Abstract
本发明公开了一种轻质珍珠岩真空多层复合保温墙体板材,该保温板的复合材料层结构依次为内饰墙面材料层,基板层是珍珠岩含高强度水泥混合,加几层钢网复合压制形成的底层基板,中间带有空洞纤维及珍珠岩通过压制、定型、烘干进入特制的高压真空袋,抽出里面的空气,形成真空板材做为中心层的保温材料。上层是珍珠岩水泥混合加入钢丝网进行二次压制形成板材。面板是多彩的天然沙通过光选色机,精选出外墙用的单色料,通过电脑喷绘打出各种形态的多彩画面,天然沙不老化、不褪色。本发明解决了传统外保温存在的问题,火灾、鼠害、开裂等难题。一切生产在车间进行,房屋所需的水暖电等工作全在制作时一次完成,工地现场全部是装配组装完成。施工无污染,真正做到板材高强度保温隔热、防火、节能与环保的技术问题。

技术领域:本发明涉及建筑业用保温板。
背景技术:传统的保温板存在强度、保温、隔热和隔音防火等技术指标不理想,同时也不利于现场装配和节能与环保
发明内容:本发明的目的是提供一种轻质防火、防震、高保温的墙体板材。以解决传统保温板存在的:强度、保温、隔热、隔音、防火、防震、轻体等技术指标不理想,及现场装配、节能与环保的技术问题。
1、本发明的特点如下:节能、环保、密度低,导热系数低,化学稳定性好,使用范围广,吸湿能力小,无毒、无味、防火吸音等特点。属绿色建筑结构体系,钢框架与新型轻质珍珠岩真空多层复合墙板,全部采用工厂化生产,现场装配式,将房屋搭建起来,不用内外装修,符合建筑环保要求。钢结构及墙体施工方式为干式施工,避免施工所造成的环境污染,全数字生产线,无有毒物质和有害气体排放,所建工程容易改造和加固。结构级板材是螺栓连接还可以根据需要进行拆迁、移动,有利于环境保护。因板材是高保温真空板材,板内又有水循环系统,给立体农业创造了极佳的种植环境,并将温室技术和水产养殖技术等结合起来,充分利用太阳能、光能、风能,将实用性、艺术性、趣味性极好的结合在一起,成为节能环保的新型产品。材料均匀、韧塑性能好,抗震性能优越,制造简单,施工周期短,钢结构不会因为偶然超载而突然断裂破坏,是地震中损失最小的结构。结构与墙板是螺栓加扣槽件连接。加工简单,便于机械化操作,标准化、工业化程度高。因此产品精度高、质量稳定、强度高、质量轻、所占空间小、有效空间大,而且劳动强度低。便于数字化生产,标准化、工业化程度高。
2、本产品以模块式工厂化生产而成,现场装配,可创造出各种中式、欧式、美式等多种建筑风格。结构无冷桥,墙体有很好的水循环系统,加入新型净化系统。施工中无污染、无噪音、无废料。其强度、保温、隔热、隔音、防火、恒温等技术指标均达到或超过国家被动房节能住宅标准和环境标准。

具体实施方式:本发明的结构参见图1、外墙彩色喷绘天然沙装饰面层 2、珍珠岩复合3、40*40*1.2钢网层 4、特质高压真空包装层 5、珍珠岩多孔真空保温层 6、100*100*4钢丝网架定型层 7、珍珠岩(水暖电及连接附件)功能层 8、内墙装饰面层。技术方案如下:轻质珍珠岩真空多层复合墙体板,该保温板的复合材料层,基板层珍珠岩和高强度水泥混合,加入钢网复合压制形成底层基板,中层是带有空洞纤维层及珍珠岩通过压制定型,烘干、进入特制的高压真空袋,抽出里面的空气,形成真空板材,作为中心层的保温材料。上层是珍珠岩水泥混合加入钢丝网进行二次压制,形成板材,面层是多彩的天然沙,通过光选色机,精选出外墙用的单色料,通过电脑喷绘打出各种形态的多彩画面,天然沙选色喷绘面形成的外饰面层,多样的石材和木纹面层均可由电脑来完成,外饰面和墙体板一次性固化,绝不分离。墙体板,真空高保温,该真空复合板的材料层结构以此为外墙彩色喷绘天然沙装饰面,珍珠岩复合层,真空保温层,钢丝网架珍珠岩内墙装饰层,水暖电附件等为一体的复合墙板。所述的板材形成是由模具一次性压制成型。天然沙不老化,永不褪色。本发明解决了传统外保温存在的问题:火灾、鼠宫、开裂等难题。一切生产全在车间进行,房屋所需的水、暖、电等工作全在制作实施时一次性完成,工地现场完全是装配式组装完成,施工无污染,真正做到板材强度高、保温、隔热、隔音、防火、防鼠、节能与环保的技术问题。

Claims (2)
1.轻质珍珠岩真空多层复合墙体板。其特征在于:该珍珠岩真空多层复合墙体板,材料层结构依次为:
(1)内层:内装饰面材料层、基板层是珍珠岩与高强度水泥混合加入钢丝网架通过高压复合板形成底层基板。
(2)中层是带有孔洞纤维和珍珠岩大颗粒,通过压制定型,烘干放入特制的高压真空袋,(抽出里面的空气),形成真空板材作为中心层的保温材料层。
(3)外层:珍珠岩水泥混合加入钢网,进行二次压制形成板材。面层是多彩的天然沙通过色选机组精选出外墙所用的单色料,通过电脑喷绘打出打出各种形态的多彩画面。天然沙不老化,用不褪色保温复合板没有高分子可燃材料,全部是矿物质材料,做到了A级防火。
2.根据权利要求1、2、3所述轻质珍珠岩真空多层复合墙体板。其特征在于:防火,隔音,隔热。没有了离分子材料,全是矿物质材料真空压制。保温:真空比传统的保温系数优于3倍。
