Abstract

本发明涉及一种A级阻燃保温装饰一体板及其制备方法,包括饰面层、保温层、抹面层、增强卡槽、网格布层,所述饰面层通过所述抹面层复合在所述保温层上,所述抹面层内设置有增强卡槽,所述增强卡槽上部覆盖网格布层。其优点在于,由多层A级阻燃结构层复合而成,增强带网预埋件复合阻燃耐火胶浆五面包覆在保温板表面,工厂预制成型,单位质量轻,锚固节点大,结构简单,达到了A级阻燃性能要求;保温板五面封闭包覆提高了保温板的阻燃性能,而多重防火结构提高了一体板的耐火性能,同时也避免了硅钙板或水泥纤维板形变、翘曲及在火灾脱落的危险;通过带网型内置卡槽的使用确保一体板与墙体的锚固连接力更大,提高了系统的安全性和抗风压能力。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装饰保温节能领域,尤其涉及一种A级阻燃保温装置一体板及其制备方法。
背景技术
当前国内现有建筑近400亿平方米,每年新增建筑面积约10亿平方米。截止到2014年,现存建筑97%为非节能建筑,大力发展建筑保温节能是国家经济发展的一个趋势。
随着国家对建筑节能、防火、安全的越来越重视,相关标注规范相继出台:《建筑设计防火规范》(GB 50015-2014)指出:住宅高度大于100米,选用A级阻燃保温材料,高度大于27米,选用B1级材料;《建筑设计抗震规范》(GB50011-2010)指出:幕墙、装饰贴材与主体结构应有可靠连接,避免地震时脱落伤人,传统建筑外墙保温系统已经无法满足现有工程要求。
当前建筑外墙外保温系统以薄抹灰保温及保温装饰一体化板为主,薄抹灰保温系统存在开裂、粉化、脱落问题时有发生,此外施工繁琐、现场施工造成环境污染及防火安全问题也成为制约薄抹灰保温系统发展的弊端;当前保温装饰一体化产品市场包括三类:1.以硅钙板、水泥纤维板为面板的涂料装饰系统,以薄石材、陶瓷为装饰材料的保温装饰系统,以涂料为装饰材料、金属板包裹形成的金属板保温装饰一体化系统。
众所周知,有机保温芯材具有导热系数低、保温效果好等优势,但是易燃、易发烟等弊端;无机保温芯材具有难燃、不发烟等优势,但是易粉化、开裂、吸水膨胀导致后期开裂、脱落等问题时有发生。此外,硅钙板或水泥纤维板缺点是密度大、重量大、吸水率大、易翘曲,故生产的保温一体板单位面积质量也较大,火灾发生时加热燃烧过程容易引起面板脱落,造成更大的安全隐患;薄石材、陶瓷质量较重,需干挂施工,不仅浪费资源,同时耗费成本;金属板存在变形、传热等弊端。
中国发明专利CN 201310078430.0,公开了一种外墙阻燃保温装饰一体化板及其制备方法,涉及一种外墙阻燃保温装饰一体化板,包括铝饰面板,铝制的饰面板的一面复合粘接有阻燃保温芯材,该专利是以金属包裹无基材料达到A级阻燃目的。
中国发明专利CN200810196868.8,公开了一种防火型外墙复合保温装饰板及其制备方法,涉及一种防火型外墙复合保温装饰板,其特征是它包括防火保温层、增强层与装饰层。防火保温层由岩棉与硅酸钙板组成,或矿棉与硅酸钙板组成,或岩棉板与硅酸钙板组成。该专利以无机阻燃材料复合硅酸钙板,表面喷涂氟碳漆达到A级阻燃目的。
中国发明专利CN201110183959.X,公开了一种防火保温装饰一体板的制备方法,涉及一种防火保温装饰一体板的制备方法,制备步骤为:525#硫铝酸盐水泥、沙石、粉煤灰、乳胶粉混合均匀,然后再加入由氯乙烯、乙烯、醋酸乙烯酯共聚组成的三元共聚物,搅拌混合均匀后出料入模具,预震后加入耐酸碱网格布或耐酸碱不锈钢网,再加入岩面板或陶瓷发泡板,加压下震动;最后经室温避光养护后,即可出模制得成品即防火保温装饰一体板。该专利采用阻燃耐火胶浆粘结陶瓷发泡板、岩棉板形成A级阻燃保温系统。
