Abstract
本发明提供一种硫化橡胶层积体,是通过加热和粘合含有特定的马来酰亚胺化合物、特定的硫化剂和受酸剂的未硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物层与热可塑性树脂层来使两个橡胶层牢固地粘合的硫化橡胶层积体。在由(A)未硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物层和(B)热可塑性树脂层被加热并粘合而成的层积体中,所述(A)未硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物层含有以下(a)~(d),(a)环氧氯丙烷类橡胶;(b)分子内具有一个以上马来酰亚胺基的化合物;(c)硫化剂;以及(d)受酸剂。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶树脂层积体。更详细地说,涉及通过将含有马来酰亚胺化合物、受酸剂、硫化剂的未硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物层与热可塑性树脂层加热并粘合从而两层被牢固粘合的硫化橡胶层积体。
背景技术
近年,以美国为中心,对来自汽车燃料系统的烃类蒸腾气体的限制变得非常严格,与此相应的各种结构的燃料系统橡胶管的开发正在进行之中。尤其是,为了确保耐燃料透过性、柔软性等,已设计使用有对阻挡层配置燃料阻隔性树脂,并在其上作为内层及/或外层层积了橡胶材料的各种橡胶管。
普遍是,例如,将氟树脂用于阻挡层并在内层及/或外层层积了氟橡胶(FKM)、环氧氯丙烷橡胶(ECO)、丙烯腈-丁二烯橡胶(NBR)、氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)、氯化聚乙烯等的结构的管(hoos)。
根据专利文献1公开的内容,在氟树脂和环氧氯丙烷类橡胶的橡胶层积体上,作为环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物,通过混合特定的粘合赋予剂来改善粘合性。然而,上述这样的氟树脂-橡胶层积管,阻挡层的氟树脂价格非常高,并且,如果要提高燃料透过性,还需要增加阻挡层的厚度、或增加氟含量,因此,用这种方法,会出现管本身变硬,加工变难等不良情况。
因此,提出了各种使用氟树脂以外的耐燃料透过性优良的树脂来形成阻挡层的方法,在专利文献2、3、4中,公开了使用燃料阻隔性优良的热可塑性树脂的多层管结构,在专利文献4中公开了使燃料阻隔性优良的热可塑性树脂层与橡胶层粘合的方法。
然而,众所周知,高分子的不同种类材料之间普遍缺乏粘合性,在上述这样的多层管的情况下,这些不同种类材料的粘合性是最重要的课题,为了改善它们的粘结性,提出了各种方法,但若是燃料阻隔性优良的热可塑性树脂和环氧氯丙烷类橡胶,则无法获得充分的粘合力,为了牢固地粘合,需要混合大量的粘合剂,现状是达不到实用化,需要一种具有更高粘合性的橡胶热可塑性树脂层积体。

发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种通过使燃料阻隔性优良的热可塑性树脂和环氧氯丙烷类橡胶硫化并粘合从而具有充分粘合力的橡胶-热可塑性树脂层积体。
本发明人发现,通过将含有马来酰亚胺化合物、硫化剂及受酸剂的未硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物层与热可塑性树脂层加热并粘合,可得到两个层被牢固粘合的硫化橡胶层积体,至此完成了本发明。
也就是说,本发明的特征是,在由(A)未硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物层和(B)热可塑性树脂层被加热并粘合而成的层积体中,所述(A)未硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物层含有以下(a)~(d),(a)环氧氯丙烷类橡胶;(b)分子内具有一个以上马来酰亚胺基的化合物;(c)硫化剂;以及(d)受酸剂。
