技术领域
本发明涉及一种复合板及其生产工艺,具体是一种外墙保温装饰复合板及其生产工艺,属于保温复合材料技术领域。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,“节能降耗”被越来越多的提及和重视,尤其是建筑工程方面更是如此。在建筑外墙体保温体系中,保温的绝热材料通常使用聚苯板,装饰材料使用涂料或是面砖,从而达到保温装饰的功效与目的。
现有技术中存在的用于外墙的保温复合板存在如下问题:
申请号为201110405725.5的发明专利公开了一种外墙保温复合板及其制造方法,该专利的保温复合板包括保温层以及与保温层内外连接的玻璃纤维网及无纺布,其制造方法包括制浆、开卷、布料、挤压、切断、养护与切割。但是,该保温复合板存在的问题:一方面是复合板本身的保温层是混乱无序,不能够有效保温,并且保温层上面仅仅有无纺布,没有对外墙起到美观的作用;另一方面,该制造方法单一,工业设备复杂,生产效率偏低。
申请号为201010275606.8的发明专利公开了一种一次成型机制无机硅镁外墙保温复合板及生产工艺,该复合板的不足之处在于复合板原料复杂,结构不合理,并且不能够美观墙面;另外其生产工艺因为原料复杂导致工艺臃肿,生产效率低。
申请号为201310039386.2的发明专利公开了一种建筑墙体保温复合板及其制备方法,该复合板由内芯、防护层以及上下表面的界面层组成。该复合板制作成本高,并且其制备工艺复杂,施工成本高等。
综上所述,现有技术中存在的保温复合板:1)缺少贴附于表面的装饰层,很多保温复合板均需要装饰表面,增加了安装步骤与工艺;2)现成施工困难,难于保证安装复合板与复合板之间的封闭性和可靠性,进而会引发质量,甚至安全事故;3)保温复合板使用时间偏短,不能够防火、保温和隔热,功能太单一。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明提供一种外墙保温装饰复合板及其生产工艺,该复合板表面贴附有装饰层,并且通过其工艺,能够将装饰层、保温层和玻璃纤维层紧紧的连接在一起,形成一体化的用于外墙的多功能保温装饰复合板。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的:一种外墙保温装饰复合板,包括至少四层一次成型的中空保温板层,所述保温板层上端面复合连接有第一玻璃纤维层,所述保温板层下端面复合连接有第二玻璃纤维层;所述第一玻璃纤维层表面复合连接有装饰面层。
进一步,中空保温板层一侧安装有上端面楔口,另一侧安装有与所述上端面楔口相对应的下端面楔口。
进一步,所述上端面楔口和下端面楔口上均设有连接孔。
进一步,所述上端面楔口与下端面楔口为卡扣式连接。
进一步,所述装饰面层具有五层,从上至下依次为:耐候层、耐候相容过渡层、复合层、装饰图案层和基层;其中,所述基层与所述第一玻璃纤维层上端面连接。
一种外墙,所述外墙包括所述的保温装饰复合板。
进一步,包括至少两块保温装饰复合板;其中,一块所述保温装饰复合板的上端面楔口与另一块所述保温装饰复合板的下端面楔口卡扣式连接,并且所述上端面楔口的连接孔与所述下端面楔口的连接孔重合。
进一步,还包括龙骨,所述连接孔内安装有螺栓,所述螺栓通过所述龙骨安装在墙体上。
进一步,所述保温装饰复合板上端面的缝隙内填充有第二密封胶条,所述保温装饰复合板下端面的缝隙内填充有第一密封胶条。
一种外墙保温装饰复合板的生产工艺,该生产工艺包括如下步骤:
1)按照一定比例,将制造中空保温板层的颗粒状原材料放入螺旋上料机中;
2)原材料通过螺旋上料机进入到干燥料斗内,对原材料加热干燥;
3)干燥后的原材料进入到挤出机内,高温塑化;
4)塑化后的原材料通过快速换网器,进入模具,形成中空板;
5)中空板双面加热,通过第一放卷机,将上玻纤布复合在中空板上端面上,将下玻纤布复合在中空板下端面上;
6)复合后的中空板进入到定型台,冷却定型;
7)带有双面玻纤网的中空板,通过第一牵引机的上辊和下辊的摩擦,压紧复合后的中空板,并经过切刀架修整;
8)复合后的中空板通过烘箱高温加热;
9)加热后的中空板通过冷风机降温,并通过涂胶机构在中空板上端面涂胶;
10)涂胶之后的中空板在第二放卷机和第二牵引机的作用下,复合装饰面;
11)复合装饰面之后的中空板经过剪切机的剪切,放置于集放台。
所述步骤4),通过模具定型中,会通入压缩空气。
本发明的有益效果是:1)该保温装饰复合板分为四层,中空保温层内充有空气,使得整个复合板轻盈,并且具有高强度,表面复合有装饰面层,含有耐候层,能够耐老化,防紫外线,通过在中空板两面均复合玻璃纤维层,能够防火和难燃,保证复合板的安全性;
2)该保温装饰复合板的侧面设有相互配合的上端面楔口和下端面楔口,使得复合板在墙体上安装非常的方便和结实,使用持久性强,并且通过密封胶条密封,保证了墙面的整洁与干净;
3)该复合板的生产工艺,能够一条流水线式的将保温装饰复合板制造而成,不再经过其他加工工序,步骤简单实用,机械化加工,经过两次辊压,保温层上端面和下端面一次性复合,生产效率高,并且使用的模具在塑形时通入压缩空气,具有保压、冷却和定型的作用,使得中空板更加耐用和保温。

