Abstract

本发明涉及裁断装置。
背景技术
以往,已知有一种裁断装置,该裁断装置具有绕相互大致平行的旋转轴线向相互相反的方向旋转的刀辊以及砧辊,被向这些刀辊与砧辊之间供给的被裁断物由载持于刀辊的裁断刀进行裁断。
但是,若裁断装置的运转持续较长时间,则刀辊将逐渐地热膨胀,裁断刀与砧辊周面的间隙有可能变小。其结果,裁断刀显著地磨损或缺损,裁断刀的寿命有可能显著地变短。另一方面,若预先较大地设定间隙,则有可能不能够切实地裁断被裁断物。
因此,已知有在刀辊内流通制冷剂、抑制刀辊的热膨胀的裁断装置(参照专利文献1)。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
但是,在专利文献1的裁断装置中,有可能结构变复杂而且运转费用也变高。另外,因刀辊以及砧辊的振动、挠曲等间隙经常变动,因此就算能够抑制刀辊的热膨胀,也难以充分地抑制裁断刀的磨损以及缺损。
用于解决课题的手段
根据本发明的一个观点,提供一种裁断装置,其具有围绕相互大致平行的旋转轴线向相互相反的方向旋转的刀辊以及砧辊,这些刀辊以及砧辊分别载持有裁断刀以及承接刀,被向这些刀辊与砧辊之间供给的被裁断物由相互相对的裁断刀以及承接刀进行裁断,其特征在于,承接刀能够向砧辊的半径方向弹性变位。
另外,根据本发明的另一个观点,提供一种裁断装置,其具有围绕相互大致平行的旋转轴线向相互相反的方向旋转的刀辊以及砧辊,被向这些刀辊与砧辊之间供给的被裁断物,由载持于刀辊的裁断刀进行裁断,其特征在于,裁断刀能够向刀辊的半径方向弹性变位。
发明的效果
能够确保被裁断物的良好的裁断,并且结构简单、能够延长裁断刀的寿命。

