技术领域
本发明涉及不粘铝浇注料生产设备的技术领域,尤其是一种高温铝水用隔热保温板。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展,不粘铝浇注料在各行各业得到广泛的运用。不粘铝浇注料在生产过程中需要经过很多道工序,在进行铝水浇筑过程中,浇筑罐外层包覆的隔热保温板起着十分重要的作用,它可以有效的保持铝水温度不会流失,防止铝水出现固化,也可以防止操作人员在进行浇筑过程中出现烫伤事故。目前用于高温铝水的隔热保温板,在长时间的使用中发现其隔热保温效果不是很好,而且需要经常性的进行更换,提高了整体生产成本。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是:为了解决上述背景技术中存在的问题,提供一种高温铝水用隔热保温板,结构简单,提高隔热性能和保温性能,提高整体使用寿命,降低整体生产成本,提高经济效益。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种高温铝水用隔热保温板,具有内层和外层,所述的内层包括由内向外依次设置的纳基隔热软毡层、酚醛泡沫层、胶质层和硅酸铝保温层;所述的外层由内向外依次设置陶瓷纤维层、岩棉层、玻纤网格布层、玻璃棉隔热层和装饰层;所述的内层之间和外层之间均通过酚醛树脂固定连接。
进一步地限定,上述技术方案中,所述的内层中纳基隔热软毡层内侧还涂覆耐高温保温膜;这样可以起到很好的保温效果,减少铝水中温度的流失。
进一步地限定,上述技术方案中,所述的耐高温保温膜的厚度为300~800μm。
进一步地限定,上述技术方案中,所述的内层与外层之间还设置铝箔层;可以进行很好的隔热,减少热量的流失。
进一步地限定,上述技术方案中,所述的装饰层的两侧端面上均涂覆耐高温隔热膜;可以通过耐高温隔热膜很好的起到隔热效果。
进一步地限定,上述技术方案中,所述的耐高温隔热膜的厚度为200~600μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的一种高温铝水用隔热保温板,结构简单,提高隔热性能和保温性能,提高整体使用寿命,降低整体生产成本,提高经济效益。

见图1所示的是一种高温铝水用隔热保温板,具有内层1和外层2,内层1包括由内向外依次设置的纳基隔热软毡层1-1、酚醛泡沫层1-2、胶质层1-3和硅酸铝保温层1-4;外层2由内向外依次设置陶瓷纤维层2-1、岩棉层2-2、玻纤网格布层2-3、玻璃棉隔热层2-4和装饰层2-5;内层1之间和外层2之间均通过酚醛树脂固定连接。
其中,内层1中纳基隔热软毡层1-1内侧还涂覆耐高温保温膜1-5。耐高温保温膜1-5的厚度为300~800μm。内层1与外层2之间还设置铝箔层3。装饰层2-5的两侧端面上均涂覆耐高温隔热膜2-6。耐高温隔热膜2-6的厚度为200~600μm。
在本申请中,耐高温隔热膜2-6选用纳米陶瓷空心微珠、硅铝纤维、各种反射材料为原料,耐温幅度-80—1800℃,可以直接面对火焰隔热保温,导热系数都只有0.03W/m.K,能有效抑制并屏蔽红外线的辐射热和热量的传导,隔热抑制效率可达90%左右,可抑制高温物体的热辐射和热量的散失。
耐高温保温膜1-5选用耐高温保温涂料,涂料为无机单组分,采用特制志盛威华溶液无任何异味。 耐温幅度-80—1800℃, 导热系数都只有0.03W/m.K,能有效抑制并屏蔽红外线的辐射热和热量的传导,隔热抑制效率可达90%左右,可抑制高温物体的热辐射和热量的散失。

1.一种高温铝水用隔热保温板,其特征在于:具有内层和外层,所述的内层包括由内向外依次设置的纳基隔热软毡层、酚醛泡沫层、胶质层和硅酸铝保温层;所述的外层由内向外依次设置陶瓷纤维层、岩棉层、玻纤网格布层、玻璃棉隔热层和装饰层;所述的内层之间和外层之间均通过酚醛树脂固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高温铝水用隔热保温板,其特征在于:所述的内层中纳基隔热软毡层内侧还涂覆耐高温保温膜。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种高温铝水用隔热保温板,其特征在于:所述的耐高温保温膜的厚度为300~800μm。
