Abstract

本发明提供一种不实施特别的加工就能够将装饰板安装于钳体,提高了通用性的装饰板的安装结构。沿着与钳体(5)的爪部(52)对置的爪部侧制动块(72)的外表面配置卡合部件(8)。卡合部件(8)具备从周缘夹入爪部侧制动块(72)而卡合的卡合部(81)。卡合部件(8)夹持在爪部(52)与爪部侧制动块(72)之间。装饰板(9)配置于钳体(5)的爪部(52)的外表面,并且,经由在卡合部件(8)的两侧延伸设置的连结部(82)与卡合部件(8)连结。

Description

装饰板的安装结构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种在用于机动车等的浮动型盘式制动器装置的钳体的爪部的外表面安装的装饰板的安装结构。
背景技术
以往,公知有一种盘式制动器装置,其具备:钳体,其具有对置于与车轮一同旋转的圆盘转子的一个侧面且内插活塞的汽缸部、与圆盘转子的另一个侧面对置的爪部以及跨圆盘转子连接汽缸部与爪部的桥部;在活塞与圆盘转子之间及钳体的爪部与圆盘转子之间配置的一对制动块(パツド);将两个制动块支承为沿圆盘转子的轴向滑动自如的钳支架,其中,盘式制动器装置将两个制动块压紧于圆盘转子的侧面来进行制动,考虑插入活塞的汽缸的加工性,大幅度切除钳体的爪部的中央部(例如,参照专利文献1)。
另外,还公知有通过铆钉或螺钉将装饰板固定于钳体的爪部的外表面来遮盖爪部中央的切口部分,使外观提高的结构。
专利文献1:日本特开2005-282758号公报
在以往的装饰板的安装结构中,为了通过铆钉或螺钉将装饰板固定于钳体,需要在钳体上设置与铆钉或螺钉对应的固定部,在没有该固定部的钳体上不能够安装装饰板,从而存在通用性低的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种不实施特别的加工就能够将装饰板安装于钳体,提高了通用性的装饰板的安装结构。
本发明是一种装饰板的安装结构,其安装于盘式制动器装置,其中,所述盘式制动器装置具备:与车轮一同旋转的圆盘转子;钳体,其具有与圆盘转子的一个侧面对置且内插活塞的汽缸部、与圆盘转子的另一个侧面对置的爪部以及跨圆盘转子连接汽缸部和爪部的桥部;在活塞与圆盘转子之间配置的活塞侧制动块;在钳体的爪部与圆盘转子之间配置的爪部侧制动块;以及钳支架,其将活塞侧制动块和爪部侧制动块支承为沿圆盘转子的轴向滑动自如,其中,所述盘式制动器装置将活塞侧制动块和爪部侧制动块压紧于圆盘转子的侧面而进行制动,所述装饰板的安装结构特征在于,所述装饰板的安装结构具备卡合部件,该卡合部件具有沿爪部侧制动块的与爪部对置的外表面配置,且从周缘夹入爪部侧制动块而进行卡合的卡合部,该卡合部件夹持在所述爪部与所述爪部侧制动块之间,所述装饰板配置于所述钳体的爪部的外表面,所述卡合部件经由朝向所述装饰板延伸设置的连结部而连结于所述装饰板。
根据本发明可知,经由连结部与装饰板连结的卡合部件通过其卡合部夹入爪部侧制动块的周缘而进行卡合,并且,该卡合部件夹持在钳体的爪部与爪部侧制动块之间。因此,不实施特别的加工,仅设置所述卡合部件就能够将装饰板安装于钳体,能够提高通用性。

