Abstract

本发明公开了一种光稳定封闭型聚氨酯交联剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:在反应釜中加入有机溶剂甲基异丁基酮、MDI以及催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡,加热溶解;将计量的羟基硅油聚二甲基硅氧烷溶于一定量的甲基异丁基酮,并缓慢滴加到反应釜中,控温反应1~3h得到预聚产物;然后在反应产物中加入封端剂1,2,4-三唑和N,N—二甲基乙醇胺,保温反应1~2h,得到封端的聚氨酯;再将反应液降温至60~80℃,加入乙醇酸中和剂,使PH=6~8;最后,向反应液中加入受阻胺光稳定剂744,搅拌混匀,得到复配产品。本发明所获得光稳定封闭型聚氨酯交联剂,具有优良的光稳定性和色固着牢度,抗皱性,悬垂性,抗水性等同时得到提高。

一种光稳定封闭型聚氨酯交联剂的制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种光稳定封闭型聚氨酯交联剂,特别涉及光稳定封闭型聚氨酯交联剂的制备方法。
背景技术:
交联剂是纺织助剂的重要品种之一,封闭型多异氰酸酯类交联剂最主要的优点是常温下可与含活性基团(羟基、羧基、胺基、环氧基等)树脂长期稳定共存,溶剂挥发后,涂膜经过热处理后该潜伏固化剂释放-NCO基团并与树脂分子链上的羟基、羧基、氨基等基团反应形成网状交联结构,起到增强树脂分子的“身骨”作用,在印染整理中起着重要的粘合固着作用。随着服装、家纺、旅游、运输等行业的发展,对纺织特种材料的要求也越来越高,尤其是长时间受日光照射,织物变脆裂,色泽败退等问题亟待解决,目前,国产纺织助剂在品种和质量以及在合成和应用技术方面与国际先进水平相比还有较大差距,专用和高档纺织助剂尚不得不依赖进口。
发明内容:
发明目的:针对现有技术存在的缺陷,本发明提供了一种光稳定封闭型聚氨酯交联剂的制备方法。
技术方案:为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:光稳定封闭型聚氨酯交联剂的制备方法:在干燥清洁的反应釜中加入有机溶剂甲基异丁基酮、4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI和催化剂量的二月桂酸二丁基锡,加热溶解;将计量的羟基硅油聚二甲基硅氧烷溶于一定量的甲基异丁基酮,并缓慢滴加到上述反应釜中,在60~80℃下反应1~3h得到预聚产物;然后在反应产物中加入封端剂1,2,4-三唑和N,N-二甲基乙醇胺,在70~100℃下保温反应1~2h,得到封端的聚氨酯;再将反应液降温至60~80℃,加入乙醇酸中和剂,使pH值到6~8;最后,加入受阻胺光稳定剂744,搅拌混匀,得到复配产品。
所述光稳定剂与封端的聚氨酯的质量比为1:1~20。
根据以上的技术方案,可以实现以下的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:本发明所获得光稳定封闭型聚氨酯交联剂使织物具有优良的光稳定性和色固着牢度,抗皱性,悬垂性,抗水性等同时得到提高。
具体实施方式:
    下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步地详细说明,但是本发明要求保护的范围并不局限于实施例表示的范围。
实施例1:
在干燥清洁的反应釜中加入有机溶剂甲基异丁基酮(85kg)和4,4’-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯(275kg),催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡(1.8kg),搅拌下加热至40~60℃溶解,待用;
称取羟基硅油聚二甲基硅氧烷(300kg)溶于甲基异丁基酮(100kg)中,滴加入上述反应器中,控制温度在60~80℃,反应1~3h,反应毕,向反应产物中加入1,2,4-三唑(125kg)和N,N-二甲基乙醇胺(15kg),在85℃下反应1~2h, 降温至60℃,加入中和剂乙醇酸(12.5kg), 调节PH=7.2,加入市售的受阻胺光稳定剂744(40kg),降温至室温,得光稳定封闭型聚氨酯交联剂。

Claims (2)

1.一种光稳定封闭型聚氨酯交联剂的制备方法,其特征在于:在干燥清洁的反应釜中加入有机溶剂甲基异丁基酮85kg、4,4-二苯甲烷二异氰酸酯MDI275kg和催化剂量的二月桂酸二丁基锡,加热溶解;将羟基硅油聚二甲基硅氧烷300kg溶于100kg甲基异丁基酮,并缓慢滴加到上述反应釜中,在60-80℃下反应1-3h得到预聚产物,然后在反应产物中加入封端剂1,2,4-三唑125kg和N,N-二甲基乙醇胺15kg,在70-100℃下保温反应1-2h,得到封端的聚氨酯;再将反应降温至60-80℃,加入乙醇酸中和剂,使得pH值到6-8;最后,加入受阻胺光稳定剂744,搅拌均匀,得到复配产品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光稳定封闭型聚氨酯交联剂的制备方法,其特征在于:所述受阻胺光稳定剂744与封端的聚氨酯的质量比为1:1-20
