本发明公开一种用于建筑物外墙的保温隔热装饰板,其装饰面层由装饰砂浆层和抗裂砂浆层构成,装饰砂浆层由水泥、硅砂、无机颜料粉、水泥光亮粉、纳米硅灰和减水剂组成,装饰砂浆层的重量配比为水泥95~105:硅砂140~160:无机颜料粉2.5~3.5:水泥光亮粉0.8~1.2:纳米硅灰4.5~5.5:减水剂0.8~1.2。装饰面层和保温材料层通过粘结剂和抗裂沙浆层粘结,中间设有抗碱玻纤网格布并延长于装饰板四周,便于施工时安装。装饰效果多样,制作成本更低,适合工业化大规模生产,而且能够适应不同的天气变化耐候性强。

Description

用于建筑物外墙的保温隔热装饰板
技术领域
本发明涉及一种建筑装饰材料,特别涉及一种用于建筑物外墙的保温隔热装饰板,该装饰板不仅安全、保温、耐侯性强,而且制作工艺简单、生产周期短、成本低、安装方便。
背景技术
大理石、花岗石等天然石材色彩多样、花纹华丽高贵,美观大方,作为高档建筑物的装饰材料长期以来受到人们的青睐。但由于其资源有限,使用成本越来越高;而且,由于自身厚重,不但增加建筑物的荷载,加大了施工难度,还埋下了安全隐患。因此,现在很多国家已经限制使用天然大理石、花岗石等作为高层建筑物的墙体材料。随着社会的进步、技术的发展和人们节能意识的增强,人们对建筑物墙体材料的要求不但需要满足外观质感,还要满足保温、隔热节能的需要。由此各种保温节能墙体装饰材料应运而生,如中国专利公开的CN200520035420.X“保温节能复合装饰板”和CN200520034142.6“保温节能仿石材装饰板”等等,但是现有结构均采用实心隔热层,存在使用材料多的问题;尤其是前者金属装饰板的四个侧面全部覆盖保温基层,不但多耗用装饰板材料,增加制造成本,而且由于金属装饰板直接与墙体接触,增加传热机会影响了隔热效果;后者采用平面层状结构,装饰板不能有效保护隔热层,易损坏,而且由于采用仿石涂料,由碎石混合喷涂再经抛光或真石漆喷涂而成,难以与天然大理石、花岗石华丽高贵的花纹和绚丽的色彩相比,而且也不方便安装。中国专利CN200720123874.1“一种保温隔热节能装饰板”公开了一种包括装饰面层和保温底层,装饰板的四周侧壁上设有用于安装的尼龙带,装饰面层为工程塑料板、玻璃钢板或金属板,其外表面涂有氟碳漆或久新涂料(美国宣威一威廉斯久新涂料)。该装饰板的装饰面层采用现有材料制作,成本较高,使用寿命受到材料质量的影响较大。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的上述不足,本发明的目的是提供一种制作成本低、使用寿命长、隔热效果好、安装方便的一种用于建筑物外墙的保温隔热装饰板。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:用于建筑物外墙的保温隔热装饰板,包括装饰面层和保温材料层,其特征在于所述装饰面层由装饰砂浆层和抗裂砂浆层构成,装饰砂浆层由水泥、硅砂、无机颜料粉、水泥光亮粉、纳米硅灰和减水剂组成,装饰砂浆层的重量配比为水泥95~105∶硅砂140~160∶无机颜料粉2.5~3.5∶水泥光亮粉0.8~1.2∶纳米硅灰4.5~5.5∶减水剂0.8~1.2。
装饰面层和保温材料层通过粘结剂和抗裂沙浆层粘结,中间设有抗碱玻纤网格布并延长于装饰板四周,便于施工时安装。
相比现有技术,本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、装饰面层由装饰砂浆层和抗裂砂浆层构成,其中装饰砂浆层采用由水泥、硅砂、无机颜料粉、水泥光亮粉、纳米硅灰和减水剂按一定重量比混合胶凝而制作,装饰效果多样,耐候性强,而制作成本更低,适合工业化大规模生产。
2、装饰板的装饰砂浆层中加入了水泥光亮粉和无机颜料粉,因此装饰板的光亮度和光感度好,且装饰板的颜色和亮度可以根据需要进行调节;可以省去做漆工艺,降低了生产成本和时间,一般生产的周期为28天。
3、装饰砂浆层和抗裂砂浆层的厚度可以根据不同的需要进行调节。
4、装饰板采用了水泥、硅砂、纳米硅灰等原材料,因此强度较高,能够适应不同的天气变化。
5、工厂化生产能保证保温层的厚度,沙浆层的厚度符合建设工业部的要求,并随时处于质量监控之中。

