Description
そのエネルギー源は一般に外科用器具の外側にあり、外科用器具に接続されるためにケーブルが必要である。この代わりとして、エネルギー源は外科用器具の中に設けられる。エネルギー源、あるいは、例えばバッテリー等の再充電可能なエネルギー源は、外科用器具の外側あるいは内側に交換可能に取り付けられる。
オートクレーブ滅菌において、外科用器具は一般的には担持装置中に置かれ、この外科用器具を備えた担持装置は布で包まれる。布が開かれると、もはや無菌状態は維持されない。
更に好ましくは、前記充電電子装置は、特に充電電子装置にガルバニック接続される外科用器具の中に設けられた再充電可能なエネルギー貯蔵部を充電する。
プラグ接続は1つだけでもよく、また、他の電気接点あるいはガルバニック接点は担持装置及び外科用器具ハウジングの接地経由で生じる。この目的のために、外科用器具のハウジングの少なくとも一部は導電材料から構成されていなければならない。更に、オートクレーブ滅菌可能な担持装置の少なくとも一部も導電材料から構成されていなければならない。
好ましくは、コイルが共振器装置の中に設けられている。このコイルには強磁性体が設けられていても、いなくてもよい。好ましくは、充電電子装置は、前記電子装置にガルバニック接続される外科用器具中に配設された再充電可能なエネルギー貯蔵部を充電する。アキュムレータを充電するためには、充電電子装置は一般的な充電電子装置でよく、例えば、どこでも入手できるものでよい。しかし、それらは、受信装置により提供される交流電圧の値に適合していなければならない。典型的な充電装置は、例えばDE 33 17 531A1に記載されている。
しかしながら、第1及び第2共振器装置の共振連結が好ましく、高度の効率で非常に効率的なエネルギーを伝達可能となる。これに関連して、WO2007/008646 A2およびWO2008/118178A1の文献を参照すると、これらには上記方式のワイヤレス非放射エネルギー伝達について記載されている。ここでは第1及び第2共振器装置の共振フィールドの連結を介してエネルギー伝達が生じる。このエネルギー伝達は数センチメートルあるいは数メートルにまでも機能する。本発明の範囲では、第1及び第2の共振器装置間は5cmから20cmであることが好ましい。
オートクレーブ滅菌するために、外科用器具と担持装置は、殺菌することができる布で包まれる。再充電可能なエネルギー貯蔵部を充電する本発明による方法は、外科用器具のオートクレーブ滅菌後も担持装置と外科用器具が布で包まれている状態で好ましくは実施される。
図2は本発明による配置の一部を示す概略代表図である。
以下の図において、同一又は類似する要素あるいは対応する部品には同一の参照番号を付し重複した説明は省略する。
第2共振装置14から第1共振装置13まで効率的なエネルギー伝達を生じさせるように、第2共振装置14は、第1共振器装置13と共振する電磁界を発生する。その結果、交流充電電圧は電気接続部15及び16を介して、充電電子装置12に対して利用可能になる。この交流充電電圧はその後、電気接続部17及び18を介して、プラグコンタクト19及び20において利用可能な充電電圧に変換される。第1共振装置13の構成要素、電気接続部15、16の構成要素、充電電子装置12の構成要素、電気接続部17及び18の構成要素、またプラグ19及び20の構成要素は、好ましくは、担持装置10に堅固に接続され、または脱着できるように接続可能である。これに対応して、コードレス方式であっても、外科用器具11は担持装置から取り外して、その後使用することができる。
第1共振器装置13もコイル22及び強磁性体24を備える。ここでは、強磁性体24は必ずしも不可欠なものではない。キャパシタ25を第1共振器装置13に備えつけてもよい。
適用されるケースに応じて、フェライト磁心と共に、あるいはフェライト磁心無しでコイルは使用してもよい。共振回路は好ましくはメガヘルツ範囲で振動する。従って、典型的な振動数は、例えば、5MHzと400MHzの間で提供されてもよい。使用される振動数は、手術室と互換性をもつ周波数範囲にあることが望ましい。

Claims (10)
- オートクレーブ滅菌可能な担持装置(10)であって、前記担持装置(10)は、外科用器具(11)の電気的且つ再充電可能なエネルギー貯蔵部(30)用のオートクレーブ滅菌可能な充電装置(12、13、15〜20)を備え、
前記充電装置(12、13、15〜20)は、
所定の距離(D)を隔てて配置される電磁界を発生する装置(14)から電磁界を受け取り、前記電磁界を交流電圧に変換する受信装置(13)と、