中国发明专利CN201410611947.6,公开了一种保温装饰模板一体化结构及包括其的结构墙,涉及一种保温装饰模板一体化结构,其特征在于,包括支架、外表面装饰层、保温板、保温材料防护层,所述保温板嵌入所述支架内,所述外表面装饰层位于所述保温板的外侧,所述保温材料防护层位于所述保温板的内侧及周边,所述外表面装饰层和保温材料防护层与所述支架形成为一体。该专利以支架为主题,保温板嵌入支架,阻燃饰面层位于整体支架表面,非单块结构。
中国发明专利CN201710731718.1,公开了一种轻质防火保温装饰复合板及其制备方法,涉及:轻质防火保温装饰复合板包括面层和保温层,面层为带饰面的轻质柔性片材,保温层为具有A级以上防火要求的保温板,保温板的两面为找平层,带饰面的轻质柔性片材复合在保温一面的找平层上,保温板上海设置有锚固件安装通槽,锚固件的一端可以插入锚固件安装通槽内,将轻质防火保温复合板固定在安装体上。该专利涉及饰面轻质柔性片材、安装通槽、A级阻燃要求的保温板,但是对于有机保温板未曾涉及。此外,该专利对于通槽安全性、整体阻燃性均未有涉及。
综上所述,当前涉及的保温装饰一体板发明内容对于一体板的整体阻燃性能、安全性能及选用阻燃性能有机芯材A级阻燃效果存在明显的不足。本发明涉及一种A级阻燃保温装饰一体化板及其制备方法,可以有效弥补上述保温装饰一体化板材存在的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术中的不足,提供一种A级阻燃保温装饰一体板及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
提供一种A级阻燃保温装饰一体板,包括饰面层、保温层、抹面层、增强卡槽、网格布层,所述饰面层通过所述抹面层复合在所述保温层上,所述抹面层内部设置有增强卡槽,所述增强卡槽上部覆盖网格布层。
优选的,所述饰面层为具有阻燃性能的饰材,所述饰材为柔石洞石、板岩、木纹石、柔石贴片饰材、柔石预制料制成的仿砖饰材、柔石预制料制成的仿石饰材中的一种或几种的组合。
优选的,所述保温层包括阻燃耐火胶浆和保温板,所述阻燃耐火胶浆包覆所述保温板的正面及四个侧面。
优选的,所述保温板为有机保温板或无机保温板中的一种,所述有机保温板为发泡聚苯乙烯板、模塑聚苯乙烯板、改性聚苯乙烯板、聚氨酯板、酚醛树脂中的一种或几种的组合,所述无机保温板为水泥发泡板、岩棉板、岩棉条、珍珠岩保温板中的一种或几种的组合。

步骤S7、待砂浆凝固后,卸下封边模具。

本发明的一种A级阻燃保温装饰一体板,由多层A级阻燃结构层复合而成,增强带网预埋件复合阻燃耐火胶浆五面包覆在保温板表面,工厂预制成型,单位质量轻,锚固节点大,结构简单,达到了A级阻燃性能要求;该一体板的单位面积质量不超过20公斤,具有较好的耐候和阻燃性能,大幅度降低了保温装饰一体板的质量,提高产品的安全性能;保温板五面封闭包覆提高了保温板的阻燃性能,而多重防火结构提高了一体化板的耐火性能,同时也避免了硅钙板或水泥纤维板形变、翘曲及在火灾脱落的危险;通过带网型内置卡槽的使用确保阻燃保温装饰一体板与墙体的锚固连接力更大,提高了系统的安全性和抗风压能力;阻燃保温装饰一体板制备方便,成型简单,可有效推动建筑装饰节能市场有益发展;工艺简单,操作方便,相对于传统保温装饰一体板及薄抹灰保温装饰系统来说,本发明的一体板具有防火、轻质、安全、高效、环保及成本较低等众多优势。