三疣梭子蟹暂养池为赣榆县某水产育苗场秋冬季闲置的虾蟹育苗车间的水泥池12个,每个池底面积约36m2,用前用30×10-6的高锰酸钾溶液浸泡2d。在池底铺设约8cm厚的砂石,上铺一层80目的筛绢,筛绢上再铺设约15cm厚的细沙。在排水口处留有0.8m宽的投饵区,用砌砖然后铺80目筛绢的办法挡住沙层。沙层上铺设PVC增氧管道,加注沙滤海水至沙层上的水深约100cm。砾石、筛绢、细沙和PVC增氧管道使用前用10×10-6的高锰酸钾溶液消毒20min。选用壳硬、活力强、体色正常和体表无伤的已交配雌蟹,当暂养池水温降至13℃时放养雌蟹,规格215g/只,投放密度10只/m2。雌蟹入池前,用300×l0-6甲醛溶液浸泡4min。暂养过程中投喂蓝蛤、沙蚕和小杂鱼等鲜活饵料,日投饵两次,傍晚投饵量占总量的70%,早晨投饵量占总量的30%;当暂养池水温在11~14℃时,梭子蟹投饵量按体重的6~10%;水温5~10℃时,梭子蟹投饵量按体重的0~5%,以2h吃完为宜。暂养67d出售。实验结果见下表。经过暂养,三疣梭子蟹可整体增值2.7倍,效益十分显著。Portunus trituberculatus temporary breeding ponds are 12 cement ponds in the shrimp and crab nursery workshop that are idle in autumn and winter in an aquatic nursery farm in Ganyu County.
