背景技术
如在例如德国实用新型DE 295 21 946 U1中公开的车辆座椅现在常常具有高度可调整的装置,通过所述高度可调整的装置能够利用电动机或手动地调整座椅表面的高度。然而,所述高度可调整的装置常常相对很重,并且因此增加了车辆的能量消耗。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种不具有现有技术的缺点的车辆座椅。
所述目的通过具有调整元件的车辆座椅实现,所述调整元件包括具有驱动齿轮和输出齿轮的输出机构,所述驱动齿轮和输出齿轮彼此连接以共同旋转,其中,所述输出齿轮与调整机构以互锁和/或摩擦的方式相互作用,并且所述驱动齿轮和输出齿轮被设置成多个零件。
本发明涉及一种车辆座椅。所述车辆座椅可以是驾驶员的座椅或乘客的座椅,也可以是布置在后座椅排的座椅。这种座椅可以为一人或多人提供空间。根据本发明的车辆座椅因此还可以是横排座椅。
根据本发明,所述车辆座椅具有调整元件,利用所述调整元件,所述座椅的一部分能够相对于所述座椅的另一部分和/或相对于所述车辆的车身进行调整。所述调整元件优选用于对于特定的座椅乘坐者调节所述车辆座椅的座椅部分的高度和/或倾斜度。所述调整元件具有输出机构,所述输出机构设有彼此连接以共同旋转的驱动齿轮和输出齿轮。根据本发明,所述输出齿轮与调整机构以互锁和/或摩擦的方式相互作用,例如与车辆座椅的配件。在调整座椅高度或座椅倾斜度的情况下,所述配件例如可旋转地布置在所述车辆的车身上,并且优选具有与所述输出齿轮以互锁和/或摩擦的方式相互作用的齿圈。

所述调整元件还优选是座椅高度调整器,根据本发明的车辆座椅的座椅表面和靠背利用所述座椅高度调整器调整其高度和/或倾斜度。

图1显示根据本发明的车辆座椅的输出机构。所述输出机构具有驱动齿轮2和输出齿轮3。所述两个齿轮利用连接元件4彼此连接以共同旋转,在这里,连接元件4为具有圆形横截面的管件。由于所述管件具有中空的横截面而显著减轻了重量。在目前情况下,所述管件构造为在发生事故时变得歪曲或扭曲并因而耗散事故能量的预定变形元件。这防止齿轮2、3的过度损坏,而齿轮2和3的过度损坏能够导致车辆座椅的不受控制的移动。例如,这防止齿轮2和/或3的齿剪断。在目前情况下,输出齿轮3利用冷挤压制造,驱动齿轮2利用精确冲压制造。在目前情况下,所述输出机构是高度可调整装置的一部分,其中,旋转移动手动地和/或利用电动机施加给齿轮2,并且利用连接元件4传递给齿轮3。所述齿轮3则例如与配件(参见图2)相互作用,即齿轮3在其上滚动,并且由此向上或向下移动车辆座椅和/或调整座椅表面的倾斜度。

1.一种具有调整元件(5)的车辆座椅,所述调整元件(5)具有输出机构(1),所述输出机构(1)具有彼此连接以共同旋转的驱动齿轮(2)和输出齿轮(3),其中,所述输出齿轮(3)与调整机构(6)以互锁和/或摩擦的方式相互作用,其特征在于,
所述驱动齿轮和输出齿轮(3)作为多个零件设置,
连接元件(4)布置在所述驱动齿轮(2)和输出齿轮(3)之间,所述连接元件是具有中空横截面的管状结构,并且所述连接元件构造成在发生事故时变形以耗散事故能量的预定变形元件。
