Description
本发明涉及用于手术器械的可充电储能器的耐高压加热(autoclavable)的充电装置。本发明还涉及用于对经高压加热的手术器械中的或者用于经高压加热的手术器械的可充电储能器进行充电的方法。
背景技术
经常多次地使用手术器械(如,内窥镜或腹腔镜)经常多次使用。为了确保多次使用并且提供无菌的手术器械,在高压加热器中对这些器械进行高压加热。高压加热器是可以以气密方式进行密封的压力容器,其用于在过压范围内对手术器械进行热处理。为了进行高压加热,通过在例如高于130℃,利用例如3巴的过压,流入蒸汽和随后的流入高温蒸汽彼此交替来重复抽空,可以去除高压加热器中的空气。另选地,高压加热器中的空气还可以被饱和蒸汽代替。在用于高压加热的高压加热器中执行不同步骤,由此对手术器械进行消毒。

接收装置优选地包括第一谐振装置。
进一步优选地,充电电子器件适用于对手术器械中的(尤其是电流连接至充电电子器件的手术器械中的)可充电储能器进行充电。
根据本发明,提供了具有集成的根据本发明上面描述的、用于设置在手术器械中的电的且可充电的储能器(尤其是蓄电池)的耐高压加热的充电装置的耐高压加热的承载装置。

当将手术器械放置在耐高压加热的承载装置上时,该器械连接至充电电子器件的电流出口连接器或电流输出连接器。然后,在承载装置和手术器械周围缠绕无菌布。接着,进行高压加热。

优选地,充电电子器件适用于对电流连接至充电电子器件的手术器械中的可充电储能器进行充电。充电电子器件可以是典型的充电电子器件,例如,用于对蓄电池进行充电的随处可用的那些充电电子器件。但是,它们必须适合于由接收装置提供的交流电压值。例如在DE3317531A1中描述了典型的充电装置。

第一谐振装置13也具有线圈22和铁磁材料24。铁磁材料24不是必须存在的。电容器25还可以属于第一谐振装置13。相应地,第二谐振装置14还可以具有未示出的电容器。因为在谐振装置中使用的电线已经具有电容,所以另外的电容器不是绝对必需的。但是,另外的电容器简化了各谐振装置的可调谐性。线圈21和22可以优选地通过它们的电感被调谐,由此可以被改变。

根据应用情况,线圈可以与铁氧体磁心一起使用或不与铁氧体磁心一起使用。谐振电路优选地在兆赫范围中振荡。由此,可以在例如5MHz和400MHz之间提供典型频率。所使用的频率优选地在与手术室兼容的频率范围中。
