Abstract
本发明公开了一种保肝护肝饮料及其制备方法,所述的饮料含有以下物质及重量份:5~20份垂盆草、2~10份甘草、5~15份枸杞、5~10份山楂、10~15份红枣、100~300份水,本发明与现有技术相比,垂盆草、甘草、枸杞、山楂、红枣共同使用,饮料不仅具有保肝护肝的功效,同时还可以抑制肝癌细胞的增值、提高人体抵抗力和免疫力、有助于失眠人群入睡的作用。

本发明属于保健饮料及其制备方法,特别属于保肝护肝饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术:
随着社会的发展,很多保肝饮料推向市场,但上述饮料的作用比较单一。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种将垂盆草用于保肝护肝及提高人体免疫力的饮料。
本发明解决技术问题的技术方案为:一种保肝护肝饮料,含有以下物质及重量份:
垂盆草 5~20
甘草 2~10
枸杞 5~15
山楂 5~10
红枣 10~15
水 100~300
为了增强饮料的保健作用,还可将水用米酒、葡萄酒、粮食白酒进行替换。
优选的粮食白酒为40°-60°度的粮食白酒。
所述的的垂盆草为5-6月份花期、含水量大于90%的垂盆草。
本发明的制备方法为:将垂盆草、甘草、枸杞、山楂、红枣破碎成直径小于1cm的颗粒,再放入水或酒中,密封保存10~15天,过滤,即可。
垂盆草为景天科景天属(Sedum)多年生肉质草本植物,是《中华人民共和国药典》记载的常用中药之一,其味甘、淡,微酸、凉,入肝、胆、心、小肠等四经,含N-甲基异石榴皮碱、二氢-N-甲基异石榴皮碱、景天庚酮糖、葡萄糖、果糖、蔗糖。具有清热解毒、利尿消肿、排脓生肌之效,主治丹毒溃疡,小便不利及急慢性肝炎等功效。
甘草为双子叶植物豆科植物甘草,胀果甘草,或光果甘草的根及根茎。主含三萜皂甙。其中主要的一种,谷称甘草甜素。补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
枸杞为茄科枸杞属的多分枝灌木植物的种子,含有胡萝卜素、甜菜碱、维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C和钙、磷、铁等,具有增加白细胞活性、促进肝细胞新生的药理作用,还可降血压、降血糖、血脂。
山楂为为蔷薇科,苹果亚科植物山里红或山楂的干燥成熟果实,含多种维生素、山楂酸、酒石酸、柠檬酸、苹果酸等,还含有黄酮类、内酯、糖类、蛋白质、脂肪和钙、磷、铁等矿物质,所含的解脂酶能促进脂肪类食物的消化,促进胃液分泌和增加胃内酶素等功能,具有消积化滞、收敛止痢、活血化淤等功效。
红枣为鼠李科植物枣的成熟果实,含有蛋白质、脂肪、醣类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、微量钙多种氨基酸等丰富的营养成份,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能。
粮食白酒为中国特有的一种蒸馏酒,由淀粉或糖质原料制成酒醅或发酵醪经蒸馏而得。
米酒为米酒,又叫酒酿、甜酒、烧酒,古人叫“醴”,是我国汉民族的特产之,含有40%以上的葡萄糖、丰富的维生素、氨基酸等营养成分,营养成分易于人体吸收,能刺激消化腺的分泌,增进食欲,有助消化,并有活气养血、活络通经、补血生血以及润肺、滋阴补肾的功效。
葡萄酒是用新鲜的葡萄或葡萄汁经发酵酿成的酒精饮料。
上述的粮食白酒、米酒、葡萄酒均为采用市场所售。
本发明与现有技术相比,垂盆草、甘草、枸杞、山楂、红枣共同使用,饮料不仅具有保肝护肝的功效,同时还可以抑制肝癌细胞的增值、提高人体抵抗力和免疫力、有助于失眠人群入睡的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作详细的说明。
实施例1:

2加工工艺:
将5-6月份花期、含水量大于90%的垂盆草20g、甘草10g、枸杞10g、山楂5g、红枣10g破碎成小块,小块的直径不超过0.5mm,放入200ml的45°的粮食白酒中,密封保存15天,过滤,包装即可。
实施例1中产品的理化指标:外观:透明、无沉淀;酒精度:35~45°;总黄酮含量:≥160mg/kg;
实施例1中产品功效检测:
取正常小鼠10只,每只小鼠的重量约50g。用40°白酒对小鼠进行灌胃处理,得到能使小鼠醉倒的白酒量为0.7ml/50g。取重约50g的小鼠50只,随机分成5组,每组10只,其中2种剂量的40°白酒各一组、2种剂量的实施例1各一组、对照一组。每天灌小鼠一次,连续三天。最后一次灌后24h后眼眶取血,分离血清,测定ALT(ALT,肝功能检测的一种,即“谷丙转氨酶”,旧称“GPT”。谷丙转氨酶,主要存在于肝脏、心脏和骨骼肌中。肝细胞或某些组织损伤或坏死,都会使血液中的谷丙转氨酶升高)。结果(表1)表明大量饮酒时,垂盆草白酒相比于普通白酒具有明显保肝护肝作用。

