技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将车辆内饰板固定在饰板载体上的装置,包括保持元件和容纳元件,其中容纳元件具有卡锁部段,保持元件能这样接合到该卡锁部段中,使得保持元件沿轴向方向固定在容纳元件上。
背景技术
现今,机动车车身包括存在的车身附装件出于视觉和技术上的原因加装饰板。因此,车门例如包括饰板载体和内侧的、即面向车内空间的门饰板,该门饰板固定在饰板载体上。饰板载体和门饰板通常具有多个卡锁元件,这些卡锁元件在装配门饰板时相互协同作用,从而门饰板能卡紧在饰板载体上。

此外,车辆内饰板应当允许多次装配和拆卸,以便例如能在饰板载体和车辆内饰板之间的容纳空间中进行保养或修理工作。与上述要求相反,为此值得期待的是卡锁连接,该卡锁连接能尽可能容易地松脱。
此外,传统的卡锁连接具有这样的问题,即车辆内饰板在多次装配或拆卸之后由于卡锁元件的磨损不再能够固定,使得在车辆内饰板上的预定的轴向拉力能被卡锁元件接收。
因而常见的是,在饰板载体和车辆内饰板之间的卡锁连接借助螺钉保险,这构成提高的装配和拆卸耗费。此外,螺钉穿过车辆内饰板旋入饰板载体中并且因此在车内空间中是可见的或者必须由盖板遮盖。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,创造一种用于车辆内饰板的固定装置,该固定装置在通常的应力时具有防止固定松脱的大的阻力以及同时能实现简单地装配和拆卸车辆内饰板。
所述目的按照本发明通过一种开头所述类型的固定装置实现,在该固定装置中卡锁部段朝侧向开放。由于该朝侧向开放的卡锁部段,在拆卸车辆内饰板时有可能不是平行于轴向的装配方向和通常的应力方向地、而是侧向地亦即与之倾斜地松脱卡锁连接。与此相应地,卡锁连接可以设计成用于较高的轴向拉出力,因为在拆卸时不必再克服该较高的轴向拉出力。此外,在卡锁部段上和在保持元件上的材料磨损在这样的拆卸过程中如此之小,使得即使在多次装配或拆卸车辆内饰板的情况下固定装置的几乎不变的轴向拉出阻力也得以维持。
在一种优选的实施形式中,保持元件能在卡锁部段中侧向移动,从而该保持元件能侧向地、特别是沿相对于轴向方向径向的方向从卡锁部段中出来。
本发明也包括一种用于借助装置将车辆内饰板装配在饰板载体上和将车辆内饰板从饰板载体拆卸的方法,所述装置具有与车辆内饰板相配的保持元件和与饰板载体相配的容纳元件,将保持元件在装配时沿轴向方向压入容纳元件中,并且使保持元件在拆卸时沿相对于轴向方向侧向的、特别是径向的方向移动,由此该保持元件与容纳元件脱离。该方法能实现借助至少一个按照本发明的固定装置以及必要时其它的传统的固定装置沿轴向方向装配车辆内饰板。按照本发明的固定装置的产生的卡锁连接能在装配的情况下构成特别高的轴向拉出阻力,因为卡锁连接在拆卸时不是沿轴向方向、而是通过沿侧向方向、优选径向方向的运动松脱。与此相应地,用于提高轴向拉出阻力的分开的安全螺钉不再是必需的。此外,特别是拆卸在材料磨损方面是这样珍惜的,使得固定装置即使在多次装配和拆卸之后也具有几乎不变的轴向拉出阻力并且确保在车辆内饰板和饰板载体之间防止水和灰尘的良好的密封。

图1示出一具有饰板载体12和车辆内饰板14的车门10。饰板载体12在这种情况下是车门10的门板、模块载体或加固支撑,或者也可以是车身的要装饰板的部件。在按照图1的实施例中,车辆内饰板14是门饰板14,该门饰板还具有用于收藏较小物体如停车牌、刮冰板、地图等的存放架16。因为代替车门10的门把手17,该存放架16也可以误用于关闭门(见箭头19),门饰板14必须可靠地固定在饰板载体12上,以便该门饰板在拉上车门10时不从饰板载体12松脱。

