1)所述的回潮是将云耳片回潮至含水量为21%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征是:所述的压缩定型,其压力为16kg。
4.根据权利要求1所述的工艺,其特征是:所述的烘干,是将云耳烘干至含水量≤13%。
5.用权利要求1-4之一所述工艺生产出的压缩云耳。
