技术领域
本发明涉及管接头的阳接头部件,尤其是关于具有开闭阀的阳接头部件。
背景技术
阳接头部件具有:具有从前端开口延伸到后端开口的通孔的筒状的接头主体;被设定在该接头主体内的开闭阀。接头主体的前端开口被从该接头主体的前端面向后方较短地延伸的一致的直径的内周面限定,开闭阀的阀体被弹簧部件向前方施力,该阀体的前端部分的外周面被嵌合在接头部件的前端开口的内周面内,在该状态下,该开闭阀成为闭锁状态。(参照专利文献1)
这样的阳接头部件通过被连结的阴接头部件将阀体向后方压入,由此,该开闭阀处于释放位置。
但是,在该阳接头部件内残留有高压流体时,作业者要连结阳及阴的接头部件,会因该残留压力发生不能使阀体移动的情况。在该情况下,作业者通过锤子等敲击阀体的前端面而使阀体向后方移动并释放残留压力。
但是,通过锤子这样地敲击阀体的情况下,阀体不能沿着筒状的接头主体的轴线平行地移动而倾斜,由此,阀体的周面咬入接头主体的前端开口的周壁面,不能再利用锤子等使成为这样了的阀体移动,接头部件变得不能使用,成为作业的大的阻碍。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
本发明鉴于上述情况,其目的是提供一种管接头的阳接头部件,即使在作业者用锤子敲打阀体的情况下,也不会发生阀体的上述那样的咬入。
用于解决课题的手段

弹簧部件(16),对该阀体(14)向前方施力,使该阀体(14)处于将该阀体的前端部(36)插入该前端开口(20)内且将该密封部件(50)密封卡合于该环状阀支承面(32)的闭锁位置,并且通过被施加在该阀体(14)的前端面(40)上的向后方的力使该阀体(14)向后方位移,允许该密封部件(50)成为从该环状阀支承面(32)分离了的释放位置,
该小径面(44)以向后方的力被施加在该阀体(14)的前端面(40),该阀体(14)的前端面(40)相对于该通孔(24)的轴线(X)倾斜的方式进行倾斜,从该小径面(44)成为与该开口面(28)的该圆形的后端缘(30)卡合时的该圆形的后端缘(30)和该小径面(44)之间的卡合点(A)起经由该阀体的轴线(X)到该阀体(14)的前端面(40)的外周缘(41)的长度(b、b1、b2)与该开口面的直径相同或比其小。
在该阳接头部件中,从阀体(14)倾斜之际小径面(44)与接头主体(12)的开口面(28)的圆形的后端缘(30)卡合时的该圆形的后端缘(30)和该小径面(44)之间的卡合点(A)起经由该阀体的轴线(X)到该阀体(14)的前端面(40)的外周缘(41)的长度(b、b1、b2)与该开口面(28)的直径相同或比其小,从而阀体(14)的周面不会咬入接头主体的开口面(28),因此,能够避免如前所述地在以往的阳接头部件中发生的存在担心的倾斜的阀体咬入接头主体的开口面而不能移动的情况。在上述中,“与直径相同”还包含,在比开口面的直径稍大,阀体倾斜了的情况下,即使咬入开口面,该咬入也比没有设置小径部的情况轻微的“实质上与直径相同”的意思。
小径面(44)可以形成为与前端部(36)的前端环状面(42)之间具有台阶,与前端环状面(42)成为同轴状并具有一致的直径。另外,小径面(44)还可以成为接着从前端面(36)的外周缘(41)向后方延伸的前端环状面(42)并随着趋向后方而直径变小的倾斜面。
另外,小径面(44)能够与开口面(28)的该圆形的后端缘(30)相邻并延伸到该后端缘(30)的前方。这是考虑到用锤子等敲击阀体(14)而倾斜时,向后方压入一些的同时倾斜的情况较多。
具体的来说,阀主体(38)可以具有随着从小径面(44)的后端缘趋向后方而向径向外侧扩展的倾斜环状面(48),在该倾斜环状面上安装有该环状的密封部件(50)。
另外,弹簧部件(16)采用在接头主体(12)的通孔(24)内同轴状地设定的压缩盘簧,阀体(14)具有:设置在阀主体(38)的后端面中央的突起(52);弹簧保持部件(56),其由金属板形成并连结固定在该突起(50)上,并具有与压缩盘簧(16)的前端卡合的圆环状的弹簧承受部(54)及从该弹簧承受部的外周缘向后方以筒状延伸的筒状的弹簧支承部(55)。
在专利文献1公开的以往的阀体中,设置有从阀主体的后端面中央向后方延伸的细长的柄,围绕该柄设定压缩盘簧。该情况下,通过切削加工做成具有柄的阀体。与此相对,本申请发明的上述阀体为保持压缩盘簧,而具有由金属板形成的弹簧保持部件,从而阀主体的后端面中央的突起采用能够连结固定该弹簧保持部件的程度的短的结构即可,与如上所述的以往的阀体相比,能够降低制作成本。另外,由于不需要柄,所以能够使阀体的长度变短。
以下,基于附图所示的实施方式说明本发明。

