Description

一种车辆后背门及车辆 技术领域
本发明涉及车辆技术领域,特别涉及一种车辆后背门及车辆。
背景技术
为了满足用户的使用方便性,汽车行李舱会设计衣帽架即遮物板。汽车遮物板广泛应用于各种轿车,遮物板安装在汽车行李舱内,遮物板能遮挡光线照射,以及防止车外面的人透过行李舱上的玻璃看到里面的物品,还可以在上面放置物品,以充分合理的利用行李舱储物空间。
一般车型只有一个固定的遮物板或者将遮物板分割成两段。普通轿跑类SUV遮物板分割成可折叠的两段,前一部分固定,后一部分两侧通过挂绳结构与后背门侧护板挂接,后背门开启时,遮物板可折叠部分升起。然而,当固定段放有物品时,这种设计结构不方便取放固定段的物品,而且在行车过程容易异响,影响驾车体验。还有一些汽车在行李舱设计可伸缩的遮物帘,但是每次取放行李舱中物品时均需要收放遮物帘,造成不便,而且遮物帘强度较低,无法在上面放置较重物品,造成行李舱空间浪费,且不够美观。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是现有的遮物板与车辆的连接设计不便于取放物品的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,第一方面,本申请实施例公开了一种车辆后背门,包括:后背门饰板和后遮物板,
所述后遮物板具有依次相连的第一侧边、第二侧边、第三侧边和 第四侧边,所述第一侧边和所述第三侧边相对,所述第二侧边和所述第四侧边相对;
所述第一侧边和所述第三侧边分别与所述后背门饰板不可转动连接;
所述第二侧边用于与设置在车辆行李舱内的前遮物板搭接形成行李舱遮物板。
进一步的,所述后遮物板的轮廓线围成第一连接面,所述后背门饰板的轮廓线围成第二连接面,所述第一连接面与所述第二连接面呈预设夹角设置。
进一步的,所述第一侧边和所述第三侧边分别与所述后背门饰板可拆卸连接。
进一步的,所述后背门饰板包括窗框饰板,所述第一侧边和所述第三侧边分别与所述窗框饰板连接。

采用上述技术方案,本申请实施例所述的车辆后背门及车辆具有如下有益效果:
(1)本申请实施例所述的车辆后背门,将后遮物板与后背门连接固定,当后背门打开时,后遮物板与后背门一体运动,无需对遮物板进行操作即可直接取放行李舱以及前遮物板上的物品,满足取物需求;当后背门关闭时,后遮物板与前遮物板搭接在一起形成行李舱遮物板,满足遮挡行李舱物品的需求;
(2)本申请实施例所述的车辆后背门,后遮物板与后背门饰板可拆卸连接,便于后遮物板的拆卸和安装;
(3)本申请实施例所述的车辆后背门,后遮物板通过第一连接件和第二连接件与后背门饰板连接,无须设计复杂连接结构即可保证连接的可靠性,保证美观性和感官质量要求,同时便于后遮物板的养护更换;而且第一连接件和第二连接件的零件数目较少,使用成本低;
(4)本申请实施例所述的车辆后背门,第二连接件采用旋钮限位结构的形式将后遮物板的第四侧边与后背门护板连接,在后遮物板需要拆装时,通过旋转手柄即可将后遮物板的第四侧边拆下,保证了后遮物的固定可靠性以及拆装时的可操作性。

现有技术中,一些普通轿跑类SUV,其遮物板分割成可折叠的两段,前一部分固定,后一部分两侧通过挂绳结构与后背门侧护板挂接,后背门开启时,遮物板中可折叠的部分升起,此中结构不方便在固定段取放东西,而且在行车过程容易异响。因此,遮物板与车身连接的可靠性及操作方便性是需要解决的问题。
如图1和图2所示,本申请实施例公开了一种车辆后背门1,包括:后背门饰板和后遮物板101,后遮物板101具有依次相连的第一侧边、第二侧边、第三侧边和第四侧边,第一侧边和第三侧边相对,第二侧边和第四侧边相对;第一侧边和第三侧边分别与后背门饰板不可转动连接;第二侧边用于与设置在车辆行李舱内的前遮物板201搭接形成行李舱遮物板。
本申请实施例所述的车辆后背门1,将后遮物板101与后背门1连接固定,当后背门1打开时,后遮物板101与后背门1一体运动,无需对遮物板进行操作即可直接取放行李舱以及前遮物板201上的物品,满足取物需求;当后背门1关闭时,后遮物板101与前遮物板201搭接在一起形成行李舱遮物板,满足遮挡行李舱物品的需求,而且行李舱遮物板上可以放置物品,能够充分利用行李舱空间。
