Abstract
砂岩饰面保温装饰防火复合板,涉及一种建筑墙体用保温装饰材料。它由砂岩饰面层作为面层,保温层作为中间层,增强层作为底层,面层、中间层、底层复合在一起。保温层为有机保温层或无机保温层。增强层为网格布增强层或细沙增强层。本实用新型开创性的引入了砂岩饰面层,具有装饰性、耐高抗冲击、不脱色、耐老化、防火、防水等功能,饰面耐久性强;并且装饰效果好;适用范围广;在低层建筑安装时采用粘结方法施工方式(高层建筑配以锚固),安装后不但提高墙体性能,而且降低应用成本。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种建筑墙体用保温装饰材料,具体说是一种砂岩(仿石)饰面装饰防火复合板。
背景技术
众所周知,建筑应用保温材料可简单划分有机型、无机型和复合型,各类保温材料性能和应用各有利弊。
(1)无机类轻体状保温(浆)材料(如膨润土、珍珠岩、玻化微珠、胶粉聚苯颗粒等保温料)有很好防火性能(燃烧等级为A级,不燃),但无机类轻体状保温材(浆)料还没有与饰面复合一次安装墙体板材,更没有仿真饰面复合板材。
无机类轻体状保温材(浆)料在墙体多次涂抹应用,不但施工工艺麻烦,而且涂料饰面层的耐久性和面砖饰面安全性都差,因而在民用建筑、公共建筑使用受限。
(2)一般来说,有机类保温材料保温效果好于无机保温材料、施工也方便,改性后的有机类保温材料燃烧等级可达到B1级(难燃),个别有机类保温材料(如浇注型酚醛泡沫、聚氨酯硬泡)与无机材料复合使用,燃烧等级可达到A级。有机类保温材料可与多种饰面复合,但都是基于平整饰面层复合。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本实用新型提供一种具有立体装饰效果,饰面耐久性强的砂岩饰面保温装饰防火复合板。
本实用新型的目的是通过下述技术方案实现的:砂岩饰面保温装饰防火复合板,其特征在于:由砂岩饰面层作为面层,保温层作为中间层,增强层作为底层,面层、中间层、底层复合在一起。
所述的保温层为有机保温层或无机保温层。
所述的增强层为网格布增强层或细沙增强层。
本实用新型的有益效果:本实用新型将砂岩饰面层与保温层、增强层复合成一体,其中保温层可选用无机保温层或有机保温层,开创性的引入了砂岩饰面层,具有装饰性、耐高抗冲击、不脱色、耐老化、防火、防水等功能,饰面耐久性强;并且能够利用天然砂石材的本色,制成多种混色、单色,装饰效果好;砂岩饰面可用于任何复杂几何面层、异型的板、块,具有效果逼真等特点,适用范围广;砂岩饰面层与保温层的复合,利用砂岩背面的粗糙面和保温材料化学极性(或粘结性)成一体后,该保温材料与砂岩饰面间复合可达到无缝结合,因而在节能建筑墙体中应用不产生“热桥”;本砂岩饰面保温装饰防火复合板在低层建筑安装时采用粘结方法施工方式(高层建筑配以锚固),安装后不但提高墙体性能,而且降低应用成本。

具体实施方式
砂岩饰面保温装饰防火复合板,由砂岩饰面层1作为面层,保温层2作为中间层,增强层3作为底层,面层、中间层、底层复合在一起。
砂岩饰面层1可选用文化石、蘑菇石、层岩石、古砖、堆砌石、平原石、花岗岩、瀑布石、自然石、云纹石、长城石、索尔石、故乡石等石材粉末,加入用不燃树脂与彩砂等调料,在各类异型实物外形复制(仿制)成砂岩饰面层。
其中保温层2可根据需要选用有机材料或无机材料制成有机保温层或无机保温层。
有机保温层可选用酚醛树脂泡沫发泡原料,或硬泡聚氨酯发泡(加砂)原料制得。
无机保温层可选用抹压胶粉聚苯颗粒保温浆料制得。
当选用有机保温层时,增强层3选用细沙增强层配合。
当选用无机保温层时,增强层3选用网格布增强层配合。
砂岩饰面保温装饰防火复合板可做成长方形、正方形等常规形状,也可以制成异型,满足不同客户需求。

1.砂岩饰面保温装饰防火复合板,其特征在于:由砂岩饰面层作为面层,保温层作为中间层,增强层作为底层,面层、中间层、底层复合在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的砂岩饰面保温装饰防火复合板,其特征在于:所述的保温层为有机保温层或无机保温层。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的砂岩饰面保温装饰防火复合板,其特征在于:所述的增强层为网格布增强层或细沙增强层。