在本发明中,相对于100重量份的(a)环氧氯丙烷类橡胶,(b)分子内具有一个以上马来酰亚胺基的化合物的混合量优选为0.1~10重量份,更加优选(b)分子内具有一个以上马来酰亚胺基的化合物是选自马来酰亚胺、1,2-双(马来酰亚胺)乙烷、1,6-双马来酰亚胺己烷、3-马来酰亚胺丙酸、4,4’-双马来酰亚胺二苯甲烷、双(3-乙基-5-甲基-4-马来酰亚胺基苯)甲烷、N,N’-1,3-苯基二马来酰亚胺、N,N’-1,4-苯基二马来酰亚胺、N-(1-芘基)马来酰亚胺、N-(2,4,6-三氯苯基)马来酰亚胺、N-(4-氨苯基)马来酰亚胺、N-(4-硝基苯)马来酰亚胺、N-苄基马来酰亚胺、N-溴甲基-2,3-二氯马来酰亚胺、N-环己基马来酰亚胺、N-乙基马来酰亚胺、N-甲基马来酰亚胺、N-苯基马来酰亚胺、3-马来酰亚胺基苯甲酸N-琥珀酰亚胺、3-马来酰亚胺丙酸N-琥珀酰亚胺、4-马来酰亚胺基丁酸N-琥珀酰亚胺、6-马来酰亚胺基己酸N-琥珀酰亚胺、N-[4-(2-苯并咪唑基)苯基]马来酰亚胺中的至少一种。
在本发明中,优选(c)硫化剂含有选自喹喔啉类硫化剂、硫脲类硫化剂、三嗪类硫化剂、双酚类硫化剂,更加优选(c)硫化剂含有从由2,3-二巯基喹喔啉、喹喔啉-2,3-二硫代碳酸酯、6-甲基喹喔啉-2,3-二硫代碳酸酯、5,8-二甲基喹喔啉-2,3-二硫代碳酸酯组成的喹喔啉类硫化剂;由2-巯基咪唑啉(乙烯硫脲)、1,3-二乙基硫脲、1,3-二丁基硫脲、三甲基硫脲等组成的硫脲类硫化剂;由2,4,6-三巯基-1,3,5-三嗪、1-己氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪、1-二乙基氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪、1-环己基氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪、1-二丁基氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪、2-苯胺-4,6-二巯基三嗪、1-苯基氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪组成的三嗪类硫化剂;由双酚AF、双酚S组成的双酚类硫化剂中选择至少一种的硫化剂。
在本发明中,(d)受酸剂优选是金属化合物及/或无机微孔晶体,更加优选是作为无机微孔晶体的一种的合成水滑石。
在本发明中,优选(B)选自热可塑性树脂层是选自聚偏氯乙烯树脂、聚乙烯醇树脂、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物树脂、尼龙树脂、聚丙烯腈树脂、聚酯树脂、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯树脂,特别优选是乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物树脂或聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯树脂。而且,本发明的(B)热可塑性树脂层的透氧率(oxygen transmission rate)优选为500cc·20μm/m2·day·atm以下。
在本发明中,优选使用上述层积体作为层积管。
根据本发明得到的硫化橡胶层积体,两个硫化橡胶之间的粘合性非常优良,粘合面牢固。因此,在一个面暴露在要求耐汽油透过性等环境、另一个面暴露在要求耐老化性、耐气候性、耐汽油性等环境中使用时,例如,在用于燃料管、充填管等时,非常有效。
具体实施方式
下面,对本发明进行详细说明。