如上表所述,ALT值越大说明肝细胞或组织损伤程度越高,表中1.0用量的白酒造成的损伤最大,经过t检验,其余各组的ALT值均与最大ALT值存在明显或极显著差异,即表明在大量饮酒时,垂盆草白酒相比于普通白酒具有明显保肝护肝作用。

实施例2中产品的理化指标:外观:无沉淀、不分层;酒精度:≥5°;总黄酮含量:≥120mg/kg。

实施例3中产品的理化指标:外观:颜色透亮、不分层;酒精度:8°~12°;总黄酮含量:≥140mg/kg。

将垂盆草7g、甘草4g、枸杞6g、山楂5g、红枣11g破碎成小块,小块的直径不超过0.5mm,放入200克的水中,密封保存15天,过滤,包装即可。
实施例4中产品的理化指标:外观:透明、无沉淀;总黄酮含量:≥60mg/kg。
实施例5:
取正常小鼠10只,每只小鼠的重量约50g。用11°葡萄酒对小鼠进行灌胃处理,得到能使小鼠醉倒的白酒量为1.2ml/50g。取重约50g的小鼠50只,随机分成5组,每组10只,其中2种剂量的11°葡萄酒各一组、2种剂量的11°实施例3各一组、对照一组。每天灌小鼠一次,连续三天。最后一次灌后24h后眼眶取血,分离血清,测定ALT。结果(表2)表明大量饮酒时,垂盆草葡萄酒相比于普通葡萄酒具有明显保肝护肝作用。

如上表所述,ALT值越大说明肝细胞或组织损伤程度越高,表中1.5用量的葡萄酒造成的损伤最大,经过t检验,其余各组的ALT值均与最大ALT值存在明显或极显著差异,即表明在大量饮酒时,垂盆草葡萄酒相比于普通葡萄酒具有明显保肝护肝作用。
由上述实验得知少量的白酒及葡萄酒对小鼠不造成肝损伤,同时米酒和饮料业不会造成损伤。对此用上诉产品及目前市售产品做CCl4造成小鼠肝损伤的影响实验。取110只小鼠,每只小鼠约50g,随机分为11组,分别为普通白酒组、普通葡萄酒组、普通米酒组、普通饮料组实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、实施例4、阳性药(联苯双酯)对照组、肝损伤模型组和对照组。每天处理一次,连续三天。第三次后24h,对照组生理盐水10ml/kg,其余各组0.1%CCl4石蜡油10ml/kg,同时将小鼠再处理一次,16h后眼眶取血,分离血清,测定ALT。结果(表3)表明垂盆草饮品具有明显的保肝护肝作用。

如上表所述,ALT值越大说明肝细胞或组织损伤程度越高,表中肝损伤模型组造成的损伤最大,经过t检验,实施例1、2、3、4组的ALT值均与最大ALT值存在极显著差异,而普通白酒、葡萄酒、米酒、饮料组的ALT值均与最大ALT值无明显差异,即表明相对于普通白酒、葡萄酒、米酒、饮料,垂盆草饮品具有明显保肝护肝作用。
实施例6:
对肝癌细胞抑制作用的测定:
采用MTT检测法进行检测,将肝癌细胞(BEL-7402)悬液接种于96孔培养板中,每空100ul,5%CO2,37℃条件下孵育24h,换去原培养液,加入含有样品液的培养液,每空100ul,5%CO2,37℃条件下继续孵育24-48h后,每孔加10ulMTT溶液,继续培养4h,倾去培养液,每孔加100ulDMSO,10min后,用酶联免疫仪在波长490nm处测量各孔的吸光度A值。同时设置对照孔(细胞、培养液、MTT、DMSO)。实验结果(表4)表明本发明所有产品对肝癌细胞增殖均有一定的作用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保肝护肝饮料,其特征在于:将水用米酒、葡萄酒、粮食白酒进行替换。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种保肝护肝饮料,其特征在于:所述的粮食白酒为40°-60°度的粮食白酒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保肝护肝饮料,其特征在于:所述的的垂盆草为5-6月份花期、含水量大于90%的垂盆草。
5.权利要求1所述的保肝护肝饮料的制备方法为:将垂盆草、甘草、枸杞、山楂、红枣破碎成直径小于1cm的颗粒,再放入水或酒中,密封保存10~15天,过滤,即可。