前記受信装置(13)にガルバニック接続され、交流電圧を充電電圧に変換する充電電子装置(12)と、
前記外科用器具(11)のエネルギー貯蔵部(30)にガルバニック接続するための少なくとも1つのガルバニック出力接続手段(17,18,19,20)と
を有し、
前記受信装置(13)が第1共振器装置を含み、前記電磁界を発生する装置(14)が第2共振器装置を含み、前記第1共振器装置と前記第2共振器装置とが共振振動数を介して連結されることを特徴とする、オートクレーブ滅菌可能な担持装置(10)。 - 前記受信装置(13)は、前記担持装置(10)上に脱着可能に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の担持装置(10)。
- 前記外科用器具(11)をオートクレーブ滅菌する前に、当該外科用器具(11)が前記充電装置(12、13、15〜20)にガルバニック接続されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の担持装置(10)。
- 前記充電電子装置(12)は、当該充電電子装置(12)にガルバニック接続される、前記外科用器具(11)の中に設けられた再充電可能なエネルギー貯蔵部(30)を充電することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の担持装置(10)。
- 前記エネルギー貯蔵部は、アキュムレータである請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の担持装置(10)。
- 前記担持装置(10)が、少なくとも複数のセクションにおいて互換性がある形を有する受信領域を有し、又は前記外科用器具(11)の少なくとも1つのセクションに形が適合していることを特徴とする請求項1〜5の何れか1項に記載の担持装置(10)。
- オートクレーブ滅菌された外科用器具(11)中の再充電可能なエネルギー貯蔵部(30)あるいはオートクレーブ滅菌された外科用器具(11)用の再充電可能なエネルギー貯蔵部(30)を、エネルギー貯蔵部(30)用のオートクレーブ滅菌可能な充電装置(12、13、15〜20)を有するオートクレーブ滅菌可能な担持装置(10)を用いて、充電する方法であって、前記オートクレーブ滅菌可能な充電装置(12、13、15〜20)は、
所定の距離(D)を隔てて配置される電磁界を発生する装置(14)から電磁界を受け取り、前記電磁界を交流電圧に変換する受信装置(13)と、
前記受信装置(13)にガルバニック接続され、交流電圧を充電電圧に変換する充電電子装置(12)と、
充電前の前記外科用器具(11)のエネルギー貯蔵部(30)にガルバニック接続するための少なくとも1つのガルバニック出力接続手段(17,18,19,20)と
を含み、前記受信装置(13)が第1共振器装置を含み、前記電磁界を発生する装置(14)が第2共振器装置を含み、前記第1共振器装置と前記第2共振器装置とが共振振動数を介して連結される、前記方法において、
外科用器具(11)及びエネルギー貯蔵部(30)の少なくとも一つをオートクレーブ滅菌し、
外科用器具(11)、充電装置(12、13、15−20)及びエネルギー貯蔵部(30)の少なくとも一つが、電磁界を発生する装置(14)の有効範囲へ移動させられ、
電磁界を発生する装置(14)と充電装置(12、13、15−20)の前記受信装置(13)の間で共振結合が引き起こされ、前記共振結合は前記電磁界を発生する装置(14)から受信装置(13)にエネルギーを伝達することを導き、
前記エネルギーの少なくとも一部はエネルギー貯蔵部(30)用に充電電圧を発生するために使用される、方法。 - 前記受信装置(13)は、前記担持装置(10)上に脱着可能に固定されることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記充電電子装置(12)は、当該充電電子装置(12)にガルバニック接続される、前記外科用器具(11)の中に設けられた再充電可能なエネルギー貯蔵部(30)を充電するようにされた請求項7に記載の方法。
- 充電前に外科用器具(11)は担持装置(10)上に配設され、
エネルギー貯蔵部(30)を有する前記外科用器具は充電装置(12、13、15−20)の少なくとも1つのガルバニック出力接続手段(17−20)にガルバニック接続され、
その後、外科用器具(11)と共に担持装置(10)はオートクレーブ滅菌され、
外科用器具(11)と共に担持装置(10)は次に前記電磁界を伝達する装置(14)の有効範囲へ移動させられる、請求項7に記載の方法。
