Description

作为压穿箔用于泡罩包装的盖箔
本发明涉及作为压穿箔(Durchdrückfolie)用于湿敏性产品泡罩包装(Blisterpackung)的盖箔(Deckfolie),具有铝箔作为防止水蒸气和气体渗透的阻挡层,并且具有用来对泡罩底部件(Blisterbodenteil)密封的密封层(Siegelschicht)。
众所周知,通过塑料材料包装防止对湿气和氧气敏感的产品受到有害大气因素的影响。例如可以用几乎不让水分子透过的塑料膜来包封湿敏性产品。可以使用高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)膜或者聚-1,1-偏二氯乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(PVDC-MA)膜作为防止湿气渗透的阻挡层。取向聚丙烯(oPP)膜(任选经金属化)或者金属化聚酯膜同样也充当防止湿气渗透的阻隔材料。还已知金属箔作为防止湿气和/或氧气渗透的阻隔材料,并且其常常与塑料膜复合在一起使用。也可以使用乙烯-乙烯醇共聚物(EVOH)层实现好的水蒸气和气体阻隔作用。
虽然当今已知具有高的湿气和氧气渗透阻隔作用的阻挡层的层压制件,但是经密封包装并不能完全阻止湿气渗透,这是因为阻挡层未保护层压制件的边缘。湿气和氧气可以通过密封区域中这些没有被保护的边缘渗入热封包装内部,从而损害湿敏性产品的质量。
WO-A-2004/080808已知具有阻挡层以及含有吸湿材料的密封层的多层膜。这些膜用来包装湿敏性物品,例如诊断测试条,并且要么在折叠之后对其本身进行热封,要么对第二种膜进行热封。优选使用氧化钙(CaO)作为具有强烈水结合力的吸湿材料。
由WO-A-2007/104344已知,使用泡罩包装与具有水蒸气和气体阻挡层的层压制件构成的泡罩底部件(Blisterbodenteil)包装湿敏性产品,如片剂和粉剂。另外,将含有例如CaO作为干燥剂的聚烯烃层布置在朝向泡罩底部件内侧和朝向密封泡罩底部件的盖箔的阻挡层一侧。构造为压穿箔形式的盖箔具有例如以下层构造:密封层/铝箔/印刷预上光层(Druckvorlack)/印刷层/印刷后上光层(Drucküberlack)。
泡罩包装的压穿箔通常具有厚度为20μm的“硬”状态铝箔。为了保证体质较弱的人(例如老人)也具有压穿能力,尤其是用来对泡罩底部件密封的内层还不得超过一定的厚度。用LDPE涂层作为密封层的常见压穿箔具有例如以下构造:
漆,1-2g/m2/硬铝箔,20μm/底胶(Primer)1g/m2/LDPE 15g/m2
由于内层的厚度有限,因此具有含干燥剂内层的泡罩底部件的吸水能力受限于内层(包括干燥剂)的单位面积重量,通常为约35-65g/m2。干燥剂含量通常为担载干燥剂的层的总单位面积重量的约30~50%。但是为了还利用干燥剂对“湿片剂”进行干燥,原则上力争使得泡罩包装中的吸水能力尽可能高。
本发明的任务在于,进一步提高用于包装湿敏性产品的泡罩包装的吸水能力,所述泡罩包装具有盖箔作为压穿箔,并且具有带含干燥剂的层的泡罩底部件。
本发明的任务通过如下盖箔得以解决:所述盖箔具有铝箔作为防止水蒸气和气体渗透的阻挡层,并且具有用来对泡罩底部件密封的密封层,其中铝箔在具有密封层的一侧布置有含有吸湿性干燥剂的塑料层。
本发明利用了根据WO-A-2004/080808的包装箔和由此制成的包装以及根据WO-A-2007/104344的泡罩底部件获得的一般性认识。
令人惊奇地发现,内层也就是布置在铝箔的对泡罩底部件密封一侧且含有干燥剂的塑料层可以具有比现有技术压穿箔的常规可密封内层两倍至三倍高的厚度,且箔的可压穿性没有下降。其原因在于,担载干燥剂的层与没有干燥剂的层相比具有高得多的脆性。正是这一认识才为开发本发明所述含有大量和因此经济上合理的干燥剂的盖箔开辟了道路。
含干燥剂的塑料层优选含有至少一种得自碱金属和碱土金属的氧化物作为干燥剂。含干燥剂的塑料层特别优选含有氧化钙(CaO)作为干燥剂,尤其是0.5~95重量%CaO,优选10~65重量%CaO。
但也可以使用其它适合作为干燥剂的物质,例如硅酸盐、硅胶、铝硅酸盐、物理干燥物质、吸收结晶水的物质、糖和具有羟基基团的化合物。
干燥剂通常作为颗粒状粉末存在,必须注意干燥剂的颗粒不被压入铝箔之中并将其穿破,因为这样在铝箔中出现的孔眼破坏泡罩包装的完整性,并且丧失所力争取得的高防湿性。通常以担载干燥剂的母料形式,以挤出或者共挤工艺将干燥剂施加到铝箔上。在此情况下,担载干燥剂的层的层厚不宜过大,这是因为否则在压出药片时超出尤其对于老年人重要的相对小的力,并且丧失盖箔的可压穿性。在市场上可获得的由例如聚乙烯(PE)和CaO构成的具有干燥剂的母料情况下,干燥剂的粒度(d100)>10至20μm。这种粒度能够穿破通常以“硬”状态用于压穿箔的厚度例如为20μm的铝箔。
鉴于这一原因,经证实可能合乎目的的是,在铝箔和含有干燥剂的塑料层之间设置塑料制成的缓冲层。
含有干燥剂的塑料层和/或缓冲层和/或密封层优选由聚烯烃构成,优选由聚乙烯(PE)、特别是高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和/或线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)和/或低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)和/或聚丙烯(PP),并且还可以任选含有酸改性聚烯烃成分,如离聚物、EAA或者PP-MSA。这些酸改性聚烯烃起到增附剂的作用,从而在某些情况下可以不必采用单独的底胶。
缓冲层、含干燥剂的塑料层和密封层优选由施加在铝箔上的共挤出层形成。
铝箔可以在具有密封层的一侧上涂覆有增附剂尤其是水或溶剂基底胶或者聚合物增附剂。
盖箔的典型构造例如为:
漆,1-2g/m2
铝箔20μm,硬
底胶,1g/m2
LDPE,12g/m2,作为缓冲层
PE+干燥剂,30g/m2
LDPE,4g/m2,作为密封层
还可以对盖箔进行印刷,所述印刷还可以任选地经后上光(überlackieren)。
测量表明,含有干燥剂且单位面积重量不超过大约38g/m2的塑料层与具有以下层构造的标准压穿箔相比不使得可压穿性变差:
漆,1-2g/m2
铝箔20μm,硬
底胶,1g/m2
LDPE,15g/m2,作为密封层。