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有作出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本发明中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但不作为本发明的限定。
本发明的一个优选的实施例,如图1所示,一种A级阻燃保温装饰一体板,包括饰面层1、保温层2、抹面层3、增强卡槽4、网格布层5,饰面层1通过抹面层3复合在保温层2上方,抹面层3内设置有多个增强卡槽4,增强卡槽4上部覆盖一层网格布层5。
饰面层1为具有阻燃性能的饰材,饰材包括但不限于柔石洞石、板岩、木纹石、柔石贴片饰材、柔石预制料制成的仿砖饰材、柔石预制料制成的仿石饰材,其中柔石预制料通过喷涂、批刮、模具制成仿砖、仿石饰材。
采用上述技术方案,利用上述饰材,既能保证一体板具有阻燃性,也能使一体板的具有一定的美观效果,且上述饰材价格低廉,利于广泛使用。
保温层2由阻燃耐火胶浆和保温板构成,阻燃耐火胶浆包覆保温板的正面及四个侧面,露出保温板的反面,使保温板的反面与建筑墙面贴合。保温板可选用有机保温板或无机保温板,其中有机保温板包括但不限于发泡聚苯乙烯板、模塑聚苯乙烯板、改性聚苯乙烯板、聚氨酯板、酚醛树脂板以及其他改性有机保温板;其中无机保温板包括但不限于水泥发泡板、岩棉板、岩棉条、珍珠岩保温板及其他改性无机保温板。
采用上述技术方案,通过选用不同的保温板材料,确保一体板能适应不同保温需求,满足各种方案的设计要求和造价要求。
抹面层3为具有阻燃性能的阻燃耐火胶浆,阻燃耐火胶浆包括阻燃成分,阻燃成分包括但不限于胺系阻燃剂、卤素阻燃剂、金属氧化物及氢氧化物中的一种或几种的组合。
增强卡槽4为具有开口的构件41与带孔洞薄片42连接形成,其中具有开口的构件41为“H”型构件或“h”型构件,带孔洞薄片42包括但不限于金属丝网、碳纤维网、玻璃纤维网。
采用上述技术方案,通过在抹面层内设置增强卡槽,使一体板在安装使用时,无须在一体板内设置连接件,通过外部的连接装置与增强卡槽进行嵌扣,即可完成一体板的安装,简单快捷,便于后续对一体板的维护或更换,降低成本,减少工作量。
网格布层5为具有阻燃性能的网格布,网格布包括但不限于玻璃纤维网格布、碳纤维网格布、特氟龙纤维网格布。
采用上述技术方案,通过在抹面层内设置网格布层,可以提高一体板的阻燃性能和保温性能,能够使一体板结构稳定、强度高、耐碱性能好、防腐、抗裂,使一体板受到的应力均匀分散,避免外力的冲击或挤压造成一体板结构变形,使一体板具有较高的抗冲力强度。
在使用A级阻燃保温装饰一体板时,利用锚固件卡住一体板的增强卡槽4,配合卡托支撑以及粘结剂粘贴方式固定在基层墙体上,无须利用传统的在一体板内部设置连接件,再将连接件嵌入墙体的安装方式,减少了对墙体的损伤,便于后期对一体板进行维护、拆装、更换,减少工作量,降低维护成本。
如图4所示,上述A级阻燃保温装饰一体板的制备方法如下:
步骤S1、将一定规格的保温板固定在水平台面上;
步骤S2、在保温板四周安装封边模具,封边模具与保温板之间留有0.5mm~3mm的空隙;
步骤S3、在模具内部浇筑一定量的砂浆;
