Claims (6)
- 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 아연실리케이트계 녹색 형광체:[화학식 1]Zn(2-2x)SiO4:MnxInx상기 화학식 1의 식에서, x는 0.001∼0.2이다.
- 제1항 기재의 화학식 1로 표시되는 아연실리케이트계 녹색 형광체의 제조방법에 있어서,a) ZnO, SiO2, MnO, 및 In2O3 분말을 혼합하여 전구체 혼합물을 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 전구체 혼합물을 환원분위기에서 열처리하여 형광체를 합성하는 단계; 및c) 상기 형광체를 분쇄하여 미세 분말로 제조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 1로 표시되는 아연실리케이트계 녹색 형광체의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 ZnO, SiO2, MnO, 및 In2O3 분말이 에탄올 용매 속에서 지르코니아(ZrO2) 볼(ball)을 이용한 볼 밀링(ball milling) 방법으로 기계적으로 분쇄혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 1로 표시되는 아연실리케이트계 녹색 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 열처리가 1,000 내지 1,500 ℃의 온도에서 1 내지 10 시간 동안 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 1로 표시되는 아연실리케이트계 녹색 형광체의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 아연실리케이트계 녹색 형광체의 평균입경이 1 내지 10 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 화학식 1로 표시되는 아연실리케이트계 녹색 형광체의 제조방법.