首先,对本发明的(A)未硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物进行详细说明。(A)未硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物至少含有环氧氯丙烷类橡胶、分子内具有一个以上马来酰亚胺基的化合物、硫化剂、受酸剂。
在(A)未硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物中的上述(a)环氧氯丙烷类橡胶可举例为:环氧氯丙烷均聚物、环氧氯丙烷-环氧乙烷共聚物、环氧氯丙烷-环氧丙烷共聚物等环氧氯丙烷-烯化氧共聚物、环氧氯丙烷-环氧乙烷-烯丙基缩水甘油醚三元共聚物、环氧氯丙烷-环氧乙烷-环氧丙烷-烯丙基缩水甘油醚四元共聚物的环氧氯丙烷-烯化氧-烯丙基缩水甘油醚多元共聚物等。优选环氧氯丙烷均聚物、环氧氯丙烷-环氧乙烷共聚物、环氧氯丙烷-环氧乙烷-烯丙基缩水甘油醚三元共聚物,更优选环氧氯丙烷-环氧乙烷共聚物、环氧氯丙烷-环氧乙烷-烯丙基缩水甘油醚三元共聚物。
在环氧氯丙烷-环氧乙烷共聚物或环氧氯丙烷-环氧乙烷-烯丙基缩水甘油醚三元共聚物的情况下,这些共聚物的比例,例如环氧氯丙烷,优选为5mol~95mol%,更加优选为10mol%~75mol%,进一步优选为10mol%~65mol%。并且,环氧乙烷优选为5mol~95mol%,更加优选为25mol%~90mol%,进一步优选为35mol%~90mol%。烯丙基缩水甘油醚优选为0mol~10mol%,更加优选为1mol%~8mol%,进一步优选为1mol%~7mol%。对这些均聚物或共聚物的分子量没有特别限定,通常以门尼(mooney)粘度来表示,为ML1+4(100℃)=30~150左右。
作为(A)未硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物中的上述(b)分子内具有一个以上马来酰亚胺基的化合物,具体地说,可举例为:马来酰亚胺、1,2-双(马来酰亚胺)乙烷、1,6-双马来酰亚胺己烷、3-马来酰亚胺丙酸、4,4’-双马来酰亚胺二苯甲烷、双(3-乙基-5-甲基-4-马来酰亚胺基苯)甲烷、N,N’-1,3-苯基二马来酰亚胺、N,N’-1,4-苯基二马来酰亚胺、N-(1-芘基)马来酰亚胺、N-(2,4,6-三氯苯基)马来酰亚胺、N-(4-氨苯基)马来酰亚胺、N-(4-硝基苯)马来酰亚胺、N-苄基马来酰亚胺、N-溴甲基-2,3-二氯马来酰亚胺、N-环己基马来酰亚胺、N-乙基马来酰亚胺、N-甲基马来酰亚胺、N-苯基马来酰亚胺、3-马来酰亚胺基苯甲酸N-琥珀酰亚胺、3-马来酰亚胺丙酸N-琥珀酰亚胺、4-马来酰亚胺基丁酸N-琥珀酰亚胺、6-马来酰亚胺基己酸N-琥珀酰亚胺、N-[4-(2-苯并咪唑基)苯基]马来酰亚胺等,优选马来酰亚胺、1,6-双马来酰亚胺己烷、4,4’-双马来酰亚胺二苯甲烷、N,N’-1,3-苯基二马来酰亚胺、N,N’-1,4-苯基二马来酰亚胺、N-苄基马来酰亚胺、N-苯基马来酰亚胺,更加优选马来酰亚胺、N,N’-1,3-苯基二马来酰亚胺。
相对于100重量份(a)环氧氯丙烷类橡胶,上述(b)分子内具有一个以上马来酰亚胺基的化合物的混合量,优选为0.1~10重量份,更加优选0.1~5重量份。如果在这些范围内,橡胶的弹性模量不会降低,硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物层与热可塑性树脂层可充分粘合,因此优选。
作为用于本发明的(c)硫化剂,可从由喹喔啉类硫化剂、硫脲类硫化剂、三嗪类硫化剂、双酚类硫化剂构成的组中选出至少一种来使用。
作为上述喹喔啉类硫化剂,可举例如:2,3-二巯基喹喔啉、喹喔啉-2,3-二硫代碳酸酯、6-甲基喹喔啉-2,3-二硫代碳酸酯、5,8-二甲基喹喔啉-2,3-二硫代碳酸酯等,优选6-甲基喹喔啉-2,3-二硫代碳酸酯。
作为上述硫脲类硫化剂,可举例如:2-巯基咪唑啉(乙烯硫脲)、1,3-二乙基硫脲、1,3-二丁基硫脲、三甲基硫脲等,优选2-巯基咪唑啉(乙烯硫脲)。