具体实施方式
实施例1:如图1所示,用于建筑物外墙的保温隔热装饰板,包括装饰面层和保温材料层4,其特征在于所述装饰面层由装饰砂浆层1和抗裂砂浆层2构成,装饰砂浆层1由水泥、硅砂、无机颜料粉、水泥光亮粉、纳米硅灰和减水剂组成,装饰砂浆层的重量配比参见下表。抗裂砂浆层2为现有技术,由抗碱玻纤网格布、水泥界面剂和抗裂砂浆按常规配方组成。装饰面层和保温材料层4通过粘结层粘结,周边还设有固定安装带3。所述固定安装带3为抗裂砂浆层中的抗碱玻纤网格布并延长于装饰板的四周,便于施工时安装。保温材料层4可采用挤塑聚苯板材、硬质聚氨脂发泡板材或EPS泡沫板等。
实施例2:在结构方面与实施例1不同的是,固定安装带3设于装饰板的各边,为条状结构。
所述装饰面层中装饰砂浆层1的配方实施例如下表所示:

其中,水泥采用425型号,硅砂采用0.1mm-0.7mm的硅砂,无机颜料粉采用德国拜尔和湖南三环的即可。当然也可采用其他等同性质的原材料。
本发明用于建筑物外墙的保温隔热装饰板的制作方法,步骤如下:
(1)按配方比例称量好原料,加入适量的水制成砂浆,浇注于模具中,并可制作花纹,振动压实后刮平形成1mm-2mm厚的装饰砂浆层1;再按常规配方将抗裂砂浆浇注于装饰砂浆层1之上形成3mm-4mm厚的抗裂砂浆层2,振动压实后在常温下胶凝即可;装饰砂浆层1和抗裂砂浆层2共同构成装饰面层;
(2)再将制作好装饰面层1与保温材料层4用粘结剂粘;同时,粘结时使装饰板的四周设有安装固定带3(也可利用抗裂砂浆层中延伸的抗碱玻纤布),以方便装饰板的安装。
(3)最后,还可在装饰面层1上制作各种图案或花纹。
这种结构的装饰板制作成本更低,适合工业化大规模生产。由于装饰板的装饰砂浆层中加入了水泥光亮粉和无机颜料粉,因此装饰板的光亮度和光感度好,且装饰板的颜色和亮度可以根据需要进行调节;可以省去做漆工艺,降低了生产成本和时间,一般生产的周期为28天。装饰砂浆层的厚度可以根据不同的需要进行调节。装饰板采用了水泥、硅砂、纳米硅灰等原材料,因此强度较高,能够适应不同的天气变化耐候性强。

Claims (3)

1.用于建筑物外墙的保温隔热装饰板,包括装饰面层和保温材料层(4),其特征在于所述装饰面层由装饰砂浆层(1)和抗裂砂浆层(2)构成,装饰砂浆层(1)由水泥、硅砂、无机颜料粉、水泥光亮粉、纳米硅灰和减水剂组成,装饰砂浆层的重量配比为水泥95~105∶硅砂140~160∶无机颜料粉2.5~3.5∶水泥光亮粉0.8~1.2∶纳米硅灰4.5~5.5∶减水剂0.8~1.2;
所述装饰面层和保温材料层(4)通过粘结层粘结,周边还设有固定安装带(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于建筑物外墙的保温隔热装饰板,其特征在于所述装饰砂浆层原料的重量配比为水泥100∶硅砂150∶无机颜料粉3∶水泥光亮粉1∶纳米硅灰5∶减水剂1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于建筑物外墙的保温隔热装饰板,其特征在于所述固定安装带(3)设于装饰面层和保温材料层之间,并设于装饰板的周围。