具体实施方式
图1表示本发明的实施例的裁断装置1。该裁断装置1用于将带状的被裁断物裁断成多个裁断完成的部分。在这里,被裁断物例如由从无纺布、纸、纤维集合体以及树脂薄膜中选择的至少一种构成。纤维集合体由天然纤维或合成纤维构成,包括不进行纤维间结合的丝束、棉网、棉条等。
参照图1进行说明,裁断装置1具有沿铅直方向排列配置的刀辊2以及砧辊3。这些刀辊2以及砧辊3能够绕大致水平方向的旋转轴线L、M旋转地分别支承于框架4,因此能够绕相互大致平行的旋转轴线L、M旋转。
刀辊2具有本体2a以及轴体2b,轴体2b经由轴承4a支承于框架4。砧辊3也具有本体3a以及轴体3b,轴体3b经由轴承4b支承于框架4。
在这里,砧辊3能够与轴承4b一起沿铅直方向变位,因此能够调节刀辊2以及砧辊3的轴间距离D。在这种情况下,砧辊3通过固定于轴承4b的升降装置、例如气压式或液压式的缸4c沿铅直方向变位。
在轴体2b、3b上分别安装相互啮合的齿轮2c、3c,刀辊2以及砧辊3通过这些齿轮2c、3c相互同步地向相反的方向旋转。另外,在图1所示的裁断装置1中,在刀辊2的轴体2b上连接有驱动装置(未图示)。
进一步参照图1,在刀辊2的本体2a的两侧设置有凸缘或者边环2d,这些凸缘2d与砧辊3的本体3a的周面接触。
另外,在刀辊2的本体2a上载持有裁断刀2e,在砧辊3的本体3a上载持有承接刀3e。
即,从图2可知,在刀辊2的本体2a上形成有沿着轴线L-L方向延伸的凹槽2f,裁断刀2e通过垫圈2g以及螺栓2h固定于该凹部2f的内壁面。在图1所示的裁断装置1中,裁断刀2e由沿着刀辊2的轴线L-L方向延伸的扁平刀构成,以沿着刀辊2的半径方向延伸的方式固定。当然,裁断刀2e能够由其它的刀构成。
另外,如图3所示,在砧辊3的本体3a的周面上形成有沿着轴线M-M方向延伸的凹槽3f,平板状的承接刀3e收容于该凹槽3f内。
在这种情况下,在承接刀3e与凹槽3f之间夹装有弹性部件3g,弹性部件3g与承接刀3e一起收容在凹槽3f内。其结果,承接刀3e经由弹性部件3g载持于砧辊3。
在砧辊3的周向,在凹槽3f的两侧,通过固定件3i在砧辊3的本体3a上固定有一对限制部件3h。弹性部件3g在压缩状态下收容于凹槽3f内,向半径方向外方对承接刀3e进行弹压。在该情况下,承接刀3e抵接于这些限制部件3h,因此限制承接刀3e向半径方向外方的变位。
若在承接刀3e上作用朝向半径方向内方的力,则弹性部件3g被压缩,承接刀3e从限制部件3h脱离、向半径方向内方变位。若不对承接刀3e作用力,则弹性部件3g复原,承接刀3e向半径方向外方变位,与限制部件3h抵接。这样,承接刀3e能够在砧辊3的半径方向弹性变位。
在这里,在图1所示的裁断装置1中,裁断刀2e由HRC硬度为60°的高强度钢构成,承接刀3e由HRC硬度为52.5°的碳素钢构成,弹性材料3g由硬度为HS90°的聚氨酯橡胶那样的合成橡胶或天然橡胶构成。另外,尽管裁断刀2e最好比承接刀3e硬,但并非必须如此。
另外,在图1所示的裁断装置1中,以裁断刀2e与承接刀3e之间的间隙成为负值的方式预先调节轴间距离D(图1)。换言之,以在裁断刀2e以及承接刀3e相互面对时裁断刀2e与承接刀3e碰撞的方式预先设定裁断刀2e与承接刀3e的位置关系。
并且,被裁断物通过输送机(未图示)被沿着大致水平方向进行移送,被向裁断装置1、具体说是刀辊2与砧辊3之间供给。若刀辊2以及砧辊3旋转、裁断刀2e以及承接刀3e相互相对,则通过这些裁断刀2e以及承接刀3e裁断被裁断物。被裁断的被裁断物,接着通过输送机(未图示)被沿着大致水平方向进一步输送。
在该情况下,在图1所示的裁断装置1中,间隙被设定为负值,因此,裁断刀2e的刀尖2et切实地横截被裁断物而到达承接刀3e,因此能够良好地裁断被裁断物。
在这里,如图4所示那样,若裁断刀2e与承接刀3e碰撞,则承接刀3e朝向砧辊3的半径方向内方变位,吸收作用于裁断刀2e的冲击。因此,即使在将间隙设定为负值的情况下,也能够抑制裁断刀2e的磨损以及缺损,能够延长裁断刀2e的寿命。
另外,在间隙因刀辊2、砧辊3、裁断刀2e或承接刀3e的热膨胀或振动等而变动的情况下,承接刀3e的半径方向的变位量变动,由此能够吸收作用于裁断刀2e的冲击。因此,在这种情况下,也能够确保被裁断物的良好的裁断,并且延长裁断刀2e的寿命。
并且,能够抑制裁断刀2e的磨损以及缺损,因此,能够使裁断刀2e的刀尖2et更加锋利,所以能够更良好地裁断被裁断物。
若裁断刀2e的刀尖2et的宽度大、即刀尖2et钝,则被裁断物将被裁断刀2e压扁而裁断,在裁断面周围有可能产生被裁断物的压接或热熔敷。在被裁断物包含没有进行纤维间结合的丝束等的情况下,压接或热熔敷有可能有损于被裁断物的松软状态。或者,被裁断物的裁断不完全,有可能在被裁断物上产生飞边等。
相对于此,在本发明的实施例中,能够使裁断刀2e的刀尖2et锋利,因此,能够良好地裁断被裁断物。即,能够抑制在裁断面周围产生压接以及热熔敷,能够保持被裁断物的松软状态。
另外,由于在裁断刀2e的刀尖2et预先实施的研磨、裁断刀2e自身的挠曲等,有时在刀尖2et上在长度方向上产生凹凸。以往,为了降低该凹凸,对裁断刀2e进行外圆研磨。但是,若进行外圆研磨,则裁断刀2e的刀尖2et的宽度有可能变大。
相对于此,在本发明的实施例中,通过承接刀3e向半径方向弹性变位,能够吸收刀尖2et的凹凸的影响。其结果,不需要裁断刀2e的外圆研磨,因此能够保持裁断刀2e的锋利度。
图5表示本发明的另一实施例。
参照图5,在砧辊3的周向,在凹槽3f的两侧形成有沿着轴线M-M方向延伸的一对承接槽3j。承接刀3e的砧辊3的周向的两端3ee收容于这些承接槽3j内,利用限制部件3h进行固定。即,承接刀3e在砧辊3的周向的两端处,支承于砧辊3。
在图5所示的例子中,若裁断刀2e碰撞到承接刀3e,则承接刀3e的中央部3ec朝向半径方向内方挠曲。其结果,能够吸收作用于裁断刀2e的冲击。
另外,在图5所示的例子中,承接刀3e在其两端受到支承。但是,承接刀3e也可以在其一端受到支承。
图6表示本发明的又一实施例。
参照图6进行说明,在刀辊2的本体2a的周面形成有沿着刀轴线L-L方向延伸的凹槽2i,裁断刀2e的刀根部2eb收容于该凹槽2i内。
在该情况下,在裁断刀2e与凹槽2i之间夹装有压缩状态的弹性部件3j,弹性部件2j与裁断刀2e一同收容于凹槽2i内。其结果,裁断刀2e经由弹性部件2j载持于刀辊2。
在刀辊2的周向,在凹槽2i的两侧,通过固定件2m在刀辊2的本体2a上固定有一对限制部件2k,用于限制裁断刀2e的朝向半径方向外方的变位。
若裁断刀2e与承接刀3e碰撞,则弹性部件2j被压缩,裁断刀2e从限制部件2k脱离、朝向半径方向内方变位。若在裁断刀2e上不作用力,则弹性部件2j复原、祭坛刀2e向半径方向外方变位,并与限制部件2k抵接。这样,裁断刀2e能够沿着刀辊2的半径方向弹性变位。即使这样,也能够确保良好的裁断,并能够延长裁断刀2e的寿命。
在该情况下,承接刀3e既可以沿着砧辊3的半径方向变位,也可以不变位。或者,也可以省略承接刀3e,使砧辊3的本体3a的周面作为承接刀发挥作用。

1.一种裁断装置,具有围绕相互大致平行的旋转轴线向相互相反的方向旋转的刀辊以及砧辊,这些刀辊以及砧辊分别载持有裁断刀以及承接刀,被向这些刀辊与砧辊之间供给的被裁断物由相互相对的裁断刀以及承接刀进行裁断,其特征在于,承接刀能够向砧辊的半径方向弹性变位。
2.如权利要求1所述的裁断装置,其特征在于,承接刀经由弹性部件载持于砧辊。