作为上述三嗪类硫化剂,可举例如:2,4,6-三巯基-1,3,5-三嗪、1-己氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪、1-二乙基氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪、1-环己基氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪、1-二丁基氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪、2-苯胺-4,6-二巯基三嗪、1-苯基氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪等,优选2,4,6-三巯基-1,3,5-三嗪。
作为上述双酚类硫化剂,可举例如双酚AF、双酚S等。
这些硫化剂,只要不损害本发明的效果,也可以二种以上同时使用。
相对于100重量份(a)环氧氯丙烷类橡胶,上述硫化剂的混合量为0.1~10重量份,优选为0.3~5重量份。如果在这些范围内,可充分交联,且硫化物不会过于僵化,作为环氧氯丙烷类橡胶硫化物可得到通常预期的物性,因此优选。
作为用于本发明的(d)受酸剂,可使用金属化合物及/或无机微孔晶体。作为这种金属化合物,可举例如:周期律表第II族金属的氧化物、氢氧化物、碳酸盐、羧酸盐、硅酸盐、硼酸盐、亚磷酸盐、周期律表第IVA族金属的氧化物、碱式碳酸盐、碱式羧酸盐、碱式亚磷酸盐、碱式亚硫酸盐、三碱式硫酸盐等。
作为成为上述(d)受酸剂的金属化合物的具体例子,可例举如:镁、氢氧化镁、氢氧化钡、碳酸镁、碳酸钡、碳酸钠、生石灰、消石灰、碳酸钙、硅酸钙、硬脂酸钙、硬脂酸锌、邻苯二甲酸钙、亚磷酸钙、氧化锌、氧化锡、一氧化铅、铅丹、铅白、二碱式邻苯二甲酸铅、二碱式碳酸铅、碱式硅酸铅、硬脂酸锡、碱式亚磷酸铅、碱式亚磷酸锡、碱式亚硫酸铅、三碱式硫酸铅等。作为特别优选的受酸剂,例如有:镁、碳酸钙、消石灰、生石灰、碳酸钠。
上述无机微孔晶体,意味着结晶性的多孔体,与例如硅胶、氧化铝等无定型的多孔体有明显的区别。作为这种无机微孔及晶体的例子,例如:沸石类、铝磷分子筛、层状硅酸盐、合成水滑石、钛酸碱金属盐等。作为特别优选的受酸剂,例如有合成水滑石。
上述沸石类,除了天然沸石以外,还有A型、X型、Y型合成沸石、方钠石类、天然或合成丝光沸石、ZSM-5等各种沸石以及它们的金属取代物,这些可以单独使用,也可以二种以上组合使用。并且,金属取代物的金属往往是钠。作为沸石类,优选酸受容能力大的,优选A型沸石。
上述合成水滑石,用下面的公式(1)表示。

式中,x和y是分别表示满足x+y=1~10关系的0~10的实数,z表示1~5的实数,w表示0~10的实数。
作为上述公式(1)表示的水滑石类的例子,可举例如:Mg4.5Al2(OH)13CO3·3.5H2O、Mg4.5Al2(OH)13CO3、Mg4Al2(OH)12CO3·3.5H2O、Mg6Al2(OH)16CO3·4H2O、Mg5Al2(OH)14CO3·4H2O、Mg3Al2(OH)10CO3·1.7H2O、Mg3ZnAl2(OH)12CO3·3.5H2O、Mg3ZnAl2(OH)12CO3等。
相对于100重量份(a)环氧氯丙烷,上述(d)受酸剂的混合量优选0.2~50重量份,更优选0.5~50重量份,特别优选1~20重量份。若在该范围,可充分交联,且硫化物不会过于僵化,作为环氧氯丙烷类橡胶硫化物可得到通常预期的物性,因此优选。
而且,在本发明中,可使用通常与这些硫化剂一起用的公知的硫化促进剂、阻滞剂等。
作为用于本发明的上述硫化促进剂,可举例为:硫磺、吗啉硫化物类、胺类、弱酸胺盐、碱性硅石、季铵盐、季磷盐、脂肪酸碱金属盐、秋兰姆硫化物类、多官能乙烯基化合物、硫醇基苯并噻唑、次磺酰胺类、二甲基二硫代氨基甲酸盐(ジメチオカ一バメ一ト)等。作为在将喹喔啉类硫化剂应用于本发明的组合物时的特别优选的促进剂,可举例为:1,8-二氮杂双环(5,4,0)十一碳烯-7(以下简称为DBU)盐、1,5-二氮杂双环(4,3,0)壬烯-5(以下简称为DBN)盐、碱性硅石、脂肪酸碱金属盐。