为了将容纳元件24预装配在饰板载体12上,锚定部段42、更确切地说锚定部段42的两个彼此相对的锚定突起46沿轴向方向移动穿过饰板载体12中的开口48(见图6a)。锚定部段42在此构成为使得锚定突起46在密封件44轴向变形的情况下完全穿过开口48(图6b)。在该位置中,容纳元件24能相对于饰板载体12绕轴线A转动。按照图6c,容纳元件24已转动了约90°。饰板载体12中的开口48在此具有这样的横截面,该横截面在该转动之后不允许容纳元件24逆着其装配方向沿轴向运动。通过密封件44的弹性变形,饰板载体12和容纳元件24沿轴向相对彼此预紧并且沿轴向以及径向方向相互连接。换言之,容纳元件24借助卡口连接固定在车门10的饰板载体12上。当然,该卡口连接可以在其按照图6c的终端位置中具有转动止挡或弱的卡锁件,以便精确地限定终端位置。
在其装配在容纳元件24上之前也预装配保持元件22,更确切地说借助滑动-卡锁连接预装配在固定件28上,该固定件又安装在门饰板14上。为此按照图7a将保持元件22径向地推装到固定件28上(箭头49),由此保持元件22的销头32被容纳在矩形的容纳凹槽50中,该容纳凹槽具有带有钥匙孔状的缝隙54的端壁52。在最窄位置处的缝隙宽度优选略微小于颈部段34的尺寸,从而保持元件22卡扣到其按照图7b的终端位置中并且相对于固定件28不能丢失地固定。虽然在图7a和7b中的尺寸比例略微失真地示出,但容纳凹槽50的内尺寸大致等于销头32的尺寸,从而绕轴线A的相对转动是不可能的。保持元件22关于轴线A与固定件28不能相对转动地/抗旋转地连接。
在将容纳元件24预装配在饰板载体12上以及将保持元件22预装配在固定件28上或在门饰板14上之后,现在可以将门饰板14装配在饰板载体12上。为此按照图8a仅使门饰板14或刚性地与门饰板14连接的固定件28沿轴向方向(箭头56)朝向饰板载体12运动。固定装置20的保持元件22在此在卡锁突起40以及弹性的翼片36变形的情况下卡锁在容纳元件24的卡锁部段26中,从而该装配基本上与带有传统的卡锁元件的门饰板14的传统装配相当。该装配的锁定位置可在图8b中看到。
与传统的拆卸方法相反,该卡锁连接在拆卸门饰板14时不是通过逆着装配方向的轴向牵拉被松脱,而是通过保持元件22相对于容纳元件24的侧向的、特别是大致径向的移动(箭头58)。因为容纳元件24中的卡锁部段26朝侧向开放,所以保持元件22可以沿侧向从容纳元件24中出来,由此保持元件22和容纳元件24之间的卡锁连接松脱(见图8c)。
根据图9a至9c以按照图1的车门10为例再次更详细地说明拆卸过程。代替安全螺钉18、但大致在安全螺钉的区域内设有固定装置20。图9a至9c示出车门10和该固定装置20的示意性的横截面。
按照图9a,门饰板14相对于饰板载体12处于其装配的位置中,在该装配的位置中该门饰板具有高的轴向拉出阻力。固定件28在门饰板14的边缘上刚性地与门饰板14连接或者甚至集成到门饰板14中。
如果现在应当将门饰板14从饰板载体12拆卸,则可以在固定件28的区域内施加大致径向定向的力F。
通过该力F使门饰板14在边缘侧弹性地变形(图9b)。由于该变形,固定件28和固定在其上的保持元件22大致沿径向方向进行运动,从而保持元件22能沿侧向从容纳元件24的卡锁部段26中出来(图9c)。
在固定装置20的卡锁连接松脱之后,使门饰板14沿轴向方向远离饰板载体12运动,由此必要时另外的带有传统的卡锁元件的卡锁连接松脱。亦即,传统的卡锁元件在轴向的装配运动时形成卡锁连接,该卡锁连接在相反的轴向拆卸运动时被重新松脱。
固定装置20因此总之能实现将门饰板14固定在饰板载体12上,其中该固定相对于水和灰尘是特别密封的、具有高的拉出阻力并且此外在连接质量大致保持相同的情况下允许多次装配和拆卸。此外,在使用固定装置20的情况下,用于装配和拆卸门饰板14的方法也设计成特别简单的。