步骤S4、待砂浆流平后,砂浆与保温板形成保温层2,在砂浆表面的特定位置放置增强卡槽4,然后铺贴A级阻燃网格布,形成网格布层5;
步骤S5、继续浇筑砂浆,使砂浆与模具边缘齐平,形成抹面层3;
步骤S6、在抹面层3的表面进行喷涂、批刮、粘贴A级阻燃饰材,形成饰面层1;
步骤S7、待阻燃耐火胶浆凝固后,卸下封边模具,得到A级阻燃保温装饰一体板。
其中,使用的砂浆为A级阻燃耐火胶浆。
为了验证A级阻燃保温装置一体板的制备方法,发明人进行了如下生产试验。
生产试验1:
步骤S1、将规格为600mm*1200mm*50mm的发泡聚苯乙烯板(EPS)固定在水平台面上;
步骤S2、在发泡聚苯乙烯板四周安装封边模具,封边模具与发泡聚苯乙烯板之间留有1mm的空隙;
步骤S3、在模具内部浇筑一定量的A级阻燃耐火胶浆;
步骤S4、待A级阻燃耐火胶浆流平后,A级阻燃耐火胶浆与发泡聚苯乙烯板形成保温层,在A级阻燃耐火胶浆表面的特定位置放置“H”型构件和金属丝网以形成增强卡槽,然后铺贴耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,形成网格布层;
步骤S5、继续浇筑阻燃耐火胶浆,使阻燃耐火胶浆与模具边缘齐平,形成抹面层;
步骤S6、在抹面层的表面进行喷涂防火板岩柔石预备料,形成饰面层;
步骤S7、待阻燃耐火胶浆凝固后,卸下封边模具,得到A级阻燃保温装饰一体板。
生产试验2:
步骤S1、将规格为600mm*1200mm*40mm的硬泡聚氨酯板(PU)固定在水平台面上;
步骤S2、在硬泡聚氨酯板四周安装封边模具,封边模具与硬泡聚氨酯板之间留有0.5mm的空隙;
步骤S3、在模具内部浇筑一定量的A级阻燃耐火胶浆;
步骤S4、待A级阻燃耐火胶浆流平后,A级阻燃耐火胶浆与硬泡聚氨酯板形成保温层,在A级阻燃耐火胶浆表面的特定位置放置“H”型构件和碳纤维网以形成增强卡槽,然后铺贴耐碱特氟龙纤维网格布,形成网格布层;
步骤S5、继续浇筑阻燃耐火胶浆,使阻燃耐火胶浆与模具边缘齐平,形成抹面层;
步骤S6、在抹面层的表面进行粘贴柔石洞石板材,形成饰面层;
步骤S7、待阻燃耐火胶浆凝固后,卸下封边模具,得到A级阻燃保温装饰一体板。
生产试验3:
步骤S1、将规格为400mm*600mm*30mm的石墨改性聚苯乙烯板固定在水平台面上;
步骤S2、在石墨改性聚苯乙烯板四周安装封边模具,封边模具与石墨改性聚苯乙烯板之间留有3mm的空隙;
步骤S3、在模具内部浇筑一定量的A级阻燃耐火胶浆;
步骤S4、待A级阻燃耐火胶浆流平后,A级阻燃耐火胶浆与石墨改性聚苯乙烯板形成保温层,在A级阻燃耐火胶浆表面的特定位置放置“h”型构件和玻璃纤维网以形成增强卡槽,然后铺贴耐碱碳纤维网格布,形成网格布层;
步骤S5、继续浇筑阻燃耐火胶浆,使阻燃耐火胶浆与模具边缘齐平,形成抹面层;
步骤S6、在抹面层的表面进行喷涂柔石仿石预制料,形成饰面层;
步骤S7、待阻燃耐火胶浆凝固后,卸下封边模具,得到A级阻燃保温装饰一体板。
生产试验4:
步骤S1、将规格为400mm*600mm*20mm的珍珠岩保温板固定在水平台面上;
步骤S2、在石珍珠岩保温板四周安装封边模具,封边模具与珍珠岩保温板之间留有2mm的空隙;
步骤S3、在模具内部浇筑一定量的A级阻燃耐火胶浆;
步骤S4、待A级阻燃耐火胶浆流平后,A级阻燃耐火胶浆与珍珠岩保温板形成保温层,在A级阻燃耐火胶浆表面的特定位置放置“h”型构件和碳纤维网以形成增强卡槽,然后铺贴耐碱玻璃纤维网格布,形成网格布层;