如图2所示,本申请实施例中,后遮物板101采用刚性板材制成,如塑料板、金属板或复合材料板等。优选的,后遮物板101采用制造成本低且质量较轻的材质制成。后遮物板101为四边形或近似四边形的平面板,侧面的两个侧边,即第一侧板和第三侧边分别与后背门1上的后背门饰板连接固定,后遮物板101稳定连接在后背门饰板上不可转动。可选的,后遮物板101采用粘接的方式与后背门饰板连接;可选的,后遮物板101采用多点铆接或多点螺接的方式与后背门饰板连接。在一些实施例中,后遮物板101还可以是其他的多边形板状部件,后遮物板101的任意侧边与后背门饰板连接在一起,使后遮物板101能够随着后背门1一体运动。本申请实施例中,前遮物板201固定在车辆的行李舱内,前遮物板201的形状与后遮物板101的形状可以相同,可选的,前遮物板201和后遮物板101均为四边形或近似四边形的平面板;前遮物板201的形状与后遮物板101的形状也可以不相同,可选的,前遮物板201为四边形,后遮物板101为近似三边形。前遮物板201的材质与后遮物板的材质可以相同或不同,可选的,前遮物板201和后遮物板101均为复合材料板;可选的,前遮物板201为复合材料板,后遮物板101为塑料板。前遮物板201的厚度与后遮 物板的厚度可以相同或不同,前遮物板201和后遮物板101的厚度依据所需强度以及各自所选材质来确定。以车尾的方向为后方,后遮物板101的前沿,即第二侧边与前遮物板201的后沿贴合在一起,具体的,前遮物板201后沿的上表面与后遮物板101前沿的下表面贴在一起,两者之间没有弹力的存在。在一些实施例中,前遮物板201后沿的上表面与后遮物板101前沿的下表面之间也可以有一定程度的干涉,即两个贴合面之间存在弹力。
后遮物板101的轮廓线围成第一连接面,后背门饰板的轮廓线围成第二连接面,第一连接面与第二连接面呈预设夹角设置。
本申请实施例中,如图1所示,后遮物板101与后背门饰板连接固定后两者轮廓面之间有一定的夹角,该夹角的设定取决于后遮物板101和后背门饰板的形状、斜度等因素,以后背门1关闭时后遮物板101能够与前遮物板201搭接在一起为准。可选的,后遮物板101倾斜搭载在前遮物板201上,后遮物板101与前遮物板201不在同一水平面上;优选的,选择合适的夹角,使得后遮物板101与前遮物板201形成一个平面,该平面即为行李舱遮物板的平面。
第一侧边和第三侧边分别与后背门饰板可拆卸连接。
本申请实施例中,后遮物板101与后背门饰板优选为可拆卸连接,以便于用户根据需求将后遮物板101拆卸取下,可选的,后遮物板101与后背门饰板采用螺接或卡接等形式连接。
后背门饰板包括窗框饰板102,第一侧边和第三侧边分别与窗框饰板102连接。
如图2所示,本申请实施例中,后背门饰板有多个饰板组成,其中这后背门1车窗区域设置的饰板为窗框饰板102,窗框饰板102设置在后背门1上安装后车窗玻璃的四周,后遮物板101的第一侧边和第三侧边分别与后车窗两侧的窗框饰板102连接。在一些实施例中,第一侧边和第三侧边还可以分别与后车窗下面的窗框饰板102连接。
第一侧边和第三侧边分别通过第一连接件110与窗框饰板102连接;第一连接件110包括连接板111、支撑件112和紧固件113,连 接板111与后遮物板101连接,支撑件112的一端与连接板111连接,紧固件113将支撑件112的另一端固定在窗框饰板102上。
本申请实施例中,后遮物板101与窗框饰板102通过第一连接件110可拆卸连接,为保证车身的轻量化以及降低成本,第一连接件110可采用塑料件材质。如图3所示,连接板111与后遮物板101通过热粘接的方式连接,支撑件112的一端与连接板111连接,另一端通过紧固件113实现无窗框饰板102的连接。可选的,支撑件112为支撑杆或支撑片等,紧固件113为紧固螺钉等。在一些实施方式中,第一连接件110也可采用金属材质。
支撑件112为支撑片,支撑片具有侧向折弯的折弯部。
