Abstract
本发明涉及一种加压装置,其用于在同步压缩加热条件下固化位于基本连续木材制品(1)的内粘附表面上的粘合剂。此装置包括至少两个加压机(2),加压机之间相隔一距离,此距离满足前提:L/(n-1),其中L为每个加压机的工作长度,n为串联加压机的数量。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种木材制品的加压装置,其能够在加热和压缩期的条件下固化基本连续生产的木材制品的内粘附表面的粘合剂。
发明背景
这些类型的木材制品是用相似的方式生产的,例如,LVL(单板层积木材)梁和不同的木制板。通过将单板片分层放置并且在单板片之间施加粘合剂,将这些产品的坯段制造成连续的层叠件。然后将这些坯段导向压缩处理,至少在一些点处坯段会被加热以固化粘合剂。传统上连续加压机已应用于这些产品的生产线,在加压机中,待压缩的产品位于两个旋转环带之间。为了在压缩期间将热传递至产品,已沿着压缩范围放置了根据不同原理运行的加热设备。
可利用传导原理来实施加热,在这一过程中,热量传递至加压带,且从加压带向前传递至产品。高频加热(RF,HF)也是通用的,其中由加热设备产生的波能量被直接导向产品,以达到电介质加热效果。
在引导热量方面,连续加压机是结构昂贵和费力的。
具有适当生产能力的同步加压机必须较长,这在结构上是费力的。而且,加压机需要一个堆叠设备,其长度为待加压产品的至少一个压缩长度。
可用的设备还涉及不同的运行问题。对于根据传导原理运行的设备,从表面到内部的热量传递很慢。通过提高表面温度来增加温度梯度的传递速率有它自己的问题,诸如在木质材料和粘合剂中的水分突然蒸发。另一方面,在高频加热中,虽然产品在深度方向被基本均匀加热,但是在这个加热方法中也会产生由突然的局部水分蒸发所带来的问题。尤为重要的是,当释放压缩过早时,粘合点可能会突然打开。
对于每一个运行周期,产品的前端不得不在堆叠设备中等待相当长的时间,堆叠设备设置于具有较长结构的同步加压机之前,在这一时间,粘合剂的行为可能导致诸如吸收,过早固化等问题。
发明内容
利用本发明的加压装置,能够对这些问题进行显著改进。
本发明提供一种加压装置,该装置用于在同步压缩加热条件中固化位于基本连续木材制品的内粘附表面上的粘合剂,其特征在于所述装置包括至少两个串联设置的加压机,木材制品通过加压机,加压机之间彼此间隔L/(n-1)的距离,其中L为每个加压机的工作长度,n为串联加压机的数量。
优选地,所述加压机配备有高频加热器。
优选地,至少一个加压机的运行温度被调整到不同于其它加压机的运行温度。
优选地,至少一个加压机的压缩压力被调整到不同于其它加压机的压缩压力。
优选地,在所述加压机之间有所述木材制品通过的绝缘腔。
优选地,所述绝缘腔是辐射绝缘的。
优选地,所述绝缘腔是热绝缘的。

具体实施方式
本发明的加压装置用于生产基本连续木材制品,对前述那些问题已经进行了显著改进。所述装置基于所谓的同步加压机,在这样的加压机中,产品被导向位于相互作用的加压板间的间隙,通过使加压板彼此相对施压来压缩位于板之间适当位置的产品。在压缩期间,热量通过应用一些上述的方法传递至产品。至少两个加压机串联设置,彼此间隔预定的距离,当将一个连续产品向前传送一个工作定量时,产品的每一部分在每个加压机花费相同的时间,并且在每个加压机之间花费相同的时间。换句话说,如果每个加压机的运行参数在运行中保持恒定,那么产品的每个部分会受到相同的处理。这个运行的前提是:加压机之间的距离=L/(n-1),其中L=加压机工作长度,n=加压机数量。
对于串联运行的每个加压机,能够确定一致的运行参数,即压缩压力和热输入。然而,在串联运行的加压机的运行参数彼此不同的运行方案中,能够给予运行不同的自由度,可以为每个产品确定一个有利的产品特有运行模式。具体地说,在不同阶段输入热量的总额是一个有益的运行变量。此外,尽管假定加压机同步运行,但如果必要,可以调节单独的压缩时间。
加压机之间的"休眠时期(resting time)"对运行也是有益的。在休眠时期,产品的内部温差能够在一定程度上变得均衡,并且特别地,局部潮湿区域升高的蒸汽压力能够变得均衡。
加压装置的在加压机间的部件可以与环境自由接触,或者作为替换,也可由适当的绝缘件包裹。当使用高频加热时,所述绝缘件可以是辐射绝缘件。特别地,如果加压机中利用了传导加热,热绝缘也会进入讨论范畴。
图1示出了本发明的实施方式的概略性示例,其中4个同步加压机2串联设置,以压缩加热基本连续输入的LVL制品1。图1中,L是每个加压机的工作长度,e是各加压机之间的距离。
Claims (7)
1.一种加压装置,用于在同步压缩加热的条件下固化位于基本连续木材制品的内粘附表面上的粘合剂,其特征在于,所述装置包括至少两个串联设置的加压机,所述木材制品通过所述加压机,所述加压机之间彼此间隔L/(n-1)的距离,其中L为每个加压机的工作长度,n为串联加压机的数量。
2.如权利要求1所述的加压装置,其特征在于,所述加压机配备有高频加热器。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的加压装置,其特征在于,至少一个加压机的运行温度被调整到不同于其它加压机的运行温度。
4.如以上任一权利要求所述的加压装置,其特征在于,至少一个加压机的压缩压力被调整到不同于其它加压机的压缩压力。
5.如以上任一权利要求所述的加压装置,其特征在于,在所述加压机之间有所述木材制品通过的绝缘腔。
6.如权利要求5所述的加压装置,其特征在于,所述绝缘腔是辐射绝缘的。
7.如权利要求5所述的加压装置,其特征在于,所述绝缘腔是热绝缘的。