步骤S5、继续浇筑阻燃耐火胶浆,使阻燃耐火胶浆与模具边缘齐平,形成抹面层;
步骤S6、在抹面层的表面进行粘贴木纹石,形成饰面层;
步骤S7、待阻燃耐火胶浆凝固后,卸下封边模具,得到A级阻燃保温装饰一体板。
通过上述4个生产试验,均可获得阻燃保温效果良好的一体板,检测结果均符合国家标准。生产试验步骤简洁,操作简单,便于大规模批量生产,有利于控制生产成本。此外,由于一体板利用多种饰材进行装饰,使一体板外观精美,改变以往阻燃保温板丑陋难看的外观,便于推广应用。

Claims (10)

1.一种A级阻燃保温装饰一体板,包括饰面层、保温层、抹面层、网格布层,其特征在于,还包括增强卡槽,所述饰面层通过所述抹面层复合在所述保温层上,所述抹面层内部设置有增强卡槽,所述增强卡槽上部覆盖网格布层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的A级阻燃保温装置一体板,其特征在于,所述饰面层为具有阻燃性能的饰材,所述饰材为柔石洞石、板岩、木纹石、柔石贴片饰材、柔石预制料制成的仿砖饰材、柔石预制料制成的仿石饰材中的一种或几种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的A级阻燃保温装置一体板,其特征在于,所述保温层包括阻燃耐火胶浆和保温板,所述阻燃耐火胶浆包覆所述保温板的正面及四个侧面。
4.根据权利要求3所述的A级阻燃保温装置一体板,其特征在于,所述保温板为有机保温板或无机保温板中的一种,所述有机保温板为发泡聚苯乙烯板、模塑聚苯乙烯板、改性聚苯乙烯板、聚氨酯板、酚醛树脂中的一种或几种的组合,所述无机保温板为水泥发泡板、岩棉板、岩棉条、珍珠岩保温板中的一种或几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的A级阻燃保温装置一体板,其特征在于,所述抹面层为阻燃耐火胶浆,所述阻燃耐火胶浆包括阻燃成分,所述阻燃成分为胺系阻燃剂、卤素阻燃剂、金属氧化物或氢氧化物中一种或几种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的A级阻燃保温装置一体板,其特征在于,所述增强卡槽为具有开口的构件与带孔洞薄片连接而成,所述带孔洞薄片为金属丝网、碳纤维网或玻璃纤维网中的一种或几种的组合。
7.根据权利要求6所述的A级阻燃保温装置一体板,其特征在于,所述具有开口的构件为“H”型构件或“h”型构件。
8.根据权利要求1所述的A级阻燃保温装置一体板,其特征在于,所述网格布层为具有阻燃性能的网格布,所述网格布为玻璃纤维网格布、碳纤维网格布或特氟龙纤维网格布中的一种或几种的组合。
9.一种A级阻燃保温装饰一体板的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤S1、将保温板固定在水平台;
步骤S2、在保温板四周安装封边模具,封边模具与保温板之间留有空隙;
步骤S3、在模具内部浇筑砂浆;
步骤S4、待砂浆流平后,在特定位置放置增强卡槽,然后铺贴网格布;
步骤S5、继续浇筑砂浆,使砂浆与模具边缘齐平;
步骤S6、在砂浆表面复合饰面材料;
步骤S7、待砂浆凝固后,卸下封边模具。
10.根据权利要求9所述的A级阻燃保温装饰一体板的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,所述封边模具与所述保温板之间的空隙为0.5mm~3mm。