如图3所示,本申请实施例中,支撑片一端与连接板111粘接或一体成型的方式连接,另一端上设有通孔,通过螺钉与窗框饰板102连接。连接板111粘接在后遮物板101的背面,支撑片与连接板111连接处相对于窗框饰板102位置稍靠内侧,因此支撑片上设计向外的侧向折弯实现与窗框饰板102的连接,避免采用较长的支撑件112占用空间且影响连接强度。在一些实施方式中,窗框饰板102上设有卡槽,支撑片也可采用卡接的方式与窗框饰板102连接。
后背门饰板还包括后背门护板130,第四侧边与后背门护板130连接。
本申请实施例中,如图5所示,后背门护板130设置在窗框饰板102的下面。如图2所示,后遮物板101通过三点连接的方式固定在后背门1上。后遮物板101的第一侧边和第三侧边分别与窗框饰板102连接,第四侧边与后背门护板130连接,可选的,第四侧边采用螺接、粘接等方式与后背门护板130连接。
第四侧边通过第二连接件120与后背门护板130连接;第二连接件120包括旋转手柄121和支架122,旋转手柄121包括手柄部和限位部;支架122的一端与后遮物板101连接,支架122的另一端上设有通孔;限位部穿过通孔与后背门护板130连接。
如图4所示,本申请实施例中,后遮物板101与后背门护板130 通过第二连接件120可拆卸连接。旋转手柄121的一端为手柄部,手柄部为在组装或拆卸第二连接件120时的手持部分;旋转手柄121的另一端为限位部,用于实现与后背门护板130的固定。支架122为具有一个至多个折弯部的片材或杆件,支架122的一端与后遮物板101采用粘接或螺接等方式连接,另一端上设有通孔,旋转手柄121的限位部能够穿过通孔,实现支架122的固定。在一些实施例中,旋转手柄121与后背门1盖板开启旋转按钮结构形式保持一致,造型更美观。
后背门护板130上设有限位槽,限位部与限位槽卡接。
本申请实施例中,旋转手柄121的限位部直接与后背门护板130连接,限位部为卡接凸起,后背门护板130上设有用于卡接的限位槽或限位孔,两者配合实现限位部与后背门护板130的卡接。在一些实施例中,限位部还可以为设有螺纹的钉头部,后背门护板130上设有螺纹孔,限位部与后背门护板130采用螺接的方式连接。
如图4所示,第二连接件120还包括旋转挡板123,旋转挡板123与后背门护板130抵接;后背门护板130上设有连接孔131,旋转挡板123上设有限位孔,限位部穿过连接孔131与限位孔卡接。
本申请实施例中,如图4所示,旋转手柄121的限位部通过与旋转挡板123连接,实现支架122的固定。旋转挡板123上设有用于卡接的限位槽或限位孔,限位部与旋转挡板123卡接,如旋转挡板123上设有三角孔或方形孔,限位部为与限位孔匹配的三角形或方形凸出部,两者配合实现卡接。如图5和图6所示,在连接固定时,旋转手柄121的限位部依次穿过支架122上的通孔,后背门护板130上的连接孔131,然后限位部与设置在后背门护板130背面的旋转挡板123连接。在一些实施例中,限位部还可以为设有螺纹的钉头部,旋转挡板123上设有螺纹孔,限位部与旋转挡板123采用螺接的方式连接。
旋转挡板123背离后背门护板130的侧面上设有防错结构。
本申请实施例中,如图6所示,旋转挡板123一面与后背门护板130抵接,另一面上设有用于标识旋转挡板123正反面的防错结构,在装配时,防错结构能够防止旋转手柄121反装,可选的,防错结构 为设置在旋转挡板123背离后背门护板130的侧面上的凸起。可选的,为满足用户的感官质量需求,该凸起设置在限位孔的边沿,凸起可沿限位孔的径向设置。
连接孔131包括孔径放大部和孔径缩小部,孔径放大部的孔径大于旋转挡板123的最大尺寸,孔径缩小部的孔径小于旋转挡板123的最大尺寸。
本申请实施例中,如图5和图6所示,连接孔131为通孔,旋转挡板123挡在后背门1后护板的一侧,当需要拆卸时,旋转挡板123又能够通过连接孔131取出,因此,连接孔131的一部分区域孔径大于旋转挡板123的尺寸,一部分区域的孔径小于旋转挡板123的尺寸。
后背门护板130与旋转挡板123抵接的面上设有限位筋132,限位筋132设置在连接孔131边沿。