具体实施方式
以下,使用图1~3所示的机动车用的盘式制动器装置1,说明本发明的装饰板的安装结构的第一实施方式。盘式制动器装置1具备与车轮一同旋转的圆盘转子2(参照图2)和浮动型的钳机构3,该钳机构3固定于转向节等车身侧且通过利用一对制动块夹入圆盘转子2而进行制动。
钳机构3具备:固定于转向节等车身侧的钳支架4;钳体5,其经由滑动销(省略图示)安装于钳支架4且沿圆盘转子2的轴向移动自如;以及一对制动块71、72,其以从侧面夹入圆盘转子2的方式配置,并且经由止动器(リテ一ナ)(省略图示)支承于钳支架4且沿圆盘转子2的轴向滑动自如。制动块71、72包括与圆盘转子2的侧面滑动接触的衬片71a、72a和保持衬片71a、72a的金属制的衬板71b、72b。
如图2所示,钳体5包括:与圆盘转子2的一个侧面对置的汽缸部51;与圆盘转子2的另一个侧面对置的爪部52;以及跨圆盘转子2连接汽缸部51和爪部52的桥部53。
在汽缸部51内内插有沿圆盘转子2的轴向滑动自如的活塞51a,通过汽缸部51和活塞51a划分成液压室51b。另外,在活塞51a与圆盘转子2之间配置有活塞侧制动块71,在爪部52和圆盘转子2之间配置有爪部侧制动块72。
钳机构3在向液压室51b供给工作油时,活塞51a将活塞侧制动块71压紧于圆盘转子2,同时,钳体5通过活塞51a的按压力的反力而向活塞51a的按压方向的相反方向移动,并经由爪部52将爪部侧制动块72压紧于圆盘转子2,由此将圆盘转子2制动。
在桥部53的中央部形成有为了轻量化而壁厚形成得薄的薄壁部53a,其它部分为了提高汽缸部51和爪部52的连接强度而形成为壁厚厚的厚壁部53b。在薄壁部53a的中央部形成有窗部53c,使得能够视认制动块71、72的磨损程度。
另外,爪部52形成有从其前端朝向基端大幅度地切除而形成的切口部52a(参照图2),且爪部52形成为两股状,使经由切口部52a插入活塞51a的汽缸部51容易加工。
在爪部侧制动块72和爪部52之间以沿衬板72b的外表面的方式配置有板状的垫片8。在垫片8的上下两端形成有以沿该衬板72b的上下的各周缘的方式弯曲,并从上下方向夹入衬板72b而进行卡合的卡合部81,在上端形成有一个卡合部81,在下端形成有两个卡合部81。在衬板72b的上端缘形成有接受卡合部81的凹部72c,由此,能够进行垫片8相对于衬板72b的定位。在本实施方式中,垫片8相当于本发明的卡合部件。
在钳体5的外表面沿爪部52的外表面而配置有装饰板9。另外,从垫片8的左右两侧缘形成有连结部82,该连结部82从爪部52的左右外侧朝向装饰板9侧延伸并且沿着装饰板9的内表面。在连结部82上形成有贯通孔82a,与该贯通孔82a对应,在装饰板9上也形成有贯通孔91。并且,通过铆钉使两贯通孔82a、91结合,由此将装饰板9固定于垫片8。
爪部52位于装饰板9和垫片8之间,并经由垫片8对爪部侧制动块72按压自如。
根据实施方式的装饰板9的安装结构,不进行钳支架4或钳体5的设计变更,仅使作为卡合部件的垫片8卡合于作为通用件的制动块72,就能够将装饰板9安装于盘式制动器装置1。因此,能够将装饰板9容易地安装于既存的盘式制动器装置1,能够提高通用性。

Claims (1)

1.一种装饰板的安装结构,该装饰板安装于盘式制动器装置,其中,所述盘式制动器装置具备:
与车轮一同旋转的圆盘转子;
钳体,其具有与该圆盘转子的一个侧面对置且内插活塞的汽缸部、与该圆盘转子的另一个侧面对置的爪部以及跨该圆盘转子连接该汽缸部和该爪部的桥部;
在所述活塞与所述圆盘转子之间配置的活塞侧制动块;
在所述钳体的爪部与所述圆盘转子之间配置的爪部侧制动块;以及
钳支架,其将所述活塞侧制动块和所述爪部侧制动块支承为沿所述圆盘转子的轴向滑动自如,
所述盘式制动器装置将所述活塞侧制动块和所述爪部侧制动块压紧于所述圆盘转子的侧面而进行制动,
所述装饰板的安装结构特征在于,
所述装饰板的安装结构具备卡合部件,该卡合部件具有沿所述爪部侧制动块的与爪部对置的外表面配置,且从周缘夹入所述爪部侧制动块而进行卡合的卡合部,该卡合部件夹持在所述爪部与所述爪部侧制动块之间,所述装饰板配置于所述钳体的爪部的外表面,所述卡合部件经由朝向所述装饰板延伸设置的连结部而连结于所述装饰板。
