技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及ー种激光焊接设备,尤其是涉及一种太阳能平板集热器激光焊接设备。
背景技术
[0002]由铜管及铝板焊接构成的太阳能平板集热器,以其热交换效率高、机械强度高、使用寿命长等优点而得到越来越广泛的应用。但是,由于这种太阳能平板集热器的焊接难度较大,通常采用激光焊接设备来焊接,目前,受国内激光技术现状及国产激光系统的功率因素等的制约,用于太阳能平板集热器焊接的激光焊接设备,焊接速度、焊接点大小及焊接
点密度都受到了制约,同吋,XY轴直线运动副采用钢结构件,构件的自重大,启停动作时惯性较大,运动速度和运动精度受到了较大的限制,也影响焊接的速度,设备焊接速度仅3m/min,焊点较小,焊点排列稀疏,焊接质量不稳定,从而使太阳能平板集热器的热量传递差,热效率低。同时,现有的太阳能平板集热器激光焊接设备,其激光焊接机头通常由ー个气缸来控制升降,在操作过程中,用于压紧铜管的滚轮极易造成压管,而使铜管产生凹陷等损伤,从而降低产品质量,甚至造成产品报废,浪费原材料,提高生产成本。另外,现有的太阳能平板集热器激光焊接设备所使用的装夹铝板及铜管的工作台大多为直线移动エ位的エ作台,在完成一台太阳能平板集热器的焊接后,作业者需要在两端往返走动,完成装夹和卸料,或者増加作业人员来解决这ー问题,作业劳动强度大,生产效率较低。
发明内容
[0003] 本申请人针对上述的问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种太阳能平板集热器激光焊接设备,提高设备焊接速度,增加焊点密度,改善焊接质量,提高太阳能平板集热器的热量传递效果,提闻热效率;另外,减少铜管凹陷等损伤的发生,提闻广品质量,降低生广成本。

[0005] 一种太阳能平板集热器激光焊接设备,包括机架、固体脉冲激光系统及控制系统,XY轴伺服驱动机构安装在所述机架上,Z轴升降机构及激光焊接机头通过拖板安装在所述XY轴伺服驱动机构上,所述激光焊接机头下方设有旋转工作台;
[0006] 所述XY轴伺服驱动机构包括两个平行设置的Y轴直线模组,两个Y轴直线模组之间连接有Y轴同步联轴,所述Y轴直线模组通过同步带轮机构、减速器连接Y轴伺服电机;Y轴移动座板连接所述Y轴直线模组,两个平行设置的X轴直线模组连接所述Y轴移动座板,两个X轴直线模组之间连接有X轴同步联轴,所述X轴直线模组通过减速器连接X轴伺服电机;

[0018] 本发明公开的ー种太阳能平板集热器激光焊接设备,采用大功率固体脉冲激光系统,以高速精密线性模组作为XY轴传动导向部件,高速运行平稳,提高设备焊接速度,増加焊点密度,改善焊接质量,提高太阳能平板集热器的热量传递效果,提高热效率ゾ轴升降机构采用三个气缸串联结构,使激光焊接机头分段平稳升降,减少铜管凹陷等损伤的发生,提高产品质量,降低生产成本;采用双エ位旋转工作台结构,作业者不需要往返走动,降低劳动强度,同时减少了作业准备时间,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
[0029] 下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进ー步详细的说明。
[0030] 如图1、2所示,本发明包括机架I、固体脉冲激光系统2及控制系统3,XY轴伺服驱动机构4安装在机架I上,机架I的主体由标准铝合金型材、角部加强构件等制作,采用高強度螺栓、垫圈联接紧固,在机架I上部的平面为安装XY轴伺服驱动机构4的基准平面。Z轴升降机构5及激光焊接机头7通过拖板6安装在XY轴伺服驱动机构上4,激光焊接机头7下方设有旋转工作台8,机架I上设有辐射隔离墙10,辐射隔离墙10用于遮挡焊接时的激光辐射,保护操作人员的身体健康。XY轴伺服驱动机构4包括两个平行设置的Y轴直线模组401,两个Y轴直线模组401安装在机架I的基准平面上,两个Y轴直线模组401之·间连接有Y轴同步联轴402,Y轴直线模组401通过同步带轮机构403、减速器404连接Y轴伺服电机405。Y轴移动座板406连接Y轴直线模组401上的滑块,两支相互平行的铝型材的两端固定连接Y轴移动座板406,构成移动龙门,两个平行设置的X轴直线模组407固定安装两支相互平行的铝型材上,两个X轴直线模组407之间连接有X轴同步联轴408,X轴直线模组407通过减速器409连接X轴伺服电机410,拖板6安装在X轴直线模组407的滑块上,Y轴直线模组401及X轴直线模组407均采用进ロ精密直线模组,确保XY轴方向运动的精密稳定。当Z轴升降机构5及激光焊接机头7需要沿Y轴工作吋,由Y轴伺服电机405驱动减速器404,通过同步带轮机构403及Y轴同步联轴402,同步驱动两侧的Y轴直线模组401的滑块并带动两侧的Y轴移动座板406同步移动,同时,固定在Y轴移动座板406上的龙门及拖板6作沿Y轴方向的运动。当Z轴升降机构5及激光焊接机头7需要沿X轴工作吋,由X轴伺服电机410驱动减速器409,通过X轴同步联轴408,同步驱动前后两侧的X轴直线模组407的滑块同步移动,同时拖板6作沿X轴方向的运动。