作为上述DBU盐,可举例如:DBU-碳酸盐、DBU-硬脂酸盐、DBU-2-乙基己酸盐、DBU-安息香酸盐、DBU-水杨酸盐、DBU-3-羟基-2-萘(甲)酸盐、DBU-苯酚树脂盐、DBU-2-硫醇基苯并噻唑盐、DBU-2-巯基苯并咪唑盐等。并且,作为上述DBN盐,可举例为:DBN-碳酸盐、DBN-硬脂酸盐、DBN-2-乙基己酸盐、DBN-安息香酸盐、DBN-水杨酸盐、DBN-3-羟基-2-萘酸盐、DBN-苯酚树脂盐、DBN-2-硫醇基苯并噻唑盐、DBN-2-巯基苯并咪唑盐等。在将这些DBU盐及/或DBN盐作为促进剂而使用时的混合量,相对于100重量份(a)环氧氯丙烷类橡胶,优选0.1~5重量份,更加优选0.5~3重量份。
上述碱性硅石,是指PH为9~13的含有钠的硅石(二氧化硅),将上述碱性硅石作为促进剂而使用时,相对于100重量份(a)环氧氯丙烷类橡胶,优选2~30重量份,更加优选5~20重量份。
上述脂肪酸碱金属,可例举高级脂肪酸、树脂酸、环烷酸等的碱金属盐(优选钠盐、钾盐),更加优选碳数为6以上的高级脂肪酸的碱金属盐。更具体地说,可举例为:半固化牛脂脂肪酸、硬脂酸、油酸、癸二酸、蓖麻油等的钠盐、钾盐。作为优选的盐,可例举:半固化牛脂脂肪酸钠盐、硬脂酸钠盐、半固化牛脂脂肪酸钾盐、硬脂酸钾,进一步优选的,可举例为硬脂酸钠及/或硬脂酸钾。特别是在使用半固化牛脂脂肪酸的钠盐、硬脂酸钠等钠盐时,保存稳定性良好,是优选。在使用这些脂肪酸的碱金属盐作为促进剂时,相对于100重量份(a)环氧氯丙烷类橡胶,优选0.2~10重量份,更优选0.5~7重量份。
而且,作为用于本发明的上述阻滞剂,可举例如:N-环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺、邻苯二甲酸酐、有机锌化合物、酸性硅石等,阻滞剂的混合量,相对于100重量份(a)环氧氯丙烷类橡胶,优选0~10重量份,更优选0.1~5重量份。
对于用于本发明的(A)未硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物,在本技术领域中,可任意混合通常使用的各种配合剂,例如:防老化剂、充填剂、增强剂、可塑剂、加工助剂、颜料、阻燃剂等。
其次,对本发明的(B)热可塑性树脂进行详细说明。
作为上述(B)热可塑性树脂,通常,可使用被称为阻隔材料的树脂。可举具体例子如下:聚偏氯乙烯树脂、聚乙烯醇树脂、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物树脂、尼龙树脂、聚丙烯腈树脂、聚酯树脂等。并且,有时也使未被称为阻隔材料的树脂与这些树脂层积使用。还有时,也使用将非阻隔材料树脂用铝、硅、氧化铝等蒸镀的产物。并且,有时将非阻隔材料树脂作为取向膜(延伸フイルム)来使用。
作为本发明的(B)热可塑性树脂,优选透氧率为500cc·20μm/m2·day·atm以下的热可塑性树脂,更加优选透氧率为100cc·20μm/m2·day·atm以下的热可塑性树脂。
而且,作为优选的热可塑性树脂,可举例为:乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物树脂、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯树脂。
作为本发明的层积体的制造方法,有:通过同时挤压成形、逐次挤压成形使两组合物层积,然后,进行加热硫化或者加热硫化成型的方法;用模具将两个橡胶组合物层积,同时进行加热硫化成型的方法等。并且,也可采用将其中一个橡胶组合物不变形地微微加热硫化,然后将两者层积,并使其充分地加热硫化成型的方法。作为上述将通过挤压成形而层积的层积体加热硫化成型的方法,是利用模具的成型,而加热硫化的方法,可任意采用钢罐(スチ一ム缶,蒸汽罐)、空气浴、红外线、微波、包铅硫化等公知的方法。在硫化时,加热温度通常为100~200℃,加热时间根据温度而不同,可在0.5~300分钟的范围内选择。
