Abstract

Description
本发明的主题是一种用于机床导轨上伸缩式防护罩,它具有一定数目的、套筒形的、相互间可滑动的防护盒,防护盒由一个顶壁、两个侧壁和一个后壁构成。其中,在后壁的平面中超过顶壁向上突出的一个另件构成了一个用来携带最邻近的较大防护盒的挡条。
由DE-DS-3522884公开了一种伸缩式防护罩,它的防护盒由一种具有两金属盖层和一塑料芯板的连接材料构成,对于这种组合结构,建议在顶壁、后壁和侧壁之间安装特别的连接型材和槽-弹簧结构,这些壁相互焊在一起,在这个文件中所公开的伸缩式防护罩的解决方案所欠缺的是轻的防护盒的相互支承与导向。对此,在EP-OS-0211118建议了一种用于防护盒的连接及纵向导向的装置,它由在运动方向上延伸的槽和在其中嵌装的导向元件所组成,此外,防护盒的相互支承和导向应当用自有钢结构以来的已知方法来实现,不言而喻,具有运动方向上延伸的纵向槽减小了防护罩的支承能力。
由此点出发,本发明所基于的任务是:创造一种改善了防护盒之间的支承和导向的伸缩式防护罩,以实现轻结构-连接板的使用和用其连接而产生的重量的明显减小。
对此,建议了一种伸缩式防护罩作为技术解决方案,其中,在每个防护盒的顶壁和两个侧壁之间,均设置了一个在运动方向上延伸的角型材,并且该防护盒用这种角型材相互重叠地支承和导向。
在一个实际的实施例中,可以在最邻近的较大防护盒的顶壁和侧壁的内侧安装角型材,在此原则的情况下,有可能构成具有相互分开的结构的顶壁和侧壁,并且在一个防护盒的全部长度上与角型材连接,这些角型材彼此重叠,其中,顶壁和侧壁虽然可用常规的方法由薄钢板截切而成,但是,如果该顶壁和/或侧壁由具有铝制薄盖板和一种轻的塑料芯材的一种轻结构-联接板构成,才会得到这种具有特别优越性的结构,用挤压方法生产的铝制角型材可以在它的纵向侧面上设置一个用于顶壁和侧壁的支座,并且在弯曲区段的两侧设计成相互夹紧的剖面型,在下侧面这种剖面型也允许一个塑料滑动型材卷曲。
与迄今为止的结构方式的原则相背离之处就在于使用相互重叠的角型材,迄今为止,防护盒仅仅用一个在与运动方向垂直的横走向上延伸的滑动条和导滑板相互垂直地支承在前面的自由端上,因此这些板条受到很大的磨损,并且只能不完善地执行它们的导滑作用。使用本发明的结构则有可能将彼此重叠的防护盒的重量分散到在运动方向上延伸的角型材的全长上,这些角型材必须不承担导滑作用,其中,也存在一种附加作用,即在防护盒前面的自由端上的导滑板可以起到与以往不同的、较有效的导滑作用。
在本发明的另一个设计中建议:防护盒前面自由端上的导滑板由一个带有向下开口的空腔的铝制支撑板条和一个其中嵌入并向外突出的、用一种聚四氯乙烯(DTFE)制成的U型滑动条,以及在其腿之间所夹持的、软的、由一种热塑性的弹性材料制成的导滑板唇所构成。采用这种结构,可以按照需要用一种由软毡或者一种毛刷代替由热塑性弹性材料制成的导滑板唇。
最后,在本发明的另一种布置方式中建议,一个防护盒的后壁和顶壁之间的联接问题用一个嵌入背壁的U型联接型材解决,同时,这个联接型材借助于支承腿支承顶壁,并借助于一个垂直向上直立的挡条作为密封和减震型材的固定件,该密封和减震型材在一个实际的实施例中可以构成槽型,并且在它们之间具有导滑唇构成的一个槽。
在按照本发明技术原则构成的一种伸缩式防护罩中,每个防护盒的顶壁、侧壁和后壁均可以由轻结构-连接板制成,这些轻结构连接板借助于它们的邻接边缘在运动方向上与角型材并且横向的与固定在后壁上的连接型材粘合在一起,该防护盒的安装、支承和导向,以至调节更为简单和有效。

A,B,C,D组成,它们总是由顶壁1,两个侧壁2和一个后壁3构成,最大的防护盒A固定在一台机床的支座5的旋转法兰盘4上,最小的的防护盒D用一个前壁6固定在一个导轨7的末端,防护盒B、C和D用它的后壁3同样地支持在导轨上,在前面的自由端在防持盒A、B、C和D之间设置导滑板8,伸缩式防护罩的任务是使导轨7保护清洁。
每个防护盒的顶壁1和两个侧壁2与在运动方向上延伸的角型材9相联接,这些角型材重叠地摞在一起,角型材9沿纵向具有用来与顶壁和侧壁联接的垫板10,在其内侧角型材9是这样成型的,即滑动型材11可以卷曲,它与最近的较小的防护盒的上侧相邻接,角型材9和滑动型材11借助于台阶12相互导向,并确定了单个的顶壁1之间或者单个的侧壁2之间的距离,相邻的较大的防护盒的重量被传送到最邻近的较小的防护盒上的滑动型材11的全部长度和宽度上,设于前面自由端上的导滑板8因而摆脱了所有的支承作用。

具有这种结构则有可能使用一种软材料,例如使用一种热塑性的弹性材料制成导滑板唇18,它具有良好的清洁作用,同时导滑板唇18用向内突出的滑动条17的支撑肋在预应力下夹紧,并压在位于其下的顶壁1上。
由热塑性弹性材料制成的导滑板唇18也可以用一个比较软的、由毛毡或者一个毛刷23制成的导滑板唇22替代。
顶壁1和后壁3之间的联接是由一种联接型材24构成的,该联接型材24用两个夹紧腿25与后壁搭接,并且有用于顶壁1的一个水平设置的支承腿26,在联接型材的头部有一个挡条27,一个减震型材28扣在挡条27上。该减震型材28以两导滑唇29与最邻近的较大防护盒的顶板1的下侧相邻,在两个导滑唇29之间构成一个槽30,在顶壁1和支承腿26之间的联接是由另一个双面粘合带21构成的。轻结构一联接板的薄盖板13由0.5mm厚度的铝板制成,而芯板14由聚乙烯制成。
Claims (14)
1、用于机床导轨上的伸缩式防护罩,它具有一定数目的套筒形的、相互间可滑动的防护盒(A、B、C、D),防护盒由一个顶壁1、两个侧壁2和一个后壁3构成,其中,在后壁3的平面中,超过顶壁向外突出的一个另件构成了一个用来携带最邻近的较大的防护盒A、B、C、D的挡条。
其特征在于:
在每个防护盒(A、B、C、D)的顶壁1和两个侧壁2之间设置了一个在运动方向上延伸的角型材9;该防护盒(A、B、C、D)借助这些角型材9相互重叠地支承和导向。
2、按照权利要求1的伸缩式防护罩,其特征在于,该角型材9设置在最邻近的较大的防护盒的内侧。
3、按照权利要求1或2的伸缩式防护罩,其特征在于,顶壁1和侧壁2由彼此分开的结构件构成,并且在一个防护盒的全长上与角型材9联接。