本申请实施例中,如图6所示,旋转挡板123抵接在后背门护板130上,为防止旋转挡板123周向旋转造成连接上的晃动,在连接孔131周向的部分位置设置限位筋132,来限制旋转挡板123的周向自由度,可选的,限位筋能够限制旋转挡板123的反向旋转。在拆卸时,旋转旋转手柄121的手柄部,旋转手柄121转动带动旋转挡板123转动,从而使旋转挡板123能够从连接孔131孔径放大处取出。后背门护板130不需要做其他复杂结构,只要给旋钮开设连接孔131并在背部做旋钮限位筋132,满足旋钮装配固定及限位即可。不需要其他多余零件,结构简单,且安装及拆卸后遮物板101也很方便。
如图1所示,本申请实施例公开了一种车辆,包括行李舱和车辆后背门1;行李舱内设有前遮物板201;车辆后背门1包括后背门饰板和后遮物板101;后遮物板101具有依次相连的第一侧边、第二侧边、第三侧边和第四侧边,第一侧边和第三侧边相对,第二侧边和第四侧边相对;第一侧边和第三侧边分别与后背门饰板不可转动连接;后遮物板101的轮廓线围成第一连接面,后背门饰板的轮廓线围成第二连接面,第一连接面与第二连接面呈预设夹角设置;当车辆后背门1关闭时,第二侧边与前遮物板201搭接形成行李舱遮物板;当车辆 后背门1开启时,第二侧边与前遮物板201分离。
本申请实施例中,车辆包括车辆后背门1,车辆后背门1的结构请参见上文描述车辆后背门1的所有方式。如图1所示,前遮物板201设置在行李舱内,后遮物板101固定在车辆后背门1上,当后背门1关闭时,后遮物板101处于水平位置,且后遮物板101的第二侧边搭接在前遮物板201上,前遮物板201和后遮物板101搭接行李舱遮物板,满足遮挡行李舱物品的需求;同时,当后背门1打开时,后遮物板101随着后背门1一起运动,后遮物板101与前遮物板201分离,方便取物。后遮物板101采用此种方式连接,安装方式牢固可靠,拆卸方便。在满足遮物以及取放物品的便捷性的同时,极大的利用了行李舱空间。

  10. 根据权利要求8所述的车辆后背门,其特征在于,所述第二连接件(120)还包括旋转挡板(123),所述旋转挡板(123)与所述后背门护板(130)抵接;
    所述后背门护板(130)上设有连接孔(131),所述旋转挡板(123)上设有限位孔,所述限位部穿过所述连接孔(131)与所述限位孔卡接。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的车辆后背门,其特征在于,所述旋转挡板(123)背离所述后背门护板(130)的侧面上设有防错结构。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的车辆后背门,其特征在于,所述连接孔(131)包括孔径放大部和孔径缩小部,所述孔径放大部的孔径大于所述旋转挡板(123)的最大尺寸,所述孔径缩小部的孔径小于所述旋转挡板(123)的最大尺寸。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的车辆后背门,其特征在于,所述后背门护板(130)与所述旋转挡板(123)抵接的面上设有限位筋(132),所述限位筋(132)设置在所述连接孔(131)边沿。
  14. 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括行李舱和车辆后背门(1);
    所述行李舱内设有前遮物板(201);
    所述车辆后背门(1)包括后背门饰板和后遮物板(101);
    所述后遮物板(101)具有依次相连的第一侧边、第二侧边、第三侧边和第四侧边,所述第一侧边和所述第三侧边相对,所述第二侧边和所述第四侧边相对;
    所述第一侧边和所述第三侧边分别与所述后背门饰板不可转动连接;
    所述后遮物板(101)的轮廓线围成第一连接面,所述后背门饰板的轮廓线围成第二连接面,所述第一连接面与所述第二连接面呈预设夹角设置;
    当所述车辆后背门(1)关闭时,所述第二侧边与所述前遮物板(201)搭接形成行李舱遮物板;
    当所述车辆后背门(1)开启时,所述第二侧边与所述前遮物板(201)分离。
