Abstract
本发明涉及一种外墙外保温装饰成型墙板,包括由内、中、外三层构成,其特征在于:内层为阻燃型发泡聚苯乙烯保温层(2),在保温板(2)的背面和正面嵌设有网状树脂加强筋(1、3);中间层为涂膜玻璃纤维网格布增强层(5);外层为由耐候树脂保护层(6)与饰面层(7)组合的装饰层、保温层(2)与增强层(5)之间设有复合树脂粘合剂层(4)。本发明可机械化制作,安装使用时,在厂内或工地可按建筑师设计要求,按建筑物模数及分格,切裁成任意大小、托挂粘贴于建筑物墙体外侧,就可获得优异的保温装饰效果。它可以广泛用于各种建筑物的外墙外保温中。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑材料,尤其是一种用于外墙外保温装饰成型墙板。
背景技术
随着我国国民经济建设迅速发展及工作与居住环境的改善,建筑行业对建筑保温装饰的要求越来越高,目前虽然外墙内保温技术在建筑中使用占绝大多数,但外墙外保温技术逐渐成为建筑保温的发展方向,在国外工业发达国家,外墙外保温巳有三十几年的使用历史,特别是在欧美国家如在美国的专威特公司及帕瑞克公司,其累计使用量在一亿平方米以上。近年来,我国在外墙外保温应用方面也进行了多种有益的尝试,研制和开发了几种类型的外墙外保温产品及施工方法,如发泡聚苯颗粒水泥聚合物沙浆保温层、建筑物外贴粘聚苯板加耐候保护层、聚苯乙烯与墙体浇筑加聚合物砂浆保护层、水泥聚苯乙烯构件板等,取得了一定的保温和经济效果,解决了诸如冷桥、结露、开裂、不易装修、火灾毒气排放、旧楼翻新、节能等问题,但也存在着一些问题,最主要是多数靠手工操作,人为的影响因素过多,工效低,施工质量不易控制、监测,重量大,安装时存在不安全隐患,有的不能任意裁切,不能任意组合,加大了施工的难度。
发明内容
本发明的目的针对现有技术存在的缺陷而提供一种可机械化制作、重量轻、保温性强、安装方便安全、工期短、成本费用低、使用寿命长的外墙外保温装饰成型墙板。
本发明的目的是采用以下技术方案来实现的:一种外墙外保温装饰成型墙板,包括由内、中、外三层构成,其特征在于:内层为阻燃型发泡聚苯乙烯保温层,在保温板的背面和正面嵌设有网状树脂加强筋;中间层为涂膜玻璃纤维网格布增强层;外层为由耐候树脂保护层与饰面层组合的装饰层;保温层与增强层之间设有复合树脂粘合剂层。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种外墙外保温装饰成型墙板,包括由内、中、外三层构成,其内层为阻燃型发泡聚苯乙烯保温层2,起到保温、骨架作用,厚度为10-250mm,密度为15-45kg/m3,压缩强度不小于100kpa,在保温层2背面和正面嵌设有网状树脂加强筋1、3,防止老化及水蒸汽的渗透,增加成型板的强度及与基材的粘结力,保持尺寸的稳定性,其网格长×宽为5×5-100×100mm,厚度为1-20mm,筋宽度为1-10mm,树脂为环氧树脂、聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂及其组合物;中间层为涂膜玻璃纤维网格布增强层5,其作用增加成型板的强度,提高抗冲击性,防止开裂及避免在碱性环境下产生的不利影响,其玻璃纤维网格长×宽为4×4-10×10mm,厚度为0.2-3mm;外层为由耐候树脂保护层6与饰面层7组合的装饰层,其增加成型板的保护性及耐侯性,具有良好的防龟裂性及防水性,同时起到装饰美观作用,增加使用寿命,厚度为1-25mm,其材质为环氧树脂、聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂及其组合物;保温层2与增强层6之间设有复合树脂粘合剂层4,将发泡聚苯乙烯板与玻璃纤维网格布紧紧地粘合在一起,且具有一定的弹性,防止因时间、气候、温度的变化而产生的剥离、龟裂现象,其厚度为1-10mm,复合树脂为环氧树脂、聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂的组合物。如图2所示,在保温层2背面上覆盖着一层玻璃纤维网格布保护层8。安装使用时,在厂内或工地可按建筑师设计要求,按建筑物模数及分格,切裁成任意大小、托挂粘贴于建筑物墙体外侧,就可获得优异的保温装饰效果。
本发明可进行机械化流水线制作,便于质量控制及监测,提高了生产效率保温性能强、重量轻、单元结构托挂、粘贴施工方式,板与板之间不受力,运输、安装方便快捷,提高了安全性,施工规范化、降低了成本费用,具有推广应用价值。
Claims (7)
1、一种外墙外保温装饰成型墙板,包括由内、中、外三层构成,其特征在于:内层为阻燃型发泡聚苯乙烯保温层(2),在保温板(2)的背面和正面嵌设有网状树脂加强筋(1、3);中间层为涂膜玻璃纤维网格布增强层(5);外层为由耐候树脂保护层(6)与饰面层(7)组合的装饰层;保温层(2)与增强层(5)之间设有复合树脂粘合剂层(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成型墙板,其特征在于:保温层(2)背面覆盖着一层玻璃纤维网格布保护层(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的成型墙板,其特征在于:保温层(2)的厚度为10-250mm,密度为15-45kg/m3,压缩强度不小于100kpa。
4.根据权利要求1所述的成型墙板,其特征在于:网状树脂加强筋(18)网格长×宽为5×5-100×100,厚度为1-2oom,筋宽度为1-10mm,树脂为环氧树脂、聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂及其组合物。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的成型墙板,其特征在于:增强层(5)与保护层(8)的玻璃纤维网格长×宽为4×4-10×10mm,厚度为0.2-3mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的成型墙板,其特征在于:装饰层的厚度为1-25mm,材质为环氧树脂、聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂及其组合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的成型墙板,其特征在于:复合树脂粘合剂层(4)厚度为1-10mm,复合树脂为环氧树脂、聚氨酯、丙烯酸树脂的组合物。
