Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及用于带有注射针头的注射装置的容器,更具体地说,本发明涉及在使用前和使用后容纳注射装置的容器。
背景技术
由于实施注射的从业者或其他人士被使用过的医用针头无意刺伤,人们开始关注“针头刺伤”。针头刺伤会导致疾病(例如AIDS或B型肝炎)的传播。现有技术中开发出了各种防护罩,用以遮蔽或限制对于医用针头(特别是使用后的)的接近途径。另外,使用过的针头被认为是生物有害的废物,必须恰当地处理。通常被称作“尖锐物容器”的容器被设置成使得使用过的针头和其它生物有害的材料可以被收集在其中。尖锐物容器典型地具有形成为收纳和储藏废弃装置的废物容器或邮箱型设计。
发明内容
本发明提供一种用于带有注射针头的注射装置的容器。该容器包括主体,该主体中形成有隔舱,用以容纳处于使用前状态和使用后状态下的注射装置。该主体限定有第一开口,通过该开口能够接近处于使用前状态下的注射装置,该主体限定有第二开口,处于使用后状态下的注射装置能够被导入第二开口。所述容器设有用于封闭第一开口的封盖。所述容器还包括靠近第二开口的保持器,所述保持器用于将在使用后状态下的注射装置保持在容器中,以防止在注射装置已经用于实施注射之后接近注射针头。有利地,本发明的容器可以容纳使用前和使用后的注射装置,从而不仅仅为注射装置提供了一种使用前包装,还为注射装置提供了一种使用后的尖锐物容器。

具体实施方式
参照各附图,其中示出了用参考标记10总体地表示的容器,其容纳使用前和使用后的注射装置12。注射装置12是适于将药物注射到人类或动物体内的医疗注射装置,诸如注射器或笔式注射器。一种注射针头14设置用于与注射装置12结合使用。
容器10包括限定有隔舱18的主体16,该隔舱18被形成为在使用前容纳注射装置12。在主体16内限定有第一开口20,在使用前状态下,可以通过该第一开口接近注射装置。优选地,设有用以闭合第一开口20的封盖22。优选地,封盖22通过枢纽连接部24而附接到主体16上,该枢纽可以是活动铰链或者销铰链。如图2所示,在一种优选布置中,注射装置12被完全地封闭在容器10内,具体地说,位于隔舱18内,并且可选地,其一部分被容纳在封盖22内。注射装置12可以呈现为完全组合好的状态而布置在容器10内以备使用,如图4所示;或者呈现为模块或非组合状态,其需要在使用前进行一些组装,如图2所示。
例如通过围绕枢纽连接部24而旋转,封盖22能够与主体16相分离,以提供对注射装置12的接近途径。因此,注射装置12在使用前可以被包装、装载和存储在容器10中。参考图2,在封盖22上可以形成一个或多个端口26,以在注射装置12位于容器10中时便于注射装置12的包装或组装。以非限制性的实例为例,并参考图2,注射装置12可以以非组合的状态而被设置在容器10内,并且注射装置12的一部分与端口26相对齐。当注射装置12位于容器10内时,药仓28可以被加载到注射装置12中。这允许将药仓加载到注射装置中,而同时注射装置保持被包封的状态。可以优选地提供端口封盖30以正常地封闭端口26。该端口封盖30可以是任何可释放的保持设计,诸如卡扣凸片,其可以优选地连接到或系到封盖22上,例如通过活动铰链连接。
优选地,一旦从容器10中取出注射装置12,就将封盖22锁定在主体16上。如本领域技术人员可知的那样,可以利用任何形式的锁定布置。参考图1,以非限制性实例的方式为例,可以利用相互配合的凸片32和凹槽34,其中凸片32可以锁定地容纳在凹槽34中,例如通过卡扣接合。
一旦注射装置12已被使用过(即,注射针头14已经与注射装置12结合使用以执行注射),则可以使用容器10来覆盖处于使用后状态下的注射装置12的至少一部分以及注射针头14。参考图3,第二开口36形成在主体16上,且其形状适于接纳使用后的注射装置12。在一种优选布置中,主体16为大致杯型,并且第一开口20被限定在其第一末端38。优选地,第二开口36形成在主体16的第二末端40,与第一末端38相对。
如图7所示,第二开口36被形成为允许注射装置12横贯地穿过其中。优选地,靠近第二开口36提供保持器42,以将处于使用后状态下的注射装置12保持在容器10中。如本领域技术人员可知的那样,保持器42可以采用各种结构。以非限制性实例的方式为例,保持器42可以为封片,其对着注射装置12的一部分接合并且使得注射装置12能够充分地插入到容器10中。保持器42可以是弹性的,以在注射装置12插入到第二开口36时弯曲。优选地,注射针头14插入通过第二开口36以使得其不接合保持器42。如图7所示,当注射装置12通过第二开口36充分地插入时,保持器42可以对着元件44(诸如铰链)做干扰运动(所述元件44置于注射装置12上),因而防止注射装置12向后移动。可以在注射装置12上施加向后拖曳(rearward tug),以确保注射装置12不会被取出。保持器42可以与元件44相扣接,从而提供注射装置12已经与保持器42接合的声音指示。在注射针头14作为先导、注射装置12已经插入通过第二开口36时,注射针头14被容纳在容器10内。保持器42防止注射装置12被取出,并且因此限制了对于在使用过的状态下的针头14的接近途径。而且,由于封盖22相对于主体16被锁定,容器10进一步限制对于注射针头14的接近途径。
