Abstract

本发明涉及一种硅酸盐发光材料及其制造方法,该硅酸盐发光材料的结构式为:Zn2-y(Si1-xMx)O4:Mny,其中,M为金属元素,且其氧化物可导电,x为0.001~0.15,y为0.001~0.05。在上述硅酸盐发光材料中,由于添加了可导电的金属氧化物组分,硅酸盐发光材料可利用其导电性能,使其在阴极射线下的发光性能相比未添加导电组分之前有显著提高,从而提高其发光效率。