[0031] 如图I〜4所示,Z轴升降机构5包括支架504,支架504固定安装在拖板6上,第一气缸501的缸体固定安装在支架504上,第一气缸501的活塞杆连接第二气缸502的活塞杆,第二气缸502的缸体与第三气缸503的缸体背对背固定连接,第三气缸503的活塞杆连接滑块505,滑块505滑动安装在支架504的滑槽中;滑块505的下端连接激光焊接机头7,在本实施例中,滑块505与滑槽采用三点布置,提高了导向精度、刚性,提高了激光焊接机头7启停吋,Z轴升降机构5的抗冲击惯性能力。在第一气缸501、第二气缸502及第三气缸503驱动下,激光焊接机头7在滑块505及滑槽的导向作用下,作分段的Z轴上下运动。激光焊接机头7包括方体支架701,方体支架701的两侧分别设有Z向手动直线位移平台702,倾斜设置的斜向手动直线位移平台704通过联接支架703连接Z向手动直线位移平台702,激光头705分别通过固定板安装在斜向手动直线位移平台704上,斜向手动直线位移平台704上还设有CXD显微摄像头708,在本实施例中,斜向手动直线位移平台704及Z向手动直线位移平台702采用北京平达机械有限公司生产的手动精密直线位移平台A-TS111,用于激光头705位置的精密调整。方体支架17的下端通过支架安装有滚轮706,滚轮706上设有与铜管相匹配的圆弧槽707,焊接时,铜管11定位在滚轮706的圆弧槽707中并压紧在铝板12上(如图3)。在本实施例中,滑块505与激光焊接机头7之间设有U轴步进旋转台9, U轴步进旋转台9上部动盘与滑块505下端部通过内六角螺钉联接固定,U轴步进旋转台9的下部座体与方体支架701上部通过内六角螺钉联接,U轴步进旋转台9采用北京平达机械有限公司生产的精密步进旋转台A-RS003。U轴步进旋转台9由步进电机驱动,可作任意360°旋转,并在任意位置锁定。平板太阳能热水器的集热器铜管焊接分为Y轴纵焊和X轴横焊两种,Y轴纵焊吋,U轴步进旋转台9必须锁定在0°位置上;X轴横焊吋,U轴步进旋 转台9必须先转动并锁定在90°位置上,使激光焊接机头7的激光头705、滚轮706跟着旋转到90°位置。
[0032] 如图5〜10所示,旋转工作台8包括座架801,座架801下安装有可调节蹄脚,用于调节旋转工作台8的水平度,工作台板803通过平面轴承802可转动安装在座架801上,工作台板803上设有两个A、Bエ位,每个エ位设有定位铝板的两块L形定位块809,在本实施例中,工作台板803的每个エ位的两端设有定位杆811,定位杆811上设有滑槽,定位滑块810安装在定位杆811的滑槽中,定位滑块810用于铜管定位,通过调整定位滑块810在定位杆811上的位置,以适应不同尺寸的铜管的定位。L形定位块809通过两个腰形孔和内六角螺母连接定位滑块810,L形定位块809与固定滑块810的相互位置可以通过腰形孔调节,这样就可以调整并固定铜管与铝板的相对位置。每个エ位两端的工作台板803上设有夹管机构804,夹管机构804用于装夹并定位集热器的铜管。夹管机构804包括铰接在工作台板803上的转轴807,转轴807上固定安装有夹管板808,夹管板808的外端设有与铜管相匹配的圆弧槽825 (如图10),转轴807的外端设有操作杆805,拉簧806的一端连接操作杆805,拉簧806的另一端固定连接在工作台板803的侧面,向工作台板803的内侧扳动操作杆805,夹管板808在拉簧806的作用下,可将铜管压紧在铝板上。
[0033] 工作台板803两端分别设有限位机构,限位机构可使工作台板803旋转180°后,两个エ位A、B位置互换并定位。限位机构包括固定安装在工作台板803 —侧下方的定位装置812,定位装置812包括座板818,座板818固定安装在固定梁813上,固定梁813可固定在座架801或机架I上,定位气缸819的缸体固定安装在座板818上,定位气缸819的活塞杆连接定位锥销821,定位锥销821滑套在固定安装在座板818上的导向套820中,导向套820为定位锥销821的动作导向。反向安装的两个缓冲器822通过固定支座823安装在定位气缸819 —侧的座板818上,工作台板803两端背面分别设有与定位装置812配合的挡块814及定位套817,挡块814及定位套817通过固定板816连接限位座815,限位座815固定安装在工作台板803两端的背面,在定位吋,定位锥销821插入定位套817,使工作台板803在焊接时固定不动。