7)带有双面玻纤网的中空板,通过第一牵引机22的上辊和下辊的摩擦,压紧复合后的中空板,并经过切刀架23修整;
8)复合后的中空板通过烘箱24高温加热;
9)加热后的中空板通过冷风机25降温,并通过涂胶机构26在中空板上端面涂胶;
10)涂胶之后的中空板在第二放卷机28和第二牵引机29的作用下,复合装饰面27;
11)复合装饰面27之后的中空板经过剪切机30的剪切,放置于集放台31。
所述步骤4),通过模具定型中,会通入压缩空气。

1)按照一定比例,将制造中空保温板层的颗粒状原材料放入螺旋上料机中;
2)原材料通过螺旋上料机进入到干燥料斗内,对原材料加热干燥;

4)塑化后的原材料通过快速换网器,进入模具,形成中空板;
5)中空板双面加热,通过第一放卷机,将上玻纤布复合在中空板上端面上,将下玻纤布复合在中空板下端面上;
6)复合后的中空板进入到定型台,冷却定型;
7)带有双面玻纤网的中空板,通过第一牵引机的上辊和下辊的摩擦,压紧复合后的中空板,并经过切刀架修整;
8)复合后的中空板通过烘箱高温加热;
9)加热后的中空板通过冷风机降温,并通过涂胶机构在中空板上端面涂胶;

所述上端面楔口(5)和下端面楔口(6)上均设有连接孔(7);
所述上端面楔口(5)与下端面楔口(6)为卡扣式连接;所述装饰面层(1)具有五层,从上至下依次为:耐候层、耐候相容过渡层、复合层、装饰图案层和基层;其中,所述基层与所述第一玻璃纤维层(2)上端面连接;
所述外墙包括至少两块保温装饰复合板;其中,一块所述保温装饰复合板的上端面楔口(5)与另一块所述保温装饰复合板的下端面楔口(6)卡扣式连接,并且所述上端面楔口(5)的连接孔(7)与所述下端面楔口(6)的连接孔(7)重合。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种外墙,其特征在于:还包括龙骨(8),所述连接孔(7)内安装有螺栓(9),所述螺栓(9)通过所述龙骨(8)安装在墙体(10)上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种外墙,其特征在于:所述保温装饰复合板上端面的缝隙内填充有第二密封胶条(12),所述保温装饰复合板下端面的缝隙内填充有第一密封胶条(11)。
