本发明涉及建筑领域，尤其涉及一种便于安装的外墙防火保温板，其由内到外依次包括找平层，保温板，防火板及面板，找平层为水泥砂浆，保温板为石墨聚苯乙烯保温板，防火板为玻纤水泥板，面板为金属板材，保温板内表面设有多个梯形槽，梯形槽内窄外宽，保温板沿横向设有多个通孔，通孔内填充防火纤维，防火板外表面设有多个凹槽，凹槽为与膨胀螺栓相配合的斜坡面，保温板及防火板之间粘接预制成型，且四个侧壁粘接有防火条，防火板，保温板及找平层通过膨胀螺栓与外墙固定连接，防火板与面板粘接。本发明提供的外墙保温板既能保温，又能防火且便于安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域，尤其涉及一种便于安装的外墙防火保温板。
背景技术
保温板通常为EPS板(又称苯板)，是可发性聚苯乙烯板的简称。由可发性聚苯乙烯珠粒经加热预发泡后在模具中加热成型而制得的具有闭孔结构的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板材。其广泛用于建筑、保温、包装、冷冻、日用品，工业铸造等领域，当保温板应用于建筑外墙保温时，其防火性能相对较弱，如果采取直接保温板外漏且相互拼接，一旦着火极容易快速连成一片。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供既能保温，又能防火且便于安装的外墙防火保温板。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现：
一种便于安装的外墙防火保温板，其由内到外依次包括找平层，保温板，防火板及面板，所述找平层为涂刷于外墙的水泥砂浆，所述保温板为石墨聚苯乙烯保温板，所述防火板为玻纤水泥板，所述面板为金属板材，所述保温板内表面设有多个梯形槽，所述梯形槽内窄外宽，所述保温板沿横向设有多个通孔，所述通孔内填充防火纤维，所述防火板外表面设有多个凹槽，所述凹槽为与膨胀螺栓相配合的斜坡面，所述保温板及防火板之间粘接预制成型，且四个侧壁粘接有防火条，所述防火板，保温板及找平层通过膨胀螺栓与外墙固定连接，所述防火板与面板粘接；
所述面板的长度为防火板与两侧的防火条长度之和，所述面板的宽度为防火板与两侧的防火条宽度之和。
本发明的有益效果是：
一种便于安装的外墙防火保温板，其由内到外依次包括找平层，保温板，防火板及面板，所述找平层为涂刷于外墙的水泥砂浆，所述保温板为石墨聚苯乙烯保温板，所述防火板为玻纤水泥板，所述面板为金属板材，石墨聚苯乙烯保温板相对于普通的聚苯乙烯保温板具有一定的耐火性能，防火板为玻纤水泥板，具有环保，线性收缩率小、且耐水、耐撞击、抗冻融、防火耐火、不变形、不起翘、耐候性好、不起鼓、不脱落、不渗漏等优点，使其具有良好的保温耐火性能；
所述保温板内表面上设有多个梯形槽，所述梯形槽内窄外宽，这样找平层的水泥砂浆就会进入到梯形槽内，使找平层与保温板之间形成更好的连接固定；
所述保温板沿横向设有多个通孔，所述通孔内填充防火纤维，所述保温板及防火板之间粘接预制成型，且四个侧壁粘接有防火条，这样不仅可以增强保温板的强度，且保温防火板材之间通过侧壁的防火条进行隔离，可以增加整个保温防火板材的防火性能；
所述防火板外表面设有多个凹槽，所述凹槽为与膨胀螺栓相配合的斜坡面，这样采用膨胀螺栓将整个预制防火保温板固定于外墙，防止其脱落，且膨胀螺栓与防火板外表面相平，有利于面板与防火板的粘贴；
所述面板的长度为防火板与两侧的防火条长度之和，所述面板的宽度为防火板与两侧的防火条宽度之和，这样设置，外观只能看到面板，整体效果比较美观。

如图所示，一种便于安装的外墙防火保温板，其由内到外依次包括找平层1，保温板7，防火板3及面板4，所述找平层为涂刷于外墙的水泥砂浆，所述保温板为石墨聚苯乙烯保温板，所述防火板为玻纤水泥板，所述面板为金属板材，所述保温板内表面设有多个梯形槽8，所述梯形槽内窄外宽，所述保温板沿横向设有多个通孔6，所述通孔内填充防火纤维，所述防火板外表面设有多个凹槽5，所述凹槽为与膨胀螺栓(未示出)相配合的斜坡面，所述保温板及防火板之间粘接预制成型，且四个侧壁粘接有防火条2，所述防火板，保温板及找平层通过膨胀螺栓与外墙固定连接，所述防火板与面板粘接。
由于一种便于安装的外墙防火保温板，其由内到外依次包括找平层，保温板，防火板及面板，所述找平层为涂刷于外墙的水泥砂浆，所述保温板为石墨聚苯乙烯保温板，所述防火板为玻纤水泥板，所述面板为金属板材，石墨聚苯乙烯保温板相对于普通的聚苯乙烯保温板具有一定的耐火性能，防火板为玻纤水泥板，具有环保，线性收缩率小、且耐水、耐撞击、抗冻融、防火耐火、不变形、不起翘、耐候性好、不起鼓、不脱落、不渗漏等优点，使其具有良好的保温耐火性能；
所述保温板内表面上设有多个梯形槽，所述梯形槽内窄外宽，这样找平层的水泥砂浆就会进入到梯形槽内，使找平层与保温板之间形成更好的连接固定；
所述保温板沿横向设有多个通孔，所述通孔内填充防火纤维，所述保温板及防火板之间粘接预制成型，且四个侧壁粘接有防火条，这样不仅可以增强保温板的强度，且保温防火板材之间通过侧壁的防火条进行隔离，可以增加整个保温防火板材的防火性能；
所述防火板外表面设有多个凹槽，所述凹槽为与膨胀螺栓相配合的斜坡面，这样采用膨胀螺栓将整个预制防火保温板固定于外墙，防止其脱落，且膨胀螺栓与防火板外表面相平，有利于面板与防火板的粘贴，增加防火性能；
所述面板的长度为防火板与两侧的防火条长度之和，所述面板的宽度为防火板与两侧的防火条宽度之和，这样设置，外观只能看到面板，整体效果比较美观；

1.一种便于安装的外墙防火保温板，其特征是：由内到外依次包括找平层，保温板，防火板及面板，所述找平层为涂刷于外墙的水泥砂浆，所述保温板为石墨聚苯乙烯保温板，所述防火板为玻纤水泥板，所述面板为金属板材，所述保温板内表面设有多个梯形槽，所述梯形槽内窄外宽，所述保温板沿横向设有多个通孔，所述通孔内填充防火纤维，所述防火板外表面设有多个凹槽，所述凹槽为与膨胀螺栓相配合的斜坡面，所述保温板及防火板之间粘接预制成型，且四个侧壁粘接有防火条，所述防火板，保温板及找平层通过膨胀螺栓与外墙固定连接，所述防火板与面板粘接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种便于安装的外墙防火保温板，其特征是：所述面板的长度为防火板与两侧的防火条长度之和，所述面板的宽度为防火板与两侧的防火条宽度之和。