旋转工作台8由人工驱动,工作台板803的旋转工作范围:0° -180°,呈180°正反转。当Aエ位转过180°吋,由传感器控制,定位气缸819的活塞杆驱动定位锥销821插入对应的定位套817,进行定位,并锁定工作台板803。反转180°时,定位气缸819的活塞杆驱动定位锥销821插入对应于Bエ位的定位套817,进行定位,并锁定工作台板803。反向安装的两个缓冲器822分别在Aエ位和Bエ位接近180°位置时,撞击挡块814,分别起缓冲和初步限位作用。旋转工作台8设有A、B两エ位,便于ー个エ位在焊接的同时,操作者可在另ーエ位装夹エ件,提高生产效率,缩短了设备的工作节拍。
[0034] 太阳能平板集热器激光焊接设备的工作过程如下:
[0035] I、装夹:将集热板平放在旋转工作台8的Aエ位上,平铺铜管架,铝板靠住外侧的两个L形定位块。转动夹管机构804的操作杆805,使夹管板808压住铜管;当旋转工作台8的工作台板803旋转180°,Aェ位原点与设备原点重合;设备原点为系统原点,也是机头焊接开始点位;每次焊接完成,激光焊接机头7自动回归原点;该原点也是滚轮706的定位并压住铜管的开始点。
[0036] 2、Aェ位就位,人工转动旋转工作台8的工作台板803转过180°,定位传感器通过控制系统3指示定位气缸819的活塞杆伸出,定位锥销821伸出,插入工作台板803下部的定位套817中,锁定工作台板803,此时Aェ位的原点与设备原点重合。
[0037] 3、定位:控制系统3接到旋转工作台8的锁定指令后,即启动第一气缸501,第一气缸501的活塞杆伸出推动激光焊接机头7垂直下移,第二气缸502的活塞杆也同时伸出,使滚轮706贴近外侧的第一根铜管,控制系统3接到滚轮706到位信号后,启动第三气缸503,第三气缸503的活塞杆伸出,推动激光焊接机头7向下,滚轮706的圆弧槽707压紧铜管。
[0038] 4、气浮:滚轮706压住铜管后,控制系统3指示开启Z轴气浮系统,进入气浮状态, 也就是,通过气路转换,第一气缸501的活塞两端的缸体空间中无气压或仅有很低的气压,设备在焊接时依靠Z轴升降机构5及激光焊接机头7的自重将铜管压紧在铝板上。
[0039] 5、焊接:此时,控制系统发出激光脉冲指令,激光系统立即响应,滚轮706两侧激光头705同时射出脉冲激光;控制系统在发出激光脉冲指令的同时,控制Y轴伺服电机405启动,驱动机架两侧Y轴直线模组401,Z轴升降机构5及激光焊接机头7沿Y轴方向加速移动,设备边加速移动边焊接,激光焊接机头7被加速到13m/min时设备即转入匀速焊接;在第一根铜管接近焊接终端时,控制系统即指示Y轴伺服电机405开始减速,设备进入減速焊接,至铜管焊接終端位置,电机停止,激光停止工作。
[0040] 6、取消气浮:控制系统取消气浮,通过气路转换,使第一气缸501在气压的控制下。
[0041] 7、移位:停止焊接后,第二气缸502及第三气缸503的活塞杆同时缩回,使滚轮706和激光焊接机头7全部升起;控制系统立即指示X轴伺服电机410启动,驱动X轴直线模组407,带动拖板6连同激光焊接机头7沿X轴移动一个铜管间距。
[0042] 8、定位并焊接:重复上步骤3-7直至完成全部铜管的焊接;
[0043] 9、焊接完成后,控制系统即指示X轴伺服电机410及Y轴伺服电机405启动,激光焊接机头7回到设备原点位置,待焊。
[0044] 10、机头回到原点时,控制系统立即驱动旋转工作台8的定位气缸819的活塞杆缩回,定位锥销821退回,人工反向推动工作台板803,此时Bェ位已装好ェ件,使Bェ位进入上述的焊接操作循环;同时,取下Aェ位上的已完成焊接的集热器,并进行下ーェ件装夹。
[0045] 在本发明中,控制系统3包括电气控制及气动控制,按现有技术设计制造并协冋各部件的动作。固体脉冲激光系统2采用了国际先进的峰值功率为10000W的大功率固体脉冲激光系统。激光枪头组件由帯同轴引导光的激光聚焦镜组本体、激光光纤、CCD显微摄像头、显示器及通迅电缆组成。由于该激光系统的单脉冲峰值功率、脉冲持续时间及脉冲频率可调节跟踪,因此可以很方便地通过激光參数的调整,用高峰值功率单脉冲激光能束,实现高速移动中完成瞬间焊接,达到最佳的焊接质量要求。同时,在焊接过程中,采用Z轴气浮,克服了铜管、工作台的精度及与机架安装精度不足,使激光焊接机头高速移动过程中,保证滚轮紧贴铜管并在Z轴方向上作起伏跟随微浮动,并通过滚轮使激光焊接机头两侧的激光光斑、铜管、集热板三者保持稳定的相对 位置关系,消除了虚焊、焊点错位现象。
