一种新型钛白盐处理剂
技术领域
本发明涉及钛白粉盐处理剂的技术领域。
背景技术
传统的盐处理剂采用磷酸和氢氧化钾。加磷酸的目的是为了改善钛白粉的表观色度,其作用机理是将残余在钛白粉中的三价铁由Fe2O3转化为FePO4,Fe2O3是棕红色,而FePO4是浅黄色。用氢氧化钾或碳酸钾作盐处理剂主要是生成钛酸钾纤维,它既可以提高钛白粉的白度,又可以阻隔小粒子团聚,避免煅烧过程中细粒子被烧结。
    钛白粉使用性能分为物理性能与化学性能。传统的盐处理剂重点考虑了白度指标的优化,而忽略了消色力、电阻率、分散性和水萃液PH值等重要指标的优化。重视了局部而忽略了整体,妨碍了钛白业水平的提升。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是解决传统盐处理剂的缺陷和不足,提供一种新型的盐处理剂,主要是为提高硫酸法生产的钛白粉质量;综合考虑了钛白粉各项重要指标的全面提高,尤其是改进了钛白粉初品的表面性能,利于其后的包膜处理。
本发明开发了一种新型钛白盐处理剂,本发明在新型盐处理剂中除了已有传统的磷酸和钾盐之外,还加入了铵盐、锡盐、锶盐和微量稀土元素。
其中: 
磷酸以P2O5计,每吨TiO2单位质量加入0.15%~0.25%;
钾盐以K2O计,每吨TiO2单位质量加入0.3%~0.5%;
铵盐以NH3计,每吨TiO2单位质量加入0.5%~1.0%;
锡盐以SnO2计,每吨TiO2单位质量加入0.05%~0.10%;
锶盐以SrO计,每吨TiO2单位质量加入0.03%~0.05%;
稀土以Ce2O3计,每吨TiO2单位质量加入0.10%~0.30%。
本发明的有益效果是,使用本发明的并按型盐处理剂,对于改善锐钛型钛白粉的各项指标均有显著效果。 
具体实施方式
下面结合对比实验进一步阐述本发明的内容。
一种新型的钛白盐处理剂,本发明在新型盐处理剂中除了传统的磷酸和钾盐之外,加入了铵盐、锡盐、锶盐和微量稀土元素。
新型的钛白盐处理剂,综合考虑了钛白粉各项重要指标的全面提高,能对钛白粉的消色力、电阻率、分散性和水萃液PH值等重要指标整体上起到良好的优化作用,尤其是改进了钛白粉初品的表面性能,利于后面的包膜处理。
新型盐处理剂与传统盐处理剂的使用实验效果对比如下:
    范例1:用本发明提供的盐处理剂和传统的盐处理剂对比试验,偏钛酸取自四川攀枝花鼎新钛业公司,煅烧控制条件相当,终温850℃下得到的锐钛型钛白粉检测指标如表1

     范例2:用本发明提供的盐处理剂和厂内目前使用的盐处理剂进行对比试验,偏钛酸取自云南龙腾钛业,煅烧条件相同的情况下,终温控制870℃,得到的各项检测指标如表2

     从表1、表2的结果充分表明:使用本发明开发的盐处理剂对于改善钛白粉的各项指标均有显著的效果。

Claims (1)

1.一种新型钛白盐处理剂,其特征是:在新型盐处理剂中除了已有传统的磷酸和钾盐之外,还加入了铵盐、锡盐、锶盐和微量稀土元素;
其中:磷酸以P2O5计,每吨TiO2单位质量加入0.15%~0.25%;
钾盐以K2O计,每吨TiO2单位质量加入0.3%~0.5%;
铵盐以NH3计,每吨TiO2单位质量加入0.5%~1.0%;
锡盐以SnO2计,每吨TiO2单位质量加入0.05%~0.10%;
锶盐以SrO计,每吨TiO2单位质量加入0.03%~0.05%;
稀土以Ce2O3计,每吨TiO2单位质量加入0.10%~0.30%。
