近年来开发了所谓混合动力车,它是内燃发动机与电机的组合,以便保护环境并改善燃料消耗。在此电机可以作为发电机和/或电动机运行。
由德国公开文献DE 101 13 504 A1已知一种用于混合动力车锥盘缠绕变速器的控制装置,其中,内燃发动机的输出轴与电动机转子的端部通过电磁离合器连接。由两个可变的锥盘组(一个初级锥盘组和一个次级锥盘组)和楔形带或链组成的锥盘缠绕变速器位于电动机转子的另一端部与输出轴之间。
对于大多数混合动力车,需要确保借助泵在各种行驶状态中供给冷却流体、润滑流体或压力流体。例如为了操作或冷却离合器或变速器,或者为了保证锥盘缠绕变速器中的最小挤压力,需要该流体。在起动-停止运行中经常需要附加的外部的泵-马达单元,因为不能使用用于驱动的行驶马达。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,提供一种简单的、成本有利的且兼顾安装空间的泵驱动装置,它特别适合用在正面-横向布置中或者在安装空间紧张的布置中。所述泵驱动装置也应能在使用无级锥盘缠绕变速器(CVT)时使用。
该目的通过如下所述的泵组件实现:

在离合器闭合时,汽车可以单纯以内燃发动机运行,而电机转子一起旋转,但电动机本身处于空转。当电机作为发电机运行时,能够对电蓄能器充电或者运行耗电器。此外电机可以作为电动机运行并且在运行中支持或促进内燃发动机。如果在锥盘缠绕变速器后面设置一有空程的换挡变速器(例如用于向前和向后行驶),则可以在空程位置在汽车静止时进行发电机运行,蓄电池充电。反之,如果电机作为马达工作,则内燃发动机可以在空程位置中起动。
在离合器打开情况下可以纯电动行驶,但也可以将制动能量或惯性能量转换成电能,其中,内燃发动机的惯性转矩不引起损失。由此能够实现高效的废热利用运行,而不必在内燃发动机与电机之间设置第二分离离合器或空程。

具体实施方式

该操作流体通过泵、尤其液压泵提供,该泵通过未示出的离合器元件驱动。操作活塞40通过最好构造为碟形弹簧的弹簧52在轴向上朝向外叠片支架16预压紧。弹簧52支承在板件30上,该板件是内叠片支架28。如果操作压力室44内的压力克服了弹簧52的预应力,则操作活塞40这样朝向起动离合器5的叠片组运动,使得内叠片25摩擦锁合地与外叠片21连接。通过该摩擦锁合使起动离合器5闭合。
板件30在径向内部在轴向上支承在一轴向轴承54上,该轴向轴承又支承在一止挡环55上,该止挡环局部地设置在变速器轴11的一环形槽内。通过轴向轴承54防止板件30在图1中向左、即向着被驱动的轴12轴向运动。
在构造为空心轴的变速器轴11内部设置有泵轴65,它在驱动关系上与泵60连接。泵轴65或者借助第一超越离合器61可与被驱动的轴12连接,或者借助第二超越离合器62可与变速器轴11连接。在此,这些超越离合器这样布置,使得总是由旋转更快的那个轴驱动泵轴65并由此驱动泵60,而旋转较慢的轴被超越。
图2示出另一实施例,其中,除了超越离合器61,62之外附加设置了第三超越离合器63。该超越离合器63连接在电动机70与泵轴65之间,由此,在变速器轴11和被驱动的轴12静止时,例如在起动-停止运行时的停止阶段中,能够使泵运行。在借助被驱动的轴12或变速器轴11驱动泵轴65时,超越离合器63被超越。在该结构中可以省去附加的动力组。
当然,带有电机的该锥盘缠绕变速器也可以在没有转矩传感器的情况下使用。在这种情况下起动离合器的输出件和连接件或轴承板直接与变速器的输入轴或中间连接的轮毂连接。也可以并优选径向嵌套,即起动离合器和电机布置在相同的轴向区段中。

Claims (4)

1.用于汽车的泵组件,该汽车具有内燃发动机、可作为马达运行的第一电机(2)、连接于内燃发动机和电机(2)后面的变速器以及可借助泵轴(65)驱动的泵(60),其特征在于,所述泵轴(65)不仅能够与内燃发动机的输出轴(12)、而且能够与电机(2)的输出轴(37)分别借助一超越离合器(61,62)连接,其中,总是以较快旋转的输出轴来驱动该泵轴(65),所述泵组件具有构造为空心轴的盘组轴(11),所述泵轴(65)穿过该盘组轴(11);
所述内燃发动机的输出轴(12)围握泵轴(65)的一端部和盘组轴(11)的一端部,其中,泵轴(65)借助第一超越离合器(61)能够与所述内燃发动机的输出轴(12)连接;并且
所述泵轴(65)借助第二超越离合器(62)能够与盘组轴(11)连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的泵组件,其特征在于,作为变速器,使用具有转矩传感器(8)的锥盘缠绕变速器并使用具有输入元件和输出元件的起动离合器(5),所述转矩传感器具有输入件和输出件,其中,
所述内燃发动机的输出轴与起动离合器(5)的输入元件连接;
所述起动离合器(5)的输出元件与转矩传感器(8)的输入件连接;并且
所述电机(2)的输出轴与起动离合器(5)的输出元件或转矩传感器(8)的输入件连接。
3.如上述权利要求中任一项所述的泵组件,其特征在于,设有另一电动机(70),该电动机能够与所述泵轴(65)连接。
4.如权利要求3所述的泵组件,其特征在于,所述另一电动机(70)借助第三超越离合器(63)能够与所述泵轴(65)连接,使得内燃发动机或第一电机(2)或另一电动机(70)的最快速的输出轴驱动所述泵轴(65)。