Claims (18)

1.用于将车辆内饰板(14)固定在饰板载体(12)上的装置,包括保持元件(22)和容纳元件(24),其中所述容纳元件(24)具有卡锁部段(26),所述保持元件(22)能接合到该卡锁部段中,使得该保持元件沿轴向方向固定在容纳元件(24)上,其特征在于,所述卡锁部段(26)朝侧向开放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,所述保持元件(22)能在卡锁部段(26)中侧向移动,从而该保持元件能沿侧向、特别是沿相对于轴向方向径向的方向从卡锁部段(26)中出来。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的装置,其特征在于,所述卡锁部段(26)具有侧凹部(38),保持元件(22)能接合在所述侧凹部上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的装置,其特征在于,所述侧凹部(38)由倾斜的卡锁突起(40)形成。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的装置,其特征在于,所述卡锁部段(26)具有两个对称布置的侧凹部(38)。
6.根据上述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述保持元件(22)销状地构成为带有至少一个卡锁凸出部(30)。
7.根据上述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述保持元件(22)设有至少一个弹性的翼片(36)。
8.根据上述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述容纳元件(24)设有锚定部段(42),所述容纳元件能利用该锚定部段与车辆固定地装配。
9.根据权利要求8所述的装置,其特征在于,所述锚定部段(42)具有两个彼此相对的锚定突起(46)。
10.根据上述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,所述容纳元件(24)设有密封件(44)。
11.根据上述权利要求之一所述的装置,其特征在于,设有固定件(28),该固定件用于将保持元件(22)固定在车辆内饰板(14)上。
12.根据权利要求11所述的装置,其特征在于,所述固定件(28)集成到车辆内饰板(14)中。
13.根据权利要求11或12所述的装置,其特征在于,所述保持元件(22)和固定件(28)借助滑动-卡锁连接彼此固定。
14.用于借助装置(20)将车辆内饰板(14)装配在饰板载体(12)上和将车辆内饰板从饰板载体拆卸的方法,所述装置具有与车辆内饰板(14)相配的保持元件(22)和与饰板载体(12)相配的容纳元件(24),将所述保持元件(22)在装配时沿轴向方向压入容纳元件(24)中,其特征在于,使所述保持元件(22)在拆卸时沿相对于轴向方向侧向的方向、特别是径向的方向移动,由此该保持元件从容纳元件(24)脱离。
15.根据权利要求14所述的方法,其特征在于,所述保持元件(22)在装配时卡锁在容纳元件(24)的卡锁部段(26)中。
16.根据权利要求14或15所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述容纳元件(24)借助卡口式连接安装在饰板载体(12)上,然后将所述保持元件(22)装配在容纳元件(24)上。
17.根据权利要求14至16之一所述的方法,其特征在于,将所述保持元件(22)借助滑动-卡锁连接装配在安装在车辆内饰板(14)上的固定件(28)上,然后将所述保持元件装配在容纳元件(24)上。
18.根据权利要求14至17之一所述的方法,其特征在于,在拆卸所述车辆内饰板(14)时,使所述车辆内饰板在预定的位置处在保持元件(22)的区域内变形,使得保持元件(22)从容纳元件(24)脱离。