Claims (12)

1.作为压穿箔用于包装湿敏产品的泡罩包装的盖箔,具有铝箔作为防止水蒸气和气体渗透的阻挡层,并且具有用来对泡罩底部件密封的密封层,其中在所述铝箔的具有所述密封层的一侧上布置有含吸湿性干燥剂的塑料层,其特征在于,所述含有干燥剂的塑料层由聚乙烯构成,在所述铝箔和所述含有干燥剂的塑料层之间布置有低密度聚乙烯的缓冲层,并且所述缓冲层、所述含有干燥剂的塑料层和所述密封层由施加在所述铝箔上的共挤出层形成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的盖箔,其特征在于,所述干燥剂含有至少一种选自碱金属和碱土金属的氧化物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的盖箔,其特征在于,含干燥剂的所述塑料层含有氧化钙作为干燥剂。
4.根据权利要求3所述的盖箔,其特征在于,含干燥剂的所述塑料层含有0.5~95重量% CaO作为干燥剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的盖箔,其特征在于,含干燥剂的所述塑料层含有10~65重量% CaO作为干燥剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的盖箔,其特征在于,使用硅酸盐、硅胶、铝硅酸盐、物理干燥物质、吸收结晶水的物质、糖和具有羟基基团的化合物作为干燥剂。
7.根据权利要求1所述的盖箔,其特征在于,所述密封层由聚乙烯构成。
8.根据权利要求7所述的盖箔,其特征在于,所述密封层由低密度聚乙烯构成。
9.根据权利要求1~8中任一项所述的盖箔,其特征在于,所述铝箔在具有所述密封层的一侧上涂覆有增附剂。
10.根据权利要求9所述的盖箔,其特征在于,所述铝箔在具有所述密封层的一侧上涂覆有水或溶剂基的底胶或者聚合物增附剂。
11.具有权利要求1-10中任一项所述盖箔的泡罩包装,用于包装药物产品。
12.根据权利要求11的泡罩包装,用于包装湿敏性片剂和粉剂。