如图8所示,其中容纳有在使用过的状态下的注射装置12的容器10,可以被布置在尖锐物容器48中。同样也可以利用生物危害材料处理的其它合适方式以用于使用后状态的容器10和注射装置12的处理。
可以将容器10构造成完全地容纳使用状态下的注射装置12,或者如图7和8所示,容器可以被构造成部分地容纳注射装置12,特别是注射装置12上的带有注射针头14的那个部分。
如图7所示,可以在容器10中设置衬垫46,所述衬垫被定位成使得插入其中的注射针头14处于被存储的、使用后的状态下。该衬垫46可以采用弹性材料或其它可由注射针头14刺破的材料形成。衬垫46可以为将注射装置12保持在容器10中提供额外的保持力。
在另一优选实施例中,在使用前,将注射针头14置于容器10中,与注射装置12分离。可以在主体16上设置第三开口50,注射针头14被保持在该第三开口中,并且能够通过该第三开口而被接近。注射针头14可以通过固定于主体16的帽52而被保持。可以在使用前跨过第三开口50而施加一个可移除的密封件54。如图4所示,当已经从容器10中取出注射装置12时,可以将注射装置12插入到第三开口50中,以安装注射针头14。可以采用已知布置方式(诸如螺纹布置)而将注射针头14安装在注射装置12上。可以使用任意的安装布置。
帽52和可移除密封件54被构造成在包装状态下在注射针头14周围构成无菌屏障。通过这种方式,注射针头14可以被消毒且包装在容器10中,在使用前保持注射针头14的无菌性。注射装置12无需为了使用而消毒。
为了为注射针头14提供额外的保护,可以提供可移除针头罩56,在存储期间,该针头罩可以通过帽52而被保持在注射针头14周围。该针头罩56与注射针头14一起安装在注射装置12上。为了方便移除,主体16优选地包括如图5所示的第四开口58。第四开口58包括第一直径部分60和小于第一直径部分的第二直径部分62。该第四开口58被构造成将针头罩56插入到第一直径部分60中并且楔入在第二直径部分62中以被第四开口58夹紧。如图6所示,当注射装置12取出时,针头罩56通过第四开口58而被保持。使用过的针头罩56可以被保持在容器10中,以便随着该容器而被弃置(图7)。
参照图2,优选地,可以在第二开口36上提供可移除的密封件。更优选地,可移除的密封件54覆盖第二开口36和第三开口50二者。还可以在可移除的密封件54上设置牵拉凸片64以便于其移除。
容器10可以容纳额外的元件,例如医用海绵66,其可以是可用于准备注射部位的聚维酮碘(betadine)和/或酒精医用海绵。优选地,医用海绵66可以邻近第二开口36布置。保持器42可用于将医用海绵66保持在容器10内并且便于其单独地移除。如图7所示,使用过的医用海绵68可以通过第二开口36而插入到容器10中(在注射装置12被插入其中之前),和/或通过第四开口58而插入到容器10中。使用过的医用海绵68因而可以与容器10一起被弃置。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于带有注射针头的注射装置的容器,该容器包括:
主体,该主体中形成有隔舱,用以容纳处于使用前状态和使用后状态下的注射装置,所述主体限定有第一开口,通过该第一开口能够接近处于使用前状态下的注射装置,所述主体限定有第二开口,处于使用后状态下的注射装置能够被导入所述第二开口;
用于封闭所述第一开口的封盖;以及
靠近所述第二开口的保持器,所述保持器构造成用以允许处于使用后状态下的所述注射装置通过所述第二开口插入所述容器中、并且用以将已经通过所述第二开口充分地插入所述容器中的处于使用后状态下的注射装置保持在所述容器中,以防止在所述注射装置被用于执行注射之后接近所述注射针头。
2.如权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述主体限定有第三开口,所述注射针头被保持在所述第三开口中并且能够通过所述第三开口而被接近,所述注射装置的一部分能够插入到所述第三开口中以将所述注射针头连接到所述注射装置。
3.如权利要求1所述的容器,其中所述主体限定有第四开口,所述第四开口设有具有第一直径的第一部分和具有第二直径的第二部分,所述第二直径小于所述第一直径,所述第四开口被构造成可释放地夹紧设置在所述注射针头上的针头罩。