作为将本发明的层积体应用于燃油类管时的方式,可代表性地举例如:在管的内层配置热可塑性树脂且在其外层配置环氧氯丙烷类橡胶的二层管、其外侧再配置编织加强层的三层管、或者再在外侧配置橡胶层的四层结构管等。并且,可例举:考虑到与连接管的密封性而对最内层配置橡胶层,其外侧配置热可塑性树脂层,再外侧配置橡胶层的三层管;再在外侧配置编织加强层的四层管;对再外侧配置橡胶层的五层管等。作为用于上述三层管或四层管或五层管等的编织材料,通常使用聚酯纤维、聚酰胺纤维、玻璃纤维、维纶纤维、棉等编织的材料。并且,作为用于上述四层管或五层管的最外层的材料,除了使用环氧氯丙烷类橡胶,通常还使用乙烯-丙烯酸酯橡胶、氯丁橡胶、氯化聚乙烯橡胶、氯磺化聚乙烯等具有耐老化性、耐气候性、耐油性等的合成橡胶。
下面,作为代表性例子,举出实施例,但本发明不仅限于这些实施例。
(实施例1~8,比较例1~6)
将表1和表2所示的环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物用捏合机和开炼机(open roller)混匀,得到厚度为2~2.5mm的薄片(i)。另一方面,将表3所示的热可塑性树脂在其熔点以上的温度下挤压,制得0.2~0.3mm的薄片(ii)。如表4、表5、表6所示,将上述薄片(i)和薄片(ii)贴合,在160℃、20~25kg/cm2下加压30分钟,得到厚度为2.2~2.8mm的硫化橡胶层积体,按下面的方法进行粘合性评价。
将上述层积体切成1.0×10cm的长条形,制作了用于粘合试验的试验片。在25℃下以50mm/min的牵引速度进行剥离试验,测定剥离强度(kN/m)。并且,目视观察了剥离状态。评价基准如下所示,评价结果表示在表4、表5、表6中。
◎:牢固地粘合,层间出现了橡胶损害。
○:剥离强度较良好,没有出现橡胶损害。
×:完全没有粘合,表面发生了脱层。

实施例7、8、比较例5、6的两个硫化橡胶层间的粘合性的评价结果。
表4、5的实施例1~6,硫化剂使用了喹喔啉类硫化剂,是含有分子内具有一个以上马来酰亚胺基的化合物的层积体,比较例1、3是不含有具有马来酰亚胺基的化合物的层积体,比较例2、4是含有马来酸酐作为粘合剂的层积体。而且,实施例7、8改变了硫化剂,比较例5、6不含有实施例5~7中的马来酰亚胺基。任何情况下,对于含有分子内带一个以上马来酰亚胺基的化合物的层积体,粘合性良好,而不含的则完全不粘合。
工业可利用性
本发明的橡胶层积体,结构如上所述,该层积体两个层间的粘合性非常好,粘合面牢固。因此,在用于一个面被暴露在要求耐汽油透过性等环境中,另一个面被暴露在要求耐老化性、耐气候性、耐汽油性等的环境中时,例如作为燃料管、充填管等使用时,非常有效。
Claims (12)
1.一种层积体,由(A)未硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物层和(B)热可塑性树脂层被加热并粘合而成,其中,
所述(A)未硫化环氧氯丙烷类橡胶组合物层含有以下(a)~(d):
(a)环氧氯丙烷类橡胶;
(b)分子内具有一个以上马来酰亚胺基的化合物;
(c)硫化剂;以及
(d)受酸剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层积体,相对于100重量份的(a)环氧氯丙烷类橡胶,(b)分子内具有一个以上马来酰亚胺基的化合物的混合量为0.1~10重量份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的层积体,其中,
