Abstract

一种新型外墙防火保温板及其制备方法,该保温板包括主体保温层(3),其特征在于:在所述的主体保温层(3)的两侧复合有加强保温层(2),至少在一个该加强保温层的外侧复合有阻燃装饰层(1)。本发明的有益效果是:不可燃,防火可达A级;轻质,每平方米重量在15千克以内;具有高保温性,导热系数在0.02以内;可以在工厂预制,缩短现场施工时间,施工安装方便,可以象瓷砖一样贴于墙面,与建筑物具有同样的寿命。

Description

外墙高效节能防火保温板的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种外墙保温板,尤其涉及一种高效节能的外墙防火保温板及其制作方法。 
背景技术
    目前,建筑物外墙所用保温板均存在防火等级低、强度低、保温效果低和生产工艺复杂等不足;有的防火板为了提高保温性能,在层之间设有抽真空夹层,但是由于工艺、结构和材料的气密性存在不足,导致真空度较低,并且真空度衰减周期短,使得真空夹层的作用有限。 
发明内容
    为克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种外墙高效节能防火保温板及其制备方法,该保温板不仅可防火,保温效果好,且质轻,生产工艺简单,使用方便。 
本发明为了解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是: 
一种外墙高效节能防火保温板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
A、主体保温层(3)的成型:用凸模和凹模成型一个上侧带有空腔凹槽的凹槽体(31),在该空腔凹槽(31)内同时成型多个所述的支撑柱(5);在凹槽体(31)内的凹槽内表面和凹槽盖板(32)的下侧均涂覆气密层(6);将凹槽盖板(32)覆盖在凹槽体(31)上面并粘接或热合形成空腔(4);对空腔(4)抽真空。
B、在主体保温层(3)的两侧粘接或热合加强保温层(2); 
C、在两侧的加强保温层(2)的一个或两个外侧覆盖一层铝箔玻璃纤维布、玻璃纤维布、电子布、陶瓷纤维布或阻燃纤维布,形成所述的阻燃装饰层(1);
D、在上面的阻燃装饰层(1)上面铺设加压板加压12-24小时。
本发明的有益效果是:1、不可燃,防火可达A级;2、轻质,每平方米重量在15千克以内;3、具有高保温性,导热系数在0.02以内;4、可以在工厂预制,缩短现场施工时间,5、施工安装方便,可以象瓷砖一样贴于墙面,6、与建筑物具有同样的寿命。

具体实施方式
 参见图1,本发明一种外墙高效节能防火保温板的该实施例,包括主体保温层3,在所述的主体保温层3的两侧复合有加强保温层2,在两个该加强保温层2的外侧均复合有阻燃装饰层1(或至少在一个该加强保温层2的外侧复合有阻燃装饰层1)。 
所述的阻燃装饰层1采用铝箔玻璃纤维布、玻璃纤维布、电子布、陶瓷纤维布或阻燃纤维布制成;所述的加强保温层2由陶瓷纤维毯、玻璃丝毯或硅酸铝毯制成;所述的主体保温层3由复合无机材料制成,该复合无机材料可采用硅酸盐、二氧化硅、玻化微珠、硅酸钙、氧化镁、氧化钙、珍珠岩中的一种或二种以上,以任何比例混合组成,并用粘结剂粘接在一起,或用有机材料包覆。 
所述的阻燃装饰层1的厚度为0.1-1mm;加强保温层2的厚度为2-6mm;所述的主体保温层3的厚度为5-40mm。 
该保温板的导热系数小于等于0.02W/m.K。 
上述的外墙防火保温板的一种制作方法,包括以下步骤: 
A、在一个加强保温层2的上面涂覆粘接剂;
B、将主体保温层3铺装在加强保温层2上面的粘接剂上面;
C、在主体保温层3的上面涂覆粘接剂;
D、将另一个加强保温层2铺装在主体保温层3上面的粘接剂上;
E、在两侧的加强保温层2的一个或两个外侧覆盖一层铝箔玻璃纤维布、玻璃纤维布、电子布、陶瓷纤维布、或阻燃纤维布,形成所述的阻燃装饰层1;
F、在上面的阻燃装饰层1上面铺设加压板加压12-24小时。
参见图2,本发明一种外墙防火保温板的另一种实施例是,在所述的主体保温层3内设有空腔4,在该空腔4的相对侧之间设有支撑柱5,在该空腔4的内表面设有气密层6。气密层6能够确保空腔内保持长久的较高的真空度,从而大大提高保温板的保温隔热性能。另外,在主体保温层3内设有空腔4的结构,可以加强空腔强度,利于抽真空和保持真空度,同时也方便生产(参见下面的制作方法)。 
所述的空腔内4抽真空;所述的气密层6为树脂涂层或主体保温层3本体的热熔层。 
所述的阻燃装饰层1采用铝箔玻璃纤维布、玻璃纤维布、电子布、陶瓷纤维布或阻燃纤维布制成;所述的加强保温层2由陶瓷纤维毯、玻璃丝毯或硅酸铝毯制成;所述的主体保温层3由复合无机材料制成,该复合无机材料为硅酸盐、二氧化硅、玻化微珠、硅酸钙、氧化镁、氧化钙、珍珠岩中的一种或二种以上,以任何比例混合组成,并用粘结剂粘接在一起,或用有机材料包覆。 
所述的阻燃装饰层1的厚度为0.1-1mm;加强保温层2的厚度为2-6mm;所述的主体保温层3的厚度为5-40mm。

图2所示的外墙防火保温板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:

B、在主体保温层3的两侧粘接或热合加强保温层2; 
C、在两侧的加强保温层2的一个或两个外侧覆盖一层铝箔玻璃纤维布、玻璃纤维布、电子布、陶瓷纤维布或阻燃纤维布,形成所述的阻燃装饰层1;
D、在上面的阻燃装饰层1上面铺设加压板加压12-24小时。

Claims (1)

1.一种外墙高效节能防火保温板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
A、主体保温层(3)的成型:用凸模和凹模成型一个上侧带有空腔凹槽的凹槽体(31),在该空腔凹槽的凹槽体(31)内同时成型多个支撑柱(5);在凹槽体(31)内的凹槽内表面和凹槽盖板(32)的下侧均涂覆气密层(6);将凹槽盖板(32)覆盖在凹槽体(31)上面并粘接或热合形成空腔(4);对空腔(4)抽真空;
B、在主体保温层(3)的两侧粘接或热合加强保温层(2);
C、在两侧的加强保温层(2)的一个或两个外侧覆盖一层铝箔玻璃纤维布、玻璃纤维布、电子布、陶瓷纤维布或阻燃纤维布,形成阻燃装饰层(1);
D、在上面的阻燃装饰层(1)上面铺设加压板加压12-24小时。
