技术领域
本发明涉及用于车辆等的使用了单向离合器的发动机起动机构。
背景技术
一般,在使用了单向离合器的发动机起动机构中,使起动马达和齿圈始终处于啮合状态,将起动马达的旋转力从与单向离合器的外圈连结的齿圈(ring gear)经由单向离合器向发动机的曲轴(与单向离合器的内圈连结)传递,来起动发动机。发动机起动后,通过曲轴越程,与发动机旋转同步,齿圈成为停止状态。
单向离合器具有在发动机起动后防止以过度的高速驱动起动马达的功能。
在以往的使用了单向离合器的发动机起动机构中,将来自起动马达的驱动力向发动机的曲轴传递的单向离合器的外圈具有沿轴向延伸的凸缘部。是在该凸缘部和单向离合器的内圈之间夹装油封的结构。
但是,为确保夹装油封的空间,设置沿轴向延伸的凸缘部,所以不能缩短发动机起动机构的轴向长度,在省空间化及低成本化方面存在课题。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的是提供发动机起动机构,通过缩短使用了单向离合器的发动机起动机构的轴向长度,实现省空间化及低成本化。
为实现上述目的,本发明的使用了单向离合器的发动机起动机构是使用了单向离合器的发动机起动机构,其特征在于,包括:
起动马达;
用于接受来自所述起动马达的驱动力的齿圈;
单向离合器,具有:外圈、相对于所述外圈向内径方向分离并与该外圈相对自由旋转地以同心状配置的内圈、和配置在所述外圈和所述内圈之间并传递转矩的转矩传递部;以及
密封所述单向离合器的油封,
所述齿圈与所述单向离合器的所述外圈连结,所述油封被夹持在所述齿圈和所述外圈之间。
根据本发明,能够得到以下效果。
能够提供一种使用了单向离合器的发动机起动机构,能够缩短发动机起动机构的轴向长度,并且紧凑、省空间、性价比优良。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图详细说明本发明。此外,以下说明的实施例是作为例示对本发明进行说明,当然对本发明没有限定。
图1是表示本发明的一实施例的使用了单向离合器的发动机起动机构的轴向局部剖视图。如图1所示,使用了单向离合器20的发动机起动机构50包括:通过来自未图示的电源的给电而被驱动的电动马达即起动马达1;用于接受来自起动马达1的驱动力的齿圈6;单向离合器20;密封单向离合器20的油封12。
齿圈6具有始终与固定在起动马达1的旋转轴2上的齿轮3啮合的齿轮部4、和固定齿轮部4的板部5。在齿圈6和发动机(未图示)的曲轴13之间配置有单向离合器20。单向离合器20具有:外圈21;内圈22,相对于外圈21向内径方向分离并与该外圈21相对自由旋转地以同心状配置;转矩传递部,被配置在外圈21和内圈22之间,并传递转矩。
外圈21的轴向的一端一体地具有向外径方向延伸的凸缘部33。在外圈21的内径侧配置有内圈22。在外圈21和内圈22之间设置有如下的转矩传递部,该转矩传递部包括:与内外圈卡合并在内外圈间传递转矩的转矩传递部件即多个楔块(sprag)23;保持楔块23的外侧保持器24及内侧保持器25;提起楔块23并提供力矩的发条弹簧26。
在内圈22的内径侧设置有内径凸缘部35,通过螺栓36被固定在发动机的曲轴13上。另外,在内圈22的外径侧设置有外径凸缘部28,该外径凸缘部28成为轴承9的内圈。内径凸缘部35和外径凸缘部28与内圈22成为一体。在曲轴13上固定有飞轮40。
并列配置在单向离合器20上的轴承9的外圈27与单向离合器20的外圈21的阶梯部34嵌合。轴承9被装入单向离合器20内。因此,发动机起动机构50的轴向的长度被缩短,能够实现省空间化。
在单向离合器20的外圈21的凸缘部33上,通过铆钉7结合有齿圈6的板部5。此时,与轴承9相邻地配置的油封12的外径部8成为被夹持在板部5和外圈21之间、以及板部5和轴承9的外圈27的轴向端面31之间的结构。因此,能够使用于油封12的空间成为最小,从而发动机起动机构50的轴向的长度与以往相比进一步被缩短,能够实现省空间化。另外,不需要用于固定油封12的追加部件,从而零件个数减少,成本也被削减。
在单向离合器20的轴向上的与油封12相反的一侧,设置有形成润滑油的通路的部件37,并形成供给润滑油的油路38。润滑油通过未图示的油泵被供给到油路38,并从油路38对单向离合器20及轴承9进行润滑。
被油路38供给的润滑油通过设置在单向离合器20的内圈22上的贯通孔10,进入由油封12和轴承9划分的被密封的空间39,对轴承9进行润滑。另一方面,为对单向离合器20进行润滑,油路38向外径方向延伸,并通过设置在部件37和单向离合器20的外圈21之间的第2油封32密封。
在单向离合器20的内圈22的贯通孔10附近设置有凹部11,在该凹部11中收容有油封12的唇部(lip portion)30。由此,能够实现轴向的省空间化。
轴承9的外圈27与单向离合器20的离合器部在轴向上相对。由此,外圈27发挥轴向防脱的功能,能够防止单向离合器20的离合器部沿轴向脱落。
如上所述地构成的发动机起动机构如下所述地动作。使起动马达1和齿圈6的齿轮部4始终处于啮合状态。在该状态下,起动马达1通过未图示的驱动件而被驱动时,其旋转力经由齿轮3与齿轮部4的啮合,被传递到单向离合器20的外圈21。
来自外圈21的驱动力经由离合器部被传递到内圈22,并传递到固定在内圈22上的曲轴13。由此,发动机被起动。发动机起动后,通过曲轴13越程,与发动机旋转同步,因此,单向离合器20成为空转,齿圈6成为停止状态。因此,发动机起动后,能够防止以过度的高速驱动起动马达。

Claims (5)

1.一种发动机起动机构,该发动机起动机构使用了单向离合器,其特征在于,包括:
起动马达;
用于接受来自所述起动马达的驱动力的齿圈;
单向离合器,该单向离合器具有:外圈;内圈,该内圈相对于所述外圈向内径方向分离并相对自由旋转地配置成同心状;转矩传递部,该转矩传递部配置在所述外圈和所述内圈之间并传递转矩;
密封所述单向离合器的油封,
所述齿圈与所述单向离合器的所述外圈连结,所述油封被夹持在所述齿圈和所述外圈之间。
2.如权利要求1所述的发动机起动机构,其特征在于,在所述单向离合器的所述外圈和所述内圈之间设置轴承,所述轴承与所述单向离合器一起被所述油封密封。
3.如权利要求2所述的发动机起动机构,其特征在于,所述轴承的内圈是所述单向离合器的内圈。
4.如权利要求1所述的发动机起动机构,其特征在于,在所述单向离合器的所述内圈的轴向端面上设置凹部,在所述凹部中收容有所述油封的唇部。
5.如权利要求1所述的发动机起动机构,其特征在于,所述轴承的外圈与所述单向离合器的所述离合器部在轴向上相对。
