Abstract
公开了一种双模压控振荡器(DMVCO)、频率综合器及无线接收装置,属于射频无线接收机集成电路技术领域。该DMVCO和频率综合器可以工作于宽带模式和正交模式,工作于正交模式时,通过DMVCO中的第一压控振荡器单元和第二压控振荡器单元在交叠频段的正交耦合,为频率综合器的正交单边带混频器提供正交信号,从而可以覆盖高频率的输出频段。所述DMVCO的调谐范围宽,并且使用该DMVCO的频率综合器的功耗低、结构简单、频率杂散性好。