具体实施方式
图1所示的阳接头部件10与未图示的阴接头部件一起构成管接头,能够拆下阴接头部件地插入连结。
阳接头部件10具有:筒状的接头主体12;被设定在该接头主体内的阀体14;及对该阀体14向前方施力的弹簧部件,在图示的例中是压缩盘簧16。
接头主体12具有对于从前端开口20延伸到后端开口22的通孔24进行限定的内周面26。内周面26具有:限定前端开口20且与该接头主体12的轴线X平行的圆环状的开口面28;以随着从该开口面28的圆形的后端缘30趋向后方而向径向外侧扩展的方式倾斜了的环状阀支承面32;接着该环状阀支承面32向后方延伸的筒状面34。
阀体14具有:能够插入接头主体12的前端开口20内的前端部36;接着该前端部36向后方延伸的阀主体38。
阀体14的前端部36具有:圆形的前端面40;从该前端面40的倒角了的外周缘41向后方延伸的、具有比接头主体12的开口面28小的直径的前端环状面42;接着该前端环状面42向后方延伸的、直径比该前端环状面42小的小径面44。该小径面44形成为与前端环状面42之间具有台阶,并与前端环状面42成为同轴状并具有一致的的直径,从与开口面28的后端缘30相邻的位置向前方延伸。
阀主体38具有随着从小径面44的后端缘趋向后方而向径向外侧扩展的倾斜环状面48,在该倾斜环状面48上设置有环状的槽,在该槽中安装有环状的密封部件50。详细来说,在倾斜环状面48的上半环状部分(从图1观察是从倾斜环状面48的大致中央起靠右侧的部分)形成有槽,在该槽中设置有环状的密封部件50。
阀体14具有:设置在阀主体38的后端面中央的突起52;弹簧保持部件56,其由金属板形成且被连结固定在该突起52上,并具有与压缩盘簧16的前端卡合的圆环状的弹簧承受部54、和从该弹簧承受部54的外周缘向后方延伸的筒状的弹簧支承部55。压缩盘簧16的后端被固定在接头主体12的内周面上的弹簧支承部件58支承,将阀体14向图1所示的闭锁位置施力。
图2示出了阀体14的前端面40被施加锤子等敲击(从阀体14的轴线Y在图2中观察向下方偏移)的力F而使该阀体14倾斜,小径面44与接头主体12的开口面28的圆形的后端缘30卡合的状态。在本申请发明中,当成为了这样的状态时,从开口面28的后端缘30和小径面44之间的卡合点A起经由阀体14的轴线Y到阀体14的前端面40的外周缘41的长度b与前端面40的直径a相同或比其小。在图示的例子中,无论小径面44的哪个部分与开口面28的后端缘30卡合,为达成上述那样的关系,使从小径面44的前端及后端分别经由阀体14的轴线Y到阀体14的前端面40的外周缘的长度b1、b2比前端面40的直径a小。因此,即使阀体14因锤子的打击力F如图所示地发生倾斜,其周面不会咬入开口面28而后退,能够释放该阳接头部件10内的流体压。
以上,对本发明的阳接头部件10的实施方式进行了说明,但本发明不限于此。例如,如图5所示,小径面44也能够做成随着从环状面42的后端趋向后方而直径变小的锥面或做成弯曲面。

Claims (6)

1.一种管接头的阳接头部件,其特征在于,具有:
接头主体,其是具有对从前端开口延伸到后端开口的通孔进行限定的内周面的筒状的接头主体,该内周面具有限定前端开口的与该接头主体的轴线平行的圆环状的开口面、随着从该开口面的圆形的后端缘趋向后方而向径向外侧扩展地倾斜了的环状阀支承面、和接着该环状阀支承面向后方延伸的筒状面;
阀体,其是被设定在该接头主体内部的阀体,具有嵌合在该前端开口内的前端部和接着该前端部向后方延伸的阀主体,该前端部具有圆形的前端面、从该前端面的外周缘向后方延伸的具有比该开口面小的直径的前端环状面、和接着该前端环状面向后方延伸的直径比该前端环状面小的小径面,该阀主体具有能够与该接头主体的环状阀支承面卡合的环状的密封部件;
弹簧部件,其对该阀体向前方施力,使该阀体处于将该阀体的前端部插入该前端开口内且将该密封部件密封卡合于该环状阀支承面的闭锁位置,并且通过被施加在该阀体的前端面上的向后方的力使该阀体向后方位移,允许该密封部件成为从该环状阀支承面分离了的释放位置,