(b)分子内具有一个以上马来酰亚胺基的化合物是选自马来酰亚胺、1,2-双(马来酰亚胺)乙烷、1,6-双马来酰亚胺己烷、3-马来酰亚胺丙酸、4,4’-双马来酰亚胺二苯甲烷、双(3-乙基-5-甲基-4-马来酰亚胺基苯)甲烷、N,N’-1,3-苯基二马来酰亚胺、N,N’-1,4-苯基二马来酰亚胺、N-(1-芘基)马来酰亚胺、N-(2,4,6-三氯苯基)马来酰亚胺、N-(4-氨苯基)马来酰亚胺、N-(4-硝基苯)马来酰亚胺、N-苄基马来酰亚胺、N-溴甲基-2,3-二氯马来酰亚胺、N-环己基马来酰亚胺、N-乙基马来酰亚胺、N-甲基马来酰亚胺、N-苯基马来酰亚胺、3-马来酰亚胺基苯甲酸N-琥珀酰亚胺、3-马来酰亚胺丙酸N-琥珀酰亚胺、4-马来酰亚胺基丁酸N-琥珀酰亚胺、6-马来酰亚胺基己酸N-琥珀酰亚胺、N-[4-(2-苯并咪唑基)苯基]马来酰亚胺中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的层积体,其中,
(b)分子内具有一个以上马来酰亚胺基的化合物是选自马来酰亚胺、1,6-双马来酰亚胺己烷、4,4’-双马来酰亚胺二苯甲烷、N,N’-1,3-苯基二马来酰亚胺、N,N’-1,4-苯基二马来酰亚胺、N-苄基马来酰亚胺、N-苯基马来酰亚胺中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的层积体,其中,
(c)硫化剂含有选自喹喔啉类硫化剂、硫脲类硫化剂、三嗪类硫化剂、双酚类硫化剂中的至少一种的硫化剂。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的层积体,其中,
(c)硫化剂含有从由2,3-二巯基喹喔啉、喹喔啉-2,3-二硫代碳酸酯、6-甲基喹喔啉-2,3-二硫代碳酸酯、5,8-二甲基喹喔啉-2,3-二硫代碳酸酯组成的喹喔啉类硫化剂;由2-巯基咪唑啉(乙烯硫脲)、1,3-二乙基硫脲、1,3-二丁基硫脲、三甲基硫脲组成的硫脲类硫化剂;由2,4,6-三巯基-1,3,5-三嗪、1-己氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪、1-二乙基氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪、1-环己基氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪、1-二丁基氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪、2-苯胺-4,6-二巯基三嗪、1-苯基氨基-3,5-二巯基三嗪组成的三嗪类硫化剂;以及由双酚AF、双酚S组成的双酚类硫化剂中选择的至少一种的硫化剂。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的层积体,其特征在于,
(d)受酸剂是金属化合物及/或无机微孔晶体。
8.根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的层积体,其特征在于,
(d)受酸剂是合成水滑石。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的层积体,其中,
所述(B)热可塑性树脂层的透氧率为500cc·20μm/m2·day·atm以下。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的层积体,其中,
(B)热可塑性树脂层是选自聚偏氯乙烯树脂、聚乙烯醇树脂、乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物树脂、尼龙树脂、聚丙烯腈树脂、聚酯树脂、聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯树脂中的至少一种。
11.根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的层积体,其中,
(B)热可塑性树脂层是乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物树脂或聚萘二甲酸丁二醇酯树脂。
12.一种使用了权利要求1至11中任一项所述的层积体的层积管。